技术领域
本发明是有关于针织织物(knitted fabrics),特别是有关于一种具有可移除纱线的立体织物。
背景技术
立体织物(Spacer Fabrics)是一种三维织物结构,包括由互为相隔的亲肤性纤维层和组织透气层,其间则经由做为间隔层的单丝或多丝纤维互为连接而成,因其呈现三层立体结构,故此立体织物又称为三明治布料或太空布料。立体织物因具有通风、易散热、快干等特性,已广泛应用于制成胸罩、内衣和机能运动衣等所需的布料。
发明内容
本发明的一目的,在于提供一种具有可移除纱线的立体织物,是根据既定型样(predetermined pattern),排列可移除纱线与一般纱线间的纬编线圈组织;待可移除纱线在被移除时,即可以在立体织物表面上呈现出既定型样的效果。
为获致上述目的,本发明可通过提供一种立体织物,其包括:一第一织物层,包括多条一般纱线和多条可移除纱线,所述多条一般纱线和所述多条可移除纱线是根据一既定型样排列成一纬编线圈组织;一第二织物层;以及一中间织物层,是由多个类波状纤维所构成,交互连结于该第一织物层和该第二织物层之间;其中所述多条可移除纱线经移除后,即在该第一织物层呈现该既定型样。
再者,本发明尚通过提供一种立体织物,其包括:一第一织物层,包括多条一般纱线和多条可移除纱线;一第二织物层;以及一中间织物层,包括多个类波状纤维和多个通道,所述多个类波状纤维是交互连结于该第一织物层和该第二织物层之间;其中是根据一既定型样,所述多条可移除纱线的每一者是设置于所述多个通道中相对应的一者上方;其中待所述多条可移除纱线经移除后,即在该第一织物层呈现该既定型样。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,是根据本发明第一较佳实施例立体织物的立体示意图,此立体织物1包括:一第一织物层10、一第二织物层12、以及一中间织物层14。中间织物层14设置于第一织物层10和第二织物层12之间,主要是由类波状(wave-like)纤维16所构成,分别与第一织物层10和第二织物层12交互连结(interlocked)。以图1的相对位置言,具有类波状纤维16以顶部与第一织物层10交织而成,类波状纤维16以底部与第二织物层12交织而成,如是,这种三层织物结构即构成立体织物1。请注意此处所述的“顶部”、“底部”用语,是根据图1所示第一织物层10和第二织物层12的空间相对关系而定,然而并非用以限定本发明范围。
较佳而言,第一织物层10主要是由一般纱线和可移除纱线(将如下详述)所织造而成,此一般纱线材质可以是聚对苯二甲酸(Polyethylene Terephthalate,或简称为PET)纤维、聚酯(Polyester)纤维、耐纶(Nylon)纤维、聚氨酯(Polyurethane)纤维、其他类似的纤维、抑或是上述材质的任何组合。另外,若第一织物层10是做为衣物表层,则尚可以缇花、印刷方式形成图案,借以增加美观效果。另外,中间织物层14可以是单丝(monofilament)或复丝(multifilament)纤维,其材质可以是聚对苯二甲酸(Polyethylene Terephthalate,或简称为PET)纤维、聚酯(Polyester)纤维、耐纶(Nylon)纤维、聚氨酯(Polyurethane)纤维、其他类似的纤维、抑或是上述材质的任何组合。另外,第二织物层12可以是由一般纱线材质所织造而成,其纱线材质可以是聚对苯二甲酸(Polyethylene Terephthalate,或简称为PET)纤维、聚酯(Polyester)纤维、耐纶(Nylon)纤维、聚氨酯(Polyurethane)纤维、其他类似的纤维、抑或是上述材质的任何组合。
请先参照图4,根据本发明第一较佳实施例,欲在第一织物层10形成多个开口18的既定型样(predetermined pattern),这些开口18是做为设置宝石、水晶、玻璃等装饰物的定位孔,借以增加织物的装饰性美观效果。虽然图4的开口18是实现于第一织物层10内,然并非用以限定本发明范围,同理亦可以单独实现于第二织物层12内、抑或是同时实施于第一织物层10和第二织物层12内。
请参照图2,是根据本发明第一较佳实施例适用于第一织物层10的局部纬编线圈组织示意图。图3是图2的结构意匠图。
如图2所示,根据本发明第一较佳实施例施用于第一织物层10时,是要在第一织物层10上呈现图4多个开口18的既定型样。因此,在第一织物层10上就必须据以安排线圈组织。在图2中,是显示有五条纱线20-24,其中纱线20-21和23-24可以是一般纱线,而纱线22则是可移除纱线(removable yarn),而图2显示A-I等九行(column)线圈。根据本发明的立体织物1,是由纬编机(weft knitting machine)所针织而成;较佳而言,可以是由圆编机(circular knitting machine)针织而得。因此第一织物层10的基本组织就是纬编线圈(weft-knitted loops)。完整的线圈是由织针完整地完成一个成圈过程而形成的,如线圈21A-21I,即称之为成圈(held loop)。如果成圈过程是两条纱线叠挂在同一处,如线圈22E和线圈23E同时悬挂于线圈21E上,则线圈22E称为集圈(tuck loop);若是有纱线不编织(或是称为不出针),即如线圈23B及于线圈21B成圈,线圈23H及于线圈21H成圈,22B和22H无法成圈,即称之为浮圈(float loop)。即如图3的结构意匠图所示,“X”代表成圈、“˙”代表集圈、“□”代表浮圈。
