本发明涉及建筑门窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种被动式门窗及其安装方法。
背景技术
被动式门窗一词最早源于被动式建筑,被动式建筑指将自然通风、自然采光、太阳能辐射和室内非供暖热源得热等各种被动式节能手段与建筑围护结构高效节能技术相结合建造而成的低能耗房屋建筑。被动式门窗则是与被动式建筑配套的国际上最新型的节能窗,是系统化的高技术产品组合,是在气密、水密、隔声、保温、隔热等主要物理性能上达到一定节能环保标准的门窗产品,在使用中可以大幅度降低建筑能耗,显著提高和改善居住环境与舒适性。
现有被动式建筑的被动式门窗大部分是采用的两种情况:一、普通的平开窗;二、复制或直接采用的国外品牌的技术和模式。经过长期的使用实践,我们发现目前的被动式门窗普遍存在以下问题:
一、普通型虽然价格比较合理,但水密、气密、风压、隔热、隔音、遮阳等性能较差,不符合绿色节能的现代理念,很难满足被动式门窗的高性能要求,已经跟不上广大人民对美好生活的要求配置。
二、国外的技术和模式,虽然在水密、气密、风压、隔热、隔音、遮阳等性能方面都比较好,符合绿色节能的现代理念,但对五金的依赖性太高,材料的成本耗费远大于产品具备的功能性价比,致使市面上的系统窗产品价格普遍在1500~2000元/㎡不等,导致价格、生产、后期维护都有一定局限性,不具备推广的普遍性。
三、不论是国内的还是国外的,其窗型系列都是根据使用功能进行独立设计的,各系列的应用方式过于单一且结构都比较繁杂,不具备市场的灵活性。
因此,怎样才能够提供一种价格合理,节能环保性能好的被动式门窗,成为本领域技术人员有待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种价格合理、节能环保性能好、通用的被动式门窗及其安装方法。
本发明提供的这种被动式门窗,包括安装在主体结构门窗洞口内的窗框和安装于窗框内的窗扇,在门窗洞口内预埋有防腐木附框,在防腐木附框上设有预压膨胀密封带,在预压膨胀密封带外侧与门窗洞口外侧的主体结构上铺设有防水透汽膜,在预压膨胀密封带内侧与门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设有防水隔汽膜,在门窗洞口底部的预压膨胀密封带上设有木塑附框,窗框安装在预压膨胀密封带和木塑附框合围的洞口内,在窗框外端面上设有向窗扇侧延伸的卡边,在窗扇外端面上设有与卡边对接的卡槽,窗扇通过卡槽卡装在卡边内侧,在窗框和窗扇的对立面上分别设有窗框欧标槽和窗扇欧标槽。
在所述窗框内还设有中挺,在中挺外端面两侧均设有与卡槽配合布置的伸出端,窗扇通过卡槽卡装在窗框与中挺合围的洞口内,在中挺左右两侧均设有中挺欧标槽。
为提高门窗与墙体之间的密封性,杜绝通缝的形成,在窗框外侧顶部及两侧设有与门窗洞口外侧主体结构密封连接的挡边。
为进一步消化热胀冷缩带来的变形量,在窗框与窗扇间设有弹性胶条。
为进一步提高水密性,在木塑附框外侧连接有沿主体结构折弯布置的铝合金窗台板,在铝合金窗台板上方的主体结构上设有滴水线。
为进一步保证窗台板与窗框连接的隐匿性,铝合金窗台板通过螺钉与木塑附框连接,在铝合金窗台板上方的窗框上卡装有用于防止螺钉外露的挡板。
为便于雨水流出并保证连接的稳定性,铝合金窗台板上表面呈斜向下布置,在铝合金窗台板与主体结构间由内至外设有发泡聚氨酯和双面贴。
在防水隔汽膜和门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设有耐碱网格布。
为进一步增大室内外热量的传导空间,从而提升保温性能,降低室内空调等电器的能耗,所述窗框包括内框、隔热条和外框,卡边设在外框向窗扇侧延伸的外端面上,窗框欧标槽设在内框面向窗扇布置的一侧上,内框通过隔热条与外框连接形成横截面为L形的窗框,所述窗扇包括内扇体、外扇体、连接于内扇体和外扇体间的隔热断桥,窗扇欧标槽设在内扇体面向窗框布置的一侧上。
本发明这种用于被动式门窗的安装方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、浇筑主体结构,预留门窗洞口并在门窗洞口内预埋有防腐木附框;
S2、根据门窗洞口的大小,加工或备置窗框、窗扇和木塑附框;
S3、在防腐木附框上铺设预压膨胀密封带;
S4、在预压膨胀密封带外侧与门窗洞口外侧的主体结构上铺设防水透汽膜,在预压膨胀密封带内侧与门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设防水隔汽膜;
S5、在门窗洞口底部的预压膨胀密封带上安装木塑附框,木塑附框底面紧压防水透汽膜和防水隔汽膜布置;
