Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad invention. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some structures, not all structures, relating to the embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
A population screening method, apparatus, device and medium provided by embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a population screening method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be applied to a scenario in which a population is effectively screened, where the method may be performed by a population screening device, and the device may be composed of hardware and/or software and may be integrated in an electronic device. In this embodiment, the electronic device may be any device having a data processing function, such as a server. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S101, identifying the face image collected by the community monitoring camera.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cell monitoring cameras are monitoring cameras arranged at the entrance and exit of the cell and monitoring cameras at different positions in the cell. Wherein, the monitoring cameras at different positions in the cell may be, but are not limited to: the monitoring cameras at the entrance and exit of each residential building, the monitoring cameras on different roads in the residential area, the monitoring cameras between adjacent residential buildings and the like are not particularly limited herein.
Optionally, when a face is sensed by any of the cell monitoring cameras, the cell monitoring cameras can trigger the operation of acquiring the face image, and after the face image is acquired, the acquired face image can be identified. Specifically, a face recognition technology can be adopted to recognize the collected face image. For example, the present embodiment identifies the collected face image, and the collected face image may be respectively matched with each face image in a preset face image library to obtain an identification result. The specific face recognition process can refer to the existing face recognition technology, and the description thereof is not repeated herein.
The preset face image library is face images of people who participate in the group. In this embodiment, the preset face image library may be a group screening organization that performs information registration on screened people participating in a group to obtain face images of people participating in the group, and further constructs a preset face image according to the face images of a plurality of people participating in the group.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the registering of the information of the screened persons in the participating group may further include, in addition to the face image: the information such as name, identification card number and household registration address can be used for facilitating the screening organization to accurately identify group personnel.
S102, when the person corresponding to the face image is identified as a person participating in the group, determining information of the residential building where the person participating in the group comes in and goes out based on the community monitoring camera which collects the face image of the person participating in the group for the last time.
Wherein, the residential building information includes: a building number of a residential building and/or a unit number of a residential building.
Optionally, when the face image acquired by recognition is matched with the face image of any person who participates in the group, it is determined that the person corresponding to the face image is the person who participates in the group. Since the people who participated in the group are taught and modified, there is a possibility that they may participate in the group again. Therefore, when the person corresponding to the acquired face image is identified as a person participating in the group, the person needs to be continuously tracked to determine the information of the residential building where the person goes in and out, so as to provide conditions for checking whether a target group exists in the residential building.
In specific implementation, after the person corresponding to the acquired face image is identified as the person participating in the group for the first time, the electronic device can acquire video images acquired by all monitoring cameras in a cell, analyze the video images acquired by each cell monitoring camera, determine which cell monitoring cameras acquire the face images of the person participating in the group again, and acquire the cell monitoring camera of the face image of the person participating in the group for the last time. And then, determining the information of the residential building where the people participating in the group come in and go out based on the cell monitoring camera which collects the face image of the people participating in the group for the last time.
Generally, each residential building in a community has an entrance, and each entrance is provided with at least one monitoring camera so as to acquire images of each person entering the residential building in real time. When any residential building in a community has events such as theft or property loss, personnel can be checked based on personnel images acquired by monitoring cameras installed at the entrance and exit of the residential building. Based on this, in this embodiment, the monitoring camera installed at the entrance of each residential building can be used to determine the residential building information about the people participating in the group coming in and going out according to the installation position of the cell monitoring camera, which is acquired the last time by the cell monitoring camera collecting the face images of the people participating in the group.
For example, the determining of the information of the residential building where people participating in a group come in and go out based on the cell monitoring camera which last acquired the face image of the people participating in the group includes: determining the installation position of the community monitoring camera which acquires the face image of the people participating in the community for the last time; and determining the information of the residential building participating in the group personnel entering and exiting according to the installation position of the community monitoring camera.
