8. A cable foreign matter removing method, characterized by using the cable foreign matter removing apparatus according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
fixing the cable foreign matter removing device;
one end of the cable is passed through the through hole at the front end of the conical sleeve (22);
lifting the pressure roller (34) upwards;
threading the end of the cable between the pressure roller (34) and the delivery roller (33);
releasing the pinch roller (34) to enable the pinch roller (34) and the conveying roller (33) to clamp the cable;
a motor (32) is started, a driving belt wheel (35) drives a driven belt wheel (36) to rotate through a transmission belt (37), and a conveying roller (33) drives a cable to run;
the winding on the cable is transferred from the cable to the taper sleeve due to the blockage of the taper sleeve (22);
along with the accumulation of the winding on the conical sleeve (22), the previous winding is pushed and pressed by the subsequent winding to contact the knife edge of the first knife part (23-1) and be cut off;
when the winding which is not cut off is pushed to the joint of the knife edge of the first knife part (23-1) and the knife edge of the second knife part (23-2), the winding is cut off due to the fact that the cutting force is increased when the angle of the knife edge of the joint is changed.
9. The cable foreign matter removing method according to claim 8, wherein the step of fixing the cable foreign matter removing device is as follows:
the cable foreign matter removing device is placed above a cable shaft wall, so that the first fixing plate (51) is positioned on the inner side of the cable shaft wall, and the movable plate (53) is positioned on the outer side of the cable shaft wall;
rotating the nut (55) to move the movable plate (53) towards the first fixed plate (51);
the movable plate (53) and the first fixed plate (51) are matched to clamp the cable shaft wall.