S6、将窗框安装在预压膨胀密封带和木塑附框合围的洞口内;
S7、由室内向室外将窗扇卡装在窗框内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、在门窗洞口底部设置木塑附框,既能利用木塑附框承担门窗的重力荷载和门窗承受的风荷载,杜绝了被动门窗与建筑结构连接形成的热桥效应;又能加强与外保温系统中各项热工性能的一致性,形成了一个完整的保温统一体。
2、在木塑附框与墙体连接之间设置预压膨胀密封带密封,起到良好的密封及阻水的效果。
3、利用卡边与卡槽的配合,即可以实现外平开与内平开的功能方式能统一使用同款窗框,降低大面积、工程类应用的技术与施工难度和成本;又能实现窗框与窗扇的可拆卸安装,为门窗的更换提供了便捷条件;还能使窗框外侧包裹住窗扇外侧,有利于消除窗结扇合处的雨水渗透现象。
4、在门窗室内一侧设置防水隔汽膜,在加强建筑物水密性的同时,防止室内潮汽浸入保温层内,保护保温层不受侵蚀,很大程度提高了保温效果和使用年限;在室外一侧设置防水透气膜,可以防止水的渗透发生,保证防水性能。
5、采用国内应用最广的欧标槽,可自由选择国内主流的和合、坚朗、立兴五金品牌配置,具备市场通用性。

窗框2包括内框23、隔热条24和外框25,内框23和外框25均是铝合金型材,隔热条24卡装在内框23和外框25之间形成横截面为L形的窗框,在内框23和外框25上均设有一个腔体,在隔热条24与内框23和外框25间形成一个隔热腔体,在腔体及隔热腔体均满填有双组分发泡聚氨酯;在外框25外端面上设有向窗扇3侧延伸的卡边21,在内框23面向窗扇3布置的一侧上设有窗框欧标槽22,窗框2卡装在预压膨胀密封带5和木塑附框8合围的洞口内;
窗扇3包括内扇体33、外扇体34、连接于内扇体33和外扇体34间的隔热断桥35,内扇体33和外扇体34均是铝合金型材,在内扇体33和外扇体34上均设有一个腔体,在隔热断桥35与内扇体33和外扇体34间形成一个隔热腔体,在腔体及隔热腔体均满填有双组分发泡聚氨酯;在外扇体34外端面上设有与卡边21对接的卡槽31,在内扇体33面向窗框2布置的一侧上设有窗扇欧标槽32;窗扇3通过卡槽31与卡边21配合卡装在窗框2内侧。
从图1可以看出,本发明这种被动式门窗还包括固定在窗框2内的中挺9,中挺9包括内挺93、外挺34、连接于内挺93和外挺94间的断桥95,内挺93和外挺94均是铝合金型材,在内挺93和外挺94上均设有一个腔体,在断桥95与内挺93和外挺94间形成一个隔热腔体,在腔体及隔热腔体均满填有双组分发泡聚氨酯;在中挺9外端面两侧均设有与卡槽31配合布置的伸出端91,在中挺9左右两侧均设有中挺欧标槽92,窗扇3通过卡槽31卡装在窗框2与中挺9合围的洞口内侧。
从图1至图3可以看出,在本发明门窗洞口1顶部及两侧的窗框2外表面上通过螺钉固定有沿主体结构折弯布置的挡边10,挡边10外侧超出防水透汽膜6布置,防水透汽膜6外侧的挡边10通过耐候密封胶18与主体结构密封连接。
从图1至图3可以看出,在本发明的外框25、隔热条24和内扇体33上分别卡装有与外扇体34、隔热断桥35和内框23密封对接的弹性胶条11。
从图1至图3可以看出,在本发明木塑附框8外侧通过螺钉连接有沿主体结构折弯布置的铝合金窗台板12,铝合金窗台板12上表面呈斜向下布置,在铝合金窗台板12上方的主体结构内嵌装有滴水线13,在铝合金窗台板12上方的窗框2上卡装有用于防止螺钉外露的挡板14,在铝合金窗台板12下表面与主体结构间由内至外设有发泡聚氨酯15和双面贴16。
从图1至图3可以看出,在本发明防水隔汽膜7和门窗洞口1内侧的主体结构上铺设有耐碱网格布17。
本发明这种被动式门窗的安装方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、在门窗洞口1处浇筑混凝土结构作为内墙体,将带不锈钢螺栓组41的角钢转接件42预埋在内墙体的外立面上,通过不锈钢螺栓组41将防腐木附框4固定在角钢转接件42上,在防腐木附框4外侧浇筑混凝土结构作为外墙体,在内墙体和外墙体之间填充双组分发泡聚氨酯,形成预埋有防腐木附框4的主体结构;
S2、根据门窗洞口1的大小,加工或备置窗框2、窗扇3和木塑附框8;
S3、在防腐木附框4上铺设预压膨胀密封带5;
S4、在预压膨胀密封带5外侧与门窗洞口1外侧的主体结构上铺设防水透汽膜6,在预压膨胀密封带5内侧与门窗洞口1内侧的主体结构上铺设防水隔汽膜7;
S5、在门窗洞口1底部的预压膨胀密封带5上安装木塑附框8,木塑附框8底面紧压防水透汽膜6和防水隔汽膜7布置;
S6、将窗框2安装在预压膨胀密封带5和木塑附框8合围的洞口内;
S7、由室内向室外将窗扇3卡装在窗框2内。
