(1) Preparing a mould: according to the structure of the carbon fiber part to be molded, the die pressing plate and the movable insert are arranged on the corresponding positions of the die main body;
(2) Forming the carbon fiber part: laying a carbon fiber composite material in a carbon fiber part forming cavity in the mold main body, and then carrying out vacuum flow guide process forming;
(3) Drilling: according to the requirement of the structure of the carbon fiber part, the drilling device is arranged on the movable insert block at the corresponding position, holes are drilled at the corresponding position of the carbon fiber part through the drilling device, and then the drilling device is detached;
(4) Demolding: disassembling the die pressing plate to enable the movable insert and the molded carbon fiber part to be demoulded together;
(5) Gluing: according to the requirement of the carbon fiber part structure, sleeving a gluing part on the movable insert with a gluing positioning surface, then installing the gluing device, pressing the gluing device on the gluing part, fixedly bonding the gluing part and the carbon fiber part, and detaching the gluing device and the movable insert to obtain the finished carbon fiber part.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the carbon fiber composite material is laid at a height lower than that of the movable insert.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the forming and processing die and the forming and processing method for the carbon fiber parts, the curing forming function and the drilling function are integrated through the movable insert and the drilling device, so that the vacuum diversion process forming and the drilling process of the carbon fiber composite material are completed in the same die, the processing period is effectively shortened, the number of dies is reduced, and the development cost of the carbon fiber composite parts is saved.

(2) Forming carbon fiber parts: laying a carbon fiber composite material (which is carbon fiber after gum dipping) in a carbon fiber part molding cavity 11 of the mold, wherein the laying height of the carbon fiber composite material is lower than that of the movable insert 3, so as to prevent the blocking of the gluing fixed surface of the movable insert 3; then carrying out vacuum diversion process molding;
(3) Gluing: taking out the molded carbon fiber part and the mold from the vacuum condition, sleeving a glue joint piece 6 (a large lampshade and a metal bracket) on a glue joint surface of the glue joint movable insert 3, mounting a glue joint device 5, and pressing the glue joint device 5 on the glue joint piece 6 under the rotation action to fixedly bond the glue joint piece 6 and the carbon fiber part;
(4) Demolding: the mould pressing plate 2 and the gluing device 5 are disassembled, the formed automobile front fender and the movable insert 3 are demoulded together from the mould main body 1, then the movable insert 3 is slightly knocked off, and the automobile front fender bonded with the large lampshade and the metal support is obtained after demoulding is finished.
The forming processing die and the forming processing method for the carbon fiber parts have the following advantages that:
1. the mould body of the part needing to be glued or drilled is designed into the detachable movable insert, so that on one hand, demoulding of the formed carbon fiber part is facilitated, and the structural requirements of different carbon fiber parts can be met, and on the other hand, the movable insert is matched with a gluing device and/or a drilling device, so that the forming processing mould can meet the functions of gluing and/or drilling of a product;