For example, after the person corresponding to the face image is identified as the person participating in the group for the first time, if it is determined that the face image of the person participating in the group is acquired by the monitoring camera at the entrance/exit of the 10 th floor 1 unit in the cell for the last time, it is determined that the information of the residential building where the person participating in the group is present is the 10 th floor 1 unit.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when it is recognized that the person corresponding to the face image acquired by the cell monitoring camera is a person who participates in a group, an early warning message may be sent to the screening person. Therefore, the screening personnel can distribute and control the monitored personnel participating in the group based on the early warning message, and the personnel participating in the supervision district can be found in advance. The early warning message is specifically an early warning message for discovering people who participate in the group, and the early warning message can also carry information such as face images, names, identification numbers and/or household addresses of the people who participate in the group.
And S103, monitoring the energy consumption of each household in the residential building.
And S104, if the energy consumption of any residence exceeds the consumption threshold, determining the residents of the residence as a target group.
The energy refers to resources used in daily life, such as electricity, water, and gas. Energy consumption refers to the energy usage of a home.
In this embodiment, the consumption threshold refers to an energy consumption threshold, and may be specifically set adaptively according to a monitoring period. For example, if the monitoring period is one day, one day corresponds to one consumption threshold. For example, if the monitoring period is one week, one week corresponds to one consumption threshold value or the like. That is, the present embodiment may monitor the energy consumption amount of each household home according to the monitoring period. For example, if the monitoring period is one day, the energy consumption amount of each household is monitored once a day; if the monitoring period is one week, the energy consumption of each household, etc. is monitored once per week, which is not particularly limited herein. Preferably, the consumption threshold of the present embodiment may be an average value calculated according to the consumption of each home in each home building, and the average value is used as the consumption threshold.
Typically, one of the basic conditions for a group to conduct an activity is the need for an activity floor. Because the residents in the residential community are numerous and the residents are not familiar with each other, conditions are provided for the concealment of the community, and therefore, the community can gather members and take activities in the residential community. Because of the large number of people in the group, when the group collects members and takes activities in any residence in the residential district, the energy consumption of the residence is obviously higher than that of a normal residence.
Based on this, after determining the information of the residential building in which people participating in the group come and go, the embodiment may monitor the energy consumption of each household in the residential building, and compare the monitored energy consumption of each household with the consumption threshold. If the energy consumption of any household exceeds the consumption threshold, the fact that any household is possibly a housing site of the group is indicated, and the household of the household is determined as the target group.
As an alternative implementation manner, in the present embodiment, the energy consumption of each household living in the residential building is monitored, and the energy consumption of each household can be monitored by the monitor that establishes a communication connection with the energy consumption meter of each household. Wherein, when the energy source is electricity, the energy consumption meter is an electricity meter; when the energy source is water, the energy consumption meter is a water meter and the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the face image acquired by the community monitoring camera is identified, when the person corresponding to the face image is identified as the person who participates in the community, the information of the residential building where the person who participates in the community comes in and goes out is determined based on the community monitoring camera which acquires the face image of the person who participates in the community for the last time, the energy consumption of each household in the residential building is monitored, and when the energy consumption of any household exceeds the consumption threshold, the household of the household is determined as the target community. Therefore, the problem of low efficiency when the group is found based on the modes of people reporting, manual visiting and the like is solved, the mode of combining face recognition and residential energy consumption is realized, the group is rapidly screened, and the efficiency of screening the group is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a population screening method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Further optimization is performed on the basis of the above-described embodiments. Specifically, the method optimizes the monitoring of the energy consumption of each household in the residential building. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes:
s201, identifying a face image collected by a cell monitoring camera.
S202, when the person corresponding to the face image is identified as a person participating in the group, determining the information of the residential building where the person participating in the group comes in and goes out based on the community monitoring camera which collects the face image of the person participating in the group for the last time.
And S203, monitoring the energy consumption of each household through a monitor which is in communication connection with the energy consumption meter of each household.
In general, the energy source may include: various resources used in daily life such as electricity, water, gas, and the like. Therefore, the present embodiment can control the monitors to communicate with the meters corresponding to the different kinds of resources according to the kinds of resources to monitor the consumption amounts of the different kinds of resources for each household in the residential building.
In specific implementation, the resource consumption of different types of each household in the residential building can be monitored in the following ways:
in a first mode
Monitoring the water usage of said individual dwelling via a first monitor communicatively coupled to said individual dwelling water meter.
