Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to examples and drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Examples
In this embodiment, a business strategy design method, a system and a computer device are described in detail by using a "differentiated collection strategy for delinquent clients". In this embodiment, business strategies can be designed for different types of target groups, and a target object refers to a person or thing to which a business is directed, and may be a client, a device, an employee, a work order, data, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the service policy design method based on service orchestration includes the following steps:
s0, acquiring service interface parameters, acquiring service interface information which needs to be triggered corresponding to the online service action, including information such as corresponding service request address, service input parameters, service output parameters and the like.
The online service action refers to actions completed based on the network in the service development process, such as: sending a promotion short message, sending an advertisement mail, putting product advertisements on the APP, and the like; the execution of each online service action can be realized by triggering a corresponding service interface, such as: and sending the promotion short message, and sending the corresponding promotion content to the appointed user by triggering the short message service sending interface.
In this embodiment, the business actions related to the "differentiated collection policy for high-risk arrearage clients" include sending short messages, sending mails, going to home, and the like, where sending short messages and sending mails are online business actions, and going to home is offline business actions. The service interface corresponding to the sending of the prompt receipt short message is a short message sending service interface, in this embodiment, a short message service based on a certain cloud platform is packaged into a corresponding service interface, and the service interface request address is: "https:// IP/api/v 1/posts", the IP in the request address is the corresponding service interface server address information, and the service request parameter information is as follows in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002817845080000031
The service return parameter information is as follows in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002817845080000032
S1, configuring the service interface into visual input service action, associating the service interface with the on-line service action by defining the service personnel to understand and input the service action information, and simultaneously performing no-coding input configuration on each content parameter of the service interface;
the following describes in detail the service action configuration process of configuring the service interface in step S1 as a visual input, with an example of the configuration of the service action of "sending a message to ask for pickup", which specifically includes the following steps:
s101, configuring basic information of the service action, wherein the basic information of the service action comprises contents such as a service action name, a service action type, a service action description and the like.
The service action types comprise an online service action and an offline service action, wherein the offline service action is some actions which need to be actively executed by service personnel in a real environment in the service development process, such as an entrance visit, a manual call, and the like, and only the online service action needs to execute the operations of steps S102, S103, S104 and S105. In this embodiment, a service action name is defined as "send/ask for short message", a service action type is defined as "online action", and a service action description is defined as "send corresponding notification in the form of short message". Because the service action of sending the message is an online action, the operations of steps S102, S103, S104 and S105 are continuously completed.
S102, service interface information configuration, namely configuring information such as service interface request types, submission modes, service interface request addresses and the like corresponding to the online service actions.
In this embodiment, the short message sending service is triggered to send the prompt receiving short message, and according to the information obtained in step S0, the service interface request address of the short message sending service is configured as "https:// IP/api/v 1/POSTs", the service request method is configured as "POST", the submission method is configured as "FORM", and the system can configure the service interface corresponding to the address request according to the configuration mode.
S103, configuring input parameters of the service interface, wherein the acquisition mode of the input parameters of the service interface comprises two modes of background transmission and interface input. The background parameter transmission mode refers to that the service interface input parameters are fixed values or parameter values automatically matched with the system background, the interface input mode refers to parameter values needing to be input by service personnel on an interface, and the interface input supports various input modes such as a text box, a pull-down selection box, a time input box, a rich text box and pictures for different types of service interface input parameters.
Based on the service request parameter of the short message sending service interface acquired in step S0, the acquisition form of the corresponding input parameter is configured, as shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002817845080000041
The parameters of the interface input mode are supplemented and filled by a user in the service strategy configuration process, and comprise information such as mobile phone numbers, short message contents and the like, and meanwhile, the interface input mode also supports various input modes such as a text box, a pull-down selection box, a time input box, a rich text box, a picture and the like so as to meet input requirements of different types; the parameters of the background parameter transmission mode are that corresponding fixed values or corresponding attribute information of a target group is set, and automatic filling is carried out according to configuration when a system is executed.
S104, configuring service interface output parameters, and configuring the execution state and the execution description information in the service interface output parameters according to a unified specification.
Based on the service return parameter of the short message sending service interface obtained in step S0, the corresponding return status and execution result information are configured, so that the system can obtain whether the corresponding service interface is executed successfully and corresponding execution feedback information, as shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002817845080000051
Where the return status must configure the fields, the return description and other fields may be configured as desired.
S105, previewing and testing the service action configuration, previewing the service action configured in the steps S101-S104, checking the service action configuration interface checked by the service personnel in the process of strategy design and performing corresponding content input, and triggering the corresponding service interface to perform testing so as to ensure the correctness of configuration.
S2, configuring and executing the content of the service interface, and completing the acquisition of the execution time and the execution content of the service interface by one or more operations of selecting a target group, setting the execution time and configuring the content of the service action, thereby realizing the precise service strategy design;
step S2 includes the following steps:
s201, selecting a target group, wherein the target group is selected based on the object attribute and the label, and multiple times of subdivision selection can be performed on the target group to obtain a subdivided target group; for example, based on the arrearage high-risk client group, the method can be further subdivided into a high-risk high-arrearage client group, a high-risk mid-arrearage client group and a high-risk low-arrearage client group to realize refined selection of the target group.