经过使用证明,本发明的中间密封部位,通过玻璃、隔热条24、隔热断桥35、断桥95以及各腔体,实现多重密封效果,实际检测效果经国内具有专业资质的检测中心规范检测,可达到气密8级、水密6级、抗风压8级、保温6级、隔声3级,在价格范围内显著优于同类产品,经测算该系列产品的平均价格可控制在600~1200元/㎡。
在本发明中,窗框2和窗扇3紧贴主体结构外侧安装,门窗与结构墙之间的缝隙采用耐久性良好的密封材料密封。
本发明整窗保温性能≤1.01W/(㎡·K),气密性能等级不低于8级,水密性能等级不低于6级,抗风压性能不低于9级,实现了被动门窗的整窗单元干法安装,保证了门窗的整体质量,提高了安装效率,为装配式建筑提供了门窗的可装配结构,为门窗的产业化带来了新的突破。

Claims (10)

1.一种被动式门窗,包括安装在主体结构门窗洞口(1)内的窗框(2)和安装于窗框内的窗扇(3),其特征在于:在门窗洞口内预埋有防腐木附框(4),在防腐木附框上设有预压膨胀密封带(5),在预压膨胀密封带外侧与门窗洞口外侧的主体结构上铺设有防水透汽膜(6),在预压膨胀密封带内侧与门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设有防水隔汽膜(7),在门窗洞口底部的预压膨胀密封带上设有木塑附框(8),窗框安装在预压膨胀密封带和木塑附框合围的洞口内,在窗框外端面上设有向窗扇侧延伸的卡边(21),在窗扇外端面上设有与卡边对接的卡槽(31),窗扇通过卡槽卡装在卡边内侧,在窗框和窗扇的对立面上分别设有窗框欧标槽(22)和窗扇欧标槽(32)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:在所述窗框内还设有中挺(9),在中挺外端面两侧均设有与卡槽配合布置的伸出端(91),窗扇通过卡槽卡装在窗框与中挺合围的洞口内,在中挺左右两侧均设有中挺欧标槽(92)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:在窗框外侧顶部及两侧设有与门窗洞口外侧主体结构密封连接的挡边(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:在窗框与窗扇间设有弹性胶条(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:在木塑附框外侧连接有沿主体结构折弯布置的铝合金窗台板(12),在铝合金窗台板上方的主体结构上设有滴水线(13)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:铝合金窗台板通过螺钉与木塑附框连接,在铝合金窗台板上方的窗框上卡装有用于防止螺钉外露的挡板(14)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:铝合金窗台板上表面呈斜向下布置,在铝合金窗台板与主体结构间由内至外设有发泡聚氨酯(15)和双面贴(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:在防水隔汽膜和门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设有耐碱网格布(17)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的被动式门窗,其特征在于:所述窗框包括内框(23)、隔热条(24)和外框(25),卡边设在外框向窗扇侧延伸的外端面上,窗框欧标槽设在内框面向窗扇布置的一侧上,内框通过隔热条与外框连接形成横截面为L形的窗框,所述窗扇包括内扇体(33)、外扇体(34)、连接于内扇体和外扇体间的隔热断桥(35),窗扇欧标槽设在内扇体面向窗框布置的一侧上。
10.一种用于上述权利要求1至9任一所述被动式门窗的安装方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、浇筑主体结构,预留门窗洞口(1)并在门窗洞口内预埋有防腐木附框(4);
S2、根据门窗洞口的大小,加工或备置窗框(2)、窗扇(3)和木塑附框(8);
S3、在防腐木附框上铺设预压膨胀密封带(5);
S4、在预压膨胀密封带外侧与门窗洞口外侧的主体结构上铺设防水透汽膜(6),在预压膨胀密封带内侧与门窗洞口内侧的主体结构上铺设防水隔汽膜(7);
S5、在门窗洞口底部的预压膨胀密封带上安装木塑附框,木塑附框底面紧压防水透汽膜和防水隔汽膜布置;
S6、将窗框安装在预压膨胀密封带和木塑附框合围的洞口内;
S7、由室内向室外将窗扇卡装在窗框内。
