Sampling the excrements of the chicken farm with the pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial diseases, adopting a method of aseptic operation, carrying out 1:10 dilution by sterilized LB broth, taking 10ml of 1:10 sample dilution, adding the sample dilution into 90ml of common broth culture medium, and culturing for 18-24 hours at 37 ℃.