Mode two
And monitoring the electricity consumption of each household through a second monitor which is in communication connection with the electricity meter of each household.
Mode III
And monitoring the gas consumption of each household through a third monitor which establishes communication connection with the gas meter of each household.
Wherein, the first monitor is a water quantity monitor; the second monitor is an electric quantity monitor; the third monitor is a gas flow monitor.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the energy consumption amount of each household can be monitored by monitoring the water meter, the electric meter and/or the gas meter end of each household. It is understood that the above three modes can be implemented individually or in combination with each other, and are not limited specifically herein. Of course, besides the above-mentioned several resources, other kinds of resources may be monitored, and there is no particular limitation to this.
And S204, if the energy consumption of any residence exceeds the consumption threshold, determining the residents of the residence as a target group.
Based on the above step S203, the energy source of each household may include electricity, water and/or gas. For this reason, when determining that the resident of any residence in the residential building is the target group, the embodiment may include: if the water consumption of any one residential building exceeds the water consumption threshold, determining the residential building of the residential building as a target group; and/or determining the residents of any one household as a target group if the electricity consumption of the household exceeds the electricity consumption threshold; and/or determining the residents of any one house as a target group if the gas consumption of the house exceeds a gas consumption threshold.
Further, after determining that the resident of any residence is the target group, the embodiment may further send an early warning message for group discovery to the screening person, so that the screening person may perform troubleshooting on the group based on the early warning message, so as to improve the group discovery efficiency.
In addition, when the target group is determined, the early warning message for group discovery is sent to the screening personnel, so that the screening personnel can perform group investigation based on the early warning message, and the group discovery efficiency can be further improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a population screening method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and the present embodiment is further optimized based on the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 3, the method is as follows:
s301, recognizing the face image collected by the community monitoring camera.
S302, when the person corresponding to the face image is identified as a person participating in the group, determining information of the residential building where the person participating in the group comes in and goes out based on the community monitoring camera which collects the face image of the person participating in the group for the last time.
And S303, determining the residence information in the renting state in the residential building.
Wherein, the residence information in the rental status may include: the basic information of the house, the basic information of the house owner and the basic information of the tenant. The basic information of the house includes: residential address, house type, residential area, etc.; the house owner basic information includes: house owner name, ID card number, contact phone number, household address, etc.; the basic information of the tenant comprises: tenant name, identification number, contact phone and household address, etc.
At present, groups often hold activities by renting houses to improve self-concealment. Therefore, after determining the information of the residential building where the people participating in the group come in and go out, the present embodiment can further determine the information of the residential building in the renting state.
Specifically, the information of the residence in the rental state in the community may be acquired from the community living committee, or may be acquired in other ways, and the information of the residence in the rental state in which the person belonging to the participating group goes in and out of the residential building may be counted.
S304, monitoring the energy consumption of the residence in the renting state.
And S305, if the energy consumption of any residence in the renting state exceeds a consumption threshold, determining the residents of the residence in the renting state as a target group.
Optionally, after determining the residence information in the residential building in the rental state, the embodiment may monitor the energy consumption of each residence in the residential building in the rental state, and compare the monitored energy consumption of each residence with the consumption threshold. If the energy consumption of any residence in the renting state exceeds the consumption threshold value, the residence in the renting state is possibly a group housing place, and then the residents of the residence are determined as the target group.
As an alternative implementation manner, in this embodiment, the energy consumption of each household in the residential building in the renting state is monitored, and the energy consumption of each household can be monitored by the monitor which establishes a communication connection with the energy consumption meter of each household. Specifically, the water consumption of each household can be monitored by a first monitor which is in communication connection with a water meter of each household; and/or monitoring the electricity consumption of each household through a second monitor which is in communication connection with the electricity meter of each household; and/or monitoring the gas consumption of each household through a third monitor which establishes communication connection with the gas meter of each household. It should be noted that each house in this embodiment specifically means each house in a rental state.
In addition, energy consumption of residents who participate in group personnel to enter and exit the residential building in a renting state is monitored, so that the residential building in the renting state is managed, and favorable conditions are further provided for group discovery.
