【背景技术】
目前传统市场液体二氧化碳储罐,5m3以上储罐结构都是独立的支承式立式储罐结构;
支承式支座一般采用3个支撑点,现场放置安装时易倾覆,必须提前做好土建,现场采用吊车安装,土建和安装成本高;
立式储罐移动和转运时需要吊车和货车配合转运,转运效率和成本高;
常规的立式储罐只是独立的设备,其余气站配套的附属设备增压器和汽化器必须单独安装,占地、土建和安装成本都很高;
设备高度较高,运输时只能卧做发货,一个货车一般只能装一台。
解决传统立式储罐的这些问题,让储罐使用方更快捷方便的使用成为当下打开市场的关键。

为解决上述问题,提出了材质和体验更好的一种撬装式液体二氧化碳储罐;

本发明采用平底支撑,优化设备结构设计,使设备“四平八稳”,解决设备安装时易倾覆的难题,不需专门建造土建,可随处安装,安装简捷,节省土建建造成本;
本发明底部采用叉车座撬装设计,移动和转运直接用叉车,提高转运效率,快捷简单,降低成本;
本发明的管路,阀门全部撬装,一个撬块就解决了传统的多个设备零散放置的问题,结构紧凑,降低土地使用成本。
本发明设备高度符合公路高度限制要求,能够立式发货。一辆货车能装10台以上产品,相比传统行业的一车一台产品,大大节省了运输成本。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式液体二氧化碳储罐,其特征在于:所述底充管上的溢流阀、安全阀和截止阀均设置在充装口上方,其中所述溢流阀设置在安全阀上方,所述截止阀设置在安全阀下方。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式液体二氧化碳储罐,其特征在于:所述放空管道的截止阀设置在外部管理系统下端。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式液体二氧化碳储罐,其特征在于:所述截止阀组为并联设置的三个截止阀。
