Claims (9)

1. An intelligent inspection system of a factory comprises a user terminal, an equipment terminal and a server, wherein the equipment terminal is provided with a unique equipment code and is used for acquiring working condition data in real time and uploading the equipment code and the working condition data; the server is used for receiving the equipment codes and the working condition data and storing the working condition data according to the equipment codes; the method is characterized in that:
the user terminal is used for acquiring the polling coordinates of polling personnel in real time and uploading the polling coordinates; the server is also used for receiving the polling coordinates, judging according to the polling coordinates and the preset terminal coordinates of the equipment terminal, screening working condition data and preset standard data corresponding to equipment codes according to the terminal coordinates when the distance from the polling coordinates to the terminal coordinates is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, and sending the working condition data and the standard data to the user terminal; the user terminal is also used for receiving the working condition data and the standard data and synchronously displaying the working condition data and the standard data.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 1, characterized in that: the server is preset with patrol inspection area information and patrol inspection personnel information, the patrol inspection area information comprises a plurality of patrol inspection areas divided in a factory and safety levels corresponding to the patrol inspection areas, the patrol inspection personnel information comprises personnel identification and technical levels of patrol inspection personnel, and the server is further used for generating a patrol inspection scheme according to the patrol inspection area information and the patrol inspection personnel information.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 2, characterized in that: the user terminal is also used for acquiring the equipment codes of the corresponding equipment as abnormal codes and abnormal signals when the inspection personnel think that the working condition data are abnormal, and sending the abnormal codes and the abnormal signals to the server; the server is also used for receiving the abnormal code and the abnormal signal and recording the abnormal code.
4. The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 3, characterized in that: the server is preset with a statistical period and is further used for counting the abnormal codes according to the statistical period to generate the abnormal times of the equipment of each equipment.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 4, characterized in that: the safety level comprises a fixed level and an adjustable level, the adjustable level comprises a first-level area and a second-level area, the server is further used for counting the area abnormal times of the inspection area corresponding to each adjustable level according to the equipment abnormal times, judging according to the area abnormal times and a preset abnormal threshold value, when the area abnormal times of the second-level area are larger than the abnormal threshold value, adjusting the safety level of the corresponding inspection area, when the area abnormal times of the first-level area are smaller than the abnormal threshold value, adjusting the safety level of the corresponding inspection area, and updating the inspection scheme according to the adjusted safety level.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 5, characterized in that: the server comprises a grade adjusting module, wherein the grade adjusting module is used for adjusting the safety grade of the corresponding routing inspection area to be the primary area when the area abnormity frequency of the secondary area is greater than an abnormity threshold value; and when the area abnormity frequency of the first-level area is less than the abnormity threshold value, adjusting the safety level of the corresponding inspection area to be a second-level area.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 6, characterized in that: the user terminal is also used for counting the polling time of polling personnel, sending the polling time to the server, and the server is also used for receiving the polling time and storing the polling time according to the personnel identification.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 7, characterized in that: the inspection scheme comprises a primary inspection plan for inspecting all inspection areas and a secondary inspection plan for performing secondary inspection on the primary area; the server is further used for counting a first adjustment quantity of the security level adjusted to the first-level region and a second adjustment quantity of the security level adjusted to the second-level region when the security level of the inspection region is adjusted, and updating the secondary inspection plan according to the first adjustment quantity, the second adjustment quantity, the inspection time and the information of the inspection personnel.

The intelligent inspection system for factories according to claim 8, characterized in that: the server comprises a scheme updating module, wherein the scheme updating module is used for calculating the quantity difference value between the first adjustment quantity and the second adjustment quantity when the first adjustment quantity is larger than the second adjustment quantity, calculating the routing inspection efficiency of each routing inspection personnel in the secondary routing inspection plan according to routing inspection time, acquiring the routing inspection personnel with high routing inspection efficiency according to the quantity difference value, acquiring the routing inspection personnel of the routing inspection area corresponding to the second adjustment quantity, and updating the acquired routing inspection personnel into the routing inspection personnel of the secondary routing inspection plan of the routing inspection area corresponding to the first adjustment quantity;
when the first adjustment quantity is equal to the second adjustment quantity, the inspection personnel of the inspection area corresponding to the second adjustment quantity are obtained, and the obtained inspection personnel are updated to the inspection personnel of the secondary inspection plan of the inspection area corresponding to the first adjustment quantity;
when the first adjustment quantity is smaller than the second adjustment quantity, the quantity difference value of the first adjustment quantity and the second adjustment quantity is calculated, the patrol efficiency of patrol personnel in the patrol area corresponding to the second adjustment quantity is calculated according to the patrol time, the patrol personnel with high patrol efficiency are obtained according to the quantity difference value, and the obtained patrol personnel are updated to the patrol personnel of the secondary patrol plan of the patrol area corresponding to the first adjustment quantity.