根据本发明第一较佳实施例而言,就是在根据图4的既定型样(predeterminedpattern)欲在第一织物层10形成若干开口18,即据此排列线圈究竟是成圈(held loop)、集圈(tuck loop)、或者是浮圈(float loop)等的纬编线圈组织;换言之,纬编线圈组织就是成圈、集圈、和浮圈等线圈组合。再者,图2所示五条纱线20-24,其中纱线20-21和23-24可以是一般纱线,而纱线22是可移除纱线(removable yarn),也就是在针织成为立体织物1后,可以通过后续的工序将其完全移除,故此可移除纱线22可以是水溶纱线(water solubleyarn)、碱溶纱线(alkali-soluble yarn)、易裂纱线(easily breakable yarn)、或低溶点纱线(low melting temperature yarn)所构成。当可移除纱线22经过后续处理完全移除后,即会在线圈23B和23E、线圈23E和23H之间形成开口18,呈现出如图4所示的效果。
甚者,为增加相邻开口18之间的结构强度,与可移除纱线22相邻的纱线23可以是由热熔纱线(thermal fusible yarn)所构成,经过相对应的热处理后,热溶纱线23会稍微融化,借以增加线圈23B、23E和23H的区域强度。
请参照图5,是根据本发明第二较佳实施例的立体织物5的立体示意图,而图6是显示在第一织物层10上呈现多个褶裥55的既定型样。图5若采用与图1相同标号者,代表是相同或相似的元件。如图5所示,立体织物5的中间织物层14设置有多个通道51和53,而这些通道51和53区域内并未设置类波状纤维16。另外,第一织物层10是由一般纱线54和可移除纱线52错位排列;较佳而言,可移除纱线52是位于通道51和53上方,待通过后续的工序将可移除纱线52完全移除。当可移除纱线52经过后续处理完全移除后,通道51和53上方一般纱线54即会分离,并在第一织物层10上形成褶裥(pleats)55,呈现如图6所示的效果。而可移除纱线52可以是水溶纱线(water soluble yarn)、碱溶纱线(alkali-soluble yarn)、易裂纱线(easily breakable yarn)、或低溶点纱线(low melting temperature yarn)所构成。虽然本实施例是以单独应用在第一织物层10为例,至于单独应用于第二织物层12、抑或同时应用于第一织物层10和第二织物层12,亦可同理适用。
虽然已以上述说明通过根据本发明的较佳实施例揭露描述本发明,任何熟悉该项技艺的人士可据以了解。当然在不脱离本发明精神或所附的权利要求书,可针对上述实施例进行变化或修改,然仍旧在本发明权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,包括:
一第一织物层,包括多条一般纱线和多条可移除纱线,所述多条一般纱线和所述多条可移除纱线是根据一既定型样排列成一纬编线圈组织;
一第二织物层;以及
一中间织物层,是由多个类波状纤维所构成,交互连结于该第一织物层和该第二织物层之间;
其中所述多条可移除纱线经移除后,即在该第一织物层呈现该既定型样。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,所述多条可移除纱线是选自由水溶纱线、碱溶纱线、易裂纱线、及低溶点纱线组成的群组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,尚包括多条热熔纱线,所述多条热熔纱线中每一者相邻于所述多条可移除纱线中相对应的一者。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,该既定型样包括多个开口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,该第一织物层、该第二织物层和该中间织物层是由一圆编机针织而得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,该纬编线圈组织包括成圈、集圈、以及浮圈的组合。
7.一种具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,包括:
一第一织物层,包括多条一般纱线和多条可移除纱线;
一第二织物层;以及
一中间织物层,包括多个类波状纤维和多个通道,所述多个类波状纤维是交互连结于该第一织物层和该第二织物层之间;
其中是根据一既定型样,所述多条可移除纱线的每一者是设置于所述多个通道中相对应的一者上方;
其中待所述多条可移除纱线经移除后,即在该第一织物层呈现该既定型样。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,所述多条可移除纱线是选自由水溶纱线、碱溶纱线、易裂纱线、及低溶点纱线组成的群组。
9.根据权利要求7所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,该既定型样包括多个褶裥。
10.根据权利要求7所述的具有可移除纱线的立体织物,其特征在于,该第一织物层、该第二织物层和该中间织物层是由一圆编机针织而得。
