Abstract
The invention discloses an inflating valve plug, belonging to the vehicle field, comprising: an air valve; the plug is used for sealing the inflating valve, and part or all of the plug is arranged in the opening of the inflating valve; the plug includes a removal portion for the plug to be installed into or removed from the valve opening. This application inflating valve end cap can prevent tearing open to protect inflating valve end cap.

Background
Inflating tyre and vacuum tyre for bicycle and electric scooter are easy to be deflated during outdoor parking. The valve plug in the existing market is basically an external nut and can be easily disassembled; the self-locking type external nut is also arranged, but is influenced by the structure of the vehicle, and the external nut is easy to interfere with the vehicle frame.
Therefore, the prior art has a relatively large structure, occupies a space and is easy to disassemble and damage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a valve plug to plug a valve, wherein the valve plug cannot be easily disassembled manually, and the valve plug can be loosened by a special tool to prevent manual deflation. And ensures simple installation and convenient maintenance.
The inflating valve plug comprises:
an air valve;

the head end of the rod part comprises a dismounting groove;
the disassembly and assembly groove is meshed with the disassembly and assembly column on the valve plug, so that the valve plug rotates along with the rod when the rod rotates.
The valve plug is integrally installed inside the valve, the structure exposed outside is few, and the valve plug can be detached from the valve only by using a special tool, so that the condition of artificial deflation can be effectively prevented. And because the plug structure is arranged in the valve, the outermost shell of the valve has a protection effect on the plug, and the natural damage caused by the fact that stones and the like hit the plug in the running process of the vehicle can be prevented.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can understand the technical contents of the present application.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cross-sectional configuration of a plug 100 mounted to a valve 104 is shown. The plug 100 is mounted inside the valve 104. The air valve 104 is of a conventional air valve 104 structure, the air valve 104 comprises an air valve core 103, the air valve core 103 and an air valve wall form an air valve, the air valve core 103 of the air valve 104 is opened only when the tire is inflated, and air pressure in the tire acts on the air valve 104 after the inflation is finished so as to keep the air valve 104 in a closed state. A part of the plug 100 is disposed inside the valve 104, a cavity 114 for accommodating the valve pin 105 is disposed inside the plug 100, and the other part of the plug 100 is disposed outside the valve 104. The valve 104 may be used as a tire for a bicycle, electric vehicle, automobile, motorcycle, tricycle, or other common vehicle.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the plug 100 includes a sealing portion 112 and a detachable portion 102. The whole sealing portion 112 is integrally disposed inside the valve 104, and a screw structure 113 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the sealing portion 112, and the screw structure 113 can play a role of reinforcing fixation when being connected with the inner wall of the valve 104. In a preferred embodiment, an internal thread structure may be provided on the inner wall of the valve 104 at a position corresponding to the sealing portion, and the internal thread structure engages with the thread 113 on the sealing portion when the sealing portion 112 is installed in the valve, so that the plug 100 is more firmly fixed. The detachable portion 102 of the plug 100 of the valve is provided at the outermost portion of the valve to facilitate the external detachment.
The plug 100 includes a removal portion 102 to allow the plug 100 to be installed into the opening 110 of the valve 104 or removed from the opening 110 of the valve 104. The detachable portion 102 is a conical protrusion protruding from the valve 104, the conical protrusion is higher than the valve opening 110, three grooves 108 are formed on the conical protrusion, and the grooves 108 are used for accommodating the detachable portion of the wrench 128 during detachment. The wrench 28 is able to rotate the plug 100 through the recess 108 to remove the plug 100 from the valve 104 or to attach the valve 104.
The grooves 108 on the dismounting part 102 are uniformly distributed by taking the center of the cone of the dismounting part as the center, the center of the groove 108 is in an arc shape, and the opening of the groove 108 is gradually enlarged from the periphery of the center until the edge of the groove is communicated with the edge of the conical projection 102. This facilitates access to the recess 108 by the removal portion of the removal wrench 128, making it easier and more convenient for the user to use.
