step four: loading the material C into a die customized according to production requirements, and demoulding after natural cold press molding for 12 hours;
step five: removing burrs of the demoulded plate through processing equipment, coating a layer of wood paint on the surface of the demoulded plate, and finally drying and aligning the wood paint for collection;
the processing equipment comprises a support frame 1 and a chain type conveyer belt 2 positioned above the support frame 1, one side of the top of the chain type conveyer belt 2 is fixedly connected with a cutting box 8, the other side of the top of the chain type conveyer belt 2 is fixedly connected with a painting drying component 3, two sides of the bottom of the support frame 1 are respectively provided with a waste material component 4, the front and rear sides of the cutting box 8 are respectively provided with a cutting component 5, two sides of the interior of the cutting box 8 are respectively provided with a plurality of adjusting components 6, the adjusting components 6 are positioned at one side of the cutting components 5, the top of the inner cavity of the after the machining is finished, the limiting rod 46 is pulled out of the transverse groove in the cross groove 45, the lug 47 slides in the matching groove 48 at the moment, then the limiting rod 46 is rotated, the limiting rod 46 and the sliding rod 44 are overlapped, the lug 47 rotates on the inner surface of the matching groove 48 at the moment, then the bottom of the recovery box 42 is cut by hand support, the sliding rod 44 slides downwards in the vertical groove in the cross groove 45, and then the cutting is taken out.

the processing equipment comprises a support frame (1) and a chain type conveying belt (2) positioned above the support frame (1), wherein a cutting box (8) is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the chain type conveying belt (2), a painting drying component (3) is fixedly connected to the other side of the top of the chain type conveying belt (2), waste components (4) are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the support frame (1), cutting components (5) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the cutting box (8), a plurality of adjusting components (6) are arranged on two sides of the interior of the cutting box (8), the adjusting components (6) are positioned on one side of the cutting components (5), and a blowing component (7) is arranged on the top of the inner cavity of the cutting box (8);
