Example 1
The embodiment provides a one-step forming construction method for a rough surface of a precast concrete member, which comprises the following steps of:
respectively punching two surfaces of a steel plate with the thickness of 3mm to obtain a rough surface template with 1200 punching grooves on each side surface, wherein a punching head for punching the steel plate is cylindrical, the diameter of each punching groove is 6mm, the minimum radian of each punching groove is 2mm, and the distance between every two adjacent punching grooves is 12 mm;
placing the rough-surface template in a corresponding position in the precast concrete member processing template, bonding and fixing the rough-surface template through glue, coating a release agent on the inner wall of the precast concrete member processing template and the surface of the rough-surface template, pouring concrete into the precast concrete member processing template, and demolding after the concrete is solidified to obtain the precast concrete member with the rough surface.
In other optional embodiments, the rough surface template is formed by sequentially and detachably connecting a plurality of rough surface template units; for example, the rough surface template is formed by sequentially detachably connecting two rough surface template units, three clamping grooves and clamping blocks are respectively arranged at the end parts of the adjacent ends of the two rough surface template units, and the two rough surface template units are respectively connected together through the clamping grooves arranged at the end parts and the clamping of the corresponding clamping blocks.

2. The precast concrete unit rough surface one-shot forming construction method according to claim 1, wherein a punching head for punching the steel plate is cylindrical, the diameter of the punching groove is 2n, and n is the depth mm of the punching groove.