The plug 100 is completely accommodated inside the air nozzle 104, and the detachable part 102 is a conical structure, so that the plug cannot be detached by hand without a detaching tool, and the tire can be prevented from being deflated maliciously. Meanwhile, the air nozzle plug 100 is protected by the air nozzle 104, and compared with the existing external cap type air nozzle plug which is screwed on the air nozzle 104 through threads and is subjected to tension for a long time, the air nozzle plug is easy to age and crack due to the thin-wall plastic piece structure. In the air faucet plug 100, the air faucet is subjected to the compressive force of the air faucet inside, and the wall thickness of the built-in plug is large, so that the plug is not easy to crack even if the material is aged.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the plug 100 is disassembled 128 using a wrench. The wrench includes a rod portion 129, the rod portion 129 being a straight rod in the figures, and the wrench 128 may be a bent rod 128 such as an L-shaped rod instead of a straight rod. The shank of the wrench 128 is provided with a thread 127 for increasing muscle friction. The head end 118 of the rod 128 includes a post 116 protruding therefrom, and the post 116 is positioned to correspond to the groove 108 of the mounting portion 102 of the plug 100, such that the post 116 engages the groove 108 of the mounting portion 102. When the wrench 128 is used to disassemble or fasten the plug 100, the handle of the wrench 128 is rotated to drive the plug 100 to rotate through the disassembling and assembling column 116, so that the thread 1113 of the plug 100 is fastened or released with the inner wall of the valve 104. In fig. 5, the disassembling and assembling post 116 is disposed on one end of the wrench 128, and those skilled in the art can also think that the disassembling and assembling post 116 can be disposed on both ends of the disassembling and assembling wrench 128, so that either end can be disassembled and assembled for use more conveniently.
Example two
Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structure of the detachable portion of the plug 100. The plug attaching and detaching portion includes at least one attaching and detaching post 120 protruding from the air tap. When a dismounting column 120 is arranged, the dismounting column 120 is arranged at one side of the center of the plug, and a groove 122 capable of accommodating the dismounting column is arranged on the dismounting wrench head end 118. When two dismounting columns 120 are provided, the dismounting columns 120 are arranged at positions which are symmetrical about the center of the plug 100, and the corresponding grooves 122 are formed in the dismounting plate 118, so that the dismounting columns 120 can be inserted into the grooves 122 to rotate the plug. Similarly, the grooves 122 on the wrench 128 for attaching and detaching the plug 100 can be disposed on both ends of the wrench. Three mounting and removal posts 120 and corresponding three grooves 122 are preferably provided as shown in fig. 6.
EXAMPLE III
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is the structure of the detachable portion of the plug 100. The plug dismounting part comprises a rib 124 extending upwards from the plug, and the rib 124 is small in height and cannot be directly dismounted by hands. The corresponding wrench head end 118 for removing the plug includes a removal groove 126 for receiving the ribs. The recess 126 of the wrench head end 118 extends through the entire wrench head end 118, and the recess 126 may be provided with a plurality of recesses, for example, two criss-crossing recesses provided on the wrench head end.
Claims (10)
1. A valve plug, comprising:
an air valve;
the plug is used for sealing the inflating valve, and part or all of the plug is arranged in the opening of the inflating valve;
the plug includes a removal portion for the plug to be installed into or removed from the valve opening.
2. The valve plug of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a recess for receiving a wrench mounting portion to enable the wrench to rotate the plug.
3. The valve plug of claim 2 wherein said attachment portion includes a tapered projection above said valve opening, and a recess is formed in said tapered projection.
4. A valve plug according to claim 3 wherein the edges of said recess communicate with the edges of said conical projection.
5. The valve plug of claim 1, wherein the release portion is a rotatable rib that is rotatable using a release wrench.
6. The valve plug of claim 1, wherein said mounting portion is at least one mounting post protruding from said valve.
7. The valve plug of claim 1, wherein said plug outer periphery includes a threaded configuration for engaging said valve inner wall.
8. The valve plug according to claim 1, wherein a cavity for receiving an ejector pin of a valve is provided inside the valve plug.
9. A spanner for disassembling and assembling, comprising:
a rod part for holding by hand;
the head end of the rod part comprises a dismounting column protruding out of the head end;
the disassembly and assembly column is meshed with the groove in the disassembly and assembly part of the valve plug, so that the valve plug rotates along with the rod part when the rod part rotates.
10. A spanner for disassembling and assembling, comprising:
a rod part for holding by hand;
the head end of the rod part comprises a dismounting groove;
the disassembly and assembly groove is meshed with the disassembly and assembly column on the valve plug, so that the valve plug rotates along with the rod when the rod rotates.