In this embodiment, the "arrearage high-risk client group" is selected first, and then the "arrearage amount high" client group is subdivided based on the "arrearage high-risk client group" to support the realization of finer granularity differentiated business actions, and the target group selection of the high-risk high-arrearage client group is completed.
If a certain client originally in the arrearage high-risk client group pays corresponding arrearage, the system automatically removes the client from the arrearage high-risk client group according to the set updating time.
S202, configuring service action execution time, and setting corresponding service action execution frequency and execution time aiming at different subdivision target groups based on the target group selected in the step S201.
In actual operation, based on the target group selected in step S201, 1 to 10 days per month may be set according to service needs, and the execution frequency is executed every day for the trigger time of sending the short message collection prompting service action.
The execution time of the business action can be set to be fixed time, and dynamic execution time can be set, for example, if the repayment date of each client is designated as the execution time of the business action, the execution time of each client may be different.
And S203, performing service action content visualization configuration, namely completing configuration of corresponding service action content through a visualization interface based on the target group selected in the steps S201 and S202 and the configured execution time, namely completing the setting of a policy path, wherein the policy path is a basic combination containing three core information of the target group, the execution time and the service action, and one service policy can contain a plurality of policy paths.
In this embodiment, the action of sending the short message for reminding of paying is configured, the mobile phone number for receiving the short message is designated as the mobile phone number field of the customer attribute information table, the content of the short message is edited as a respected customer, and in order to avoid influencing normal use, a user is asked to ensure timely payment before the last payment day, and if the payment is paid, no accounting is needed. Congratulate you for pleasure! And finishing a business strategy path for sending the charge-urging short message to the high-risk high-defaulting customer group at 10 points every day from 1 to 10 days per month.
S204, repeating the steps S201-S203 to complete the precise service strategy configuration, and for a complex service strategy, setting a plurality of strategy paths can be completed by executing the steps S201-S203 for a plurality of times to realize the precise service strategy configuration.
In this embodiment, based on steps S201 to S203, a plurality of policy paths such as the high-risk high-owing customer group performing promotion collection from 11 to 31 days per month, the high-risk middle-owing customer group performing mail collection from 1 to 10 days per month, and the like are continued, and finally, the differentiated collection strategy for the high-risk owing customer shown in fig. 3 is formed.
S205, storing the design content of the business strategy, and storing the design content of the business strategy operated in the steps S201 to S204.
S3, analyzing and executing the service interface, interpreting and converting according to the configured target group and the business action content to form executable program content, then generating a corresponding execution plan according to the execution time, finally calling the corresponding service interface according to the execution plan, and recording the execution result information;
the process of analyzing and executing the service action of step S3 includes the following steps:
s301, the service interface executes content analysis, and forms program content executable by the system by converting the service action content configured by the visual page into service interface access parameter information associated with the service action and combining target group information associated with the service action.
In this step, the configured service action is analyzed, for example, for the service action of sending the charging promoting short message, based on the content of the interface configuration, the corresponding service interface request parameter is generated by combining the corresponding target group information, for example, the service action request parameter for sending the charging promoting short message facing the high-risk high-arrearage client group is shown in table 5 below.
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0002817845080000061
Figure BDA0002817845080000071
Based on the request parameters of the short message sending service interface, the system can trigger the corresponding service interface to execute, and complete the action of sending and receiving the short message.
S302, generating an execution plan, and generating a corresponding execution list and execution plan according to the execution frequency and execution time associated with the business action, wherein the execution list comprises information such as execution time, execution object, execution content and execution state.
In this step, a corresponding execution list and an execution plan are generated according to a policy path, for example, for a business policy path for sending a charge-promoting short message at 10 points every day from 1 day to 10 days per month for a high-risk and high-defaulting customer group, the content of the execution plan generated by the path is as follows: the scheduled execution time is 1 to 10 morning hours per month, the execution objects are high-risk high-arrearage client groups, the execution contents are the actions of sending the charge-promoting short messages analyzed in the step S301, and the execution state is defaulted to be executed.
And S303, calling and executing, triggering a corresponding service interface at a specified time according to the execution plan and the execution list content, and executing the service action. For example, for a business strategy path for sending a charge-promoting short message at 10 points every day from 1 day to 10 days per month for a high-risk high-defaulting customer group, a corresponding short message sending service is triggered at 10 points before 1 day to 10 days per month, and the charge-promoting short message is sent to a corresponding target group.
And S304, recording the execution result, recording the return parameters of the service interface after the calling execution, and finishing the recording of the execution result of each service action. For example, after the short message service is executed, the corresponding execution state is recorded according to the returned parameter information of the service interface.
Based on the same inventive concept, as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment further provides a service policy design system based on service orchestration, including:
a business action configuration module: the server is used for executing the step S1, defining the service action, and performing configuration and access test on the service interface information needing to be triggered in the service action;
