the system mainly comprises variable turning gears, the space between the gears and the number of gear groups can be adjusted or the gears suitable for corresponding soil turning can be replaced through the intelligent monitoring platform according to lithology, meanwhile, gears of different types can be replaced at any time according to different lithology, and turning time and turning frequency can be adjusted. The system can control the particle size of the soil to be 2-5 cm.
(3) A hot air system:
the system comprises a base 4, a control system 5, a fan 6, a heating device 10, a first air supply pipe 1, a second air supply pipe 8, a third air supply pipe 13, a first support 2, a second support 9 and a third support 12, wherein the fan generates a large amount of air to achieve the ventilation effect, the air is formed into hot air through the heating device and blown into the volatile organic contaminated soil through the third air supply pipe to achieve the temperature rise of the soil and promote the volatilization of contaminants. The PID sensor 15 can transmit monitoring data to an intelligent monitoring platform, and the system can automatically adjust heating wind speed, heating temperature and heating time according to the data.
A shell 7 is arranged outside the fan 6, the shell comprises an air inlet 3 and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected with a first air supply pipe 1 with the length of 20m and is externally connected with a fresh air source; the air outlet is fixedly and directly connected with a heating device 10 through a second support 9, the heating device 10 is provided with an air outlet 11 which is connected with a third air supply pipe 13 with the length of 20m, the third support 12 is used for fixing the third air supply pipe 13, and the position of the hot air outlet can be changed by moving the position of the third air supply pipe, so that the operation is convenient. The final remediation effect of the pollutants is controlled by the system.
(4) The intelligent monitoring platform 16:
the system consists of different modules, is an intelligent monitoring platform 16 based on a neural network control technology, and can establish and train a neural network model of parameters such as pollutant PID values, soil or environment temperature, treatment capacity, turning frequency, turning time, soil remediation effect and the like, thereby realizing autonomous control and intelligent operation of turning equipment and improving the efficacy of a normal temperature desorption technology.
The embodiment also provides a repairing method based on the intelligent normal-temperature desorption repairing equipment for volatile organic contaminated soil, which comprises the steps of squaring the soil to form a soil pile with the length of 5m, the width of 1m and the height of 1m, and standing the soil pile for 24 hours; mechanically disturbing the soil pile by using intelligent normal-temperature soil desorption repair equipment, wherein the mechanical disturbance mode is that the soil pile is turned from one pile to another pile, and the position of the soil pile moves for a certain distance; in the turning process, intelligently adding a soil conditioner according to the soil moisture content, and controlling the soil moisture content to be about 15%; automatically adjusting the type, the gear spacing, the gear group number, the turning frequency and the turning time of the turning gears according to the soil properties, and controlling the particle size of the soil to be 2-5 cm; according to the monitoring data of the PID sensor 15, the hot air system automatically adjusts parameters such as heating wind speed, heating temperature, heating time and the like to sweep hot air for the soil, so that desorption of volatile organic compounds in the soil is accelerated.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the repairing effect is realized, and the automatic control and intelligent operation of the turning and throwing equipment can be realized through a 4-system, so that the effect of the normal-temperature desorption technology is improved;
in the aspect of construction cost, the equipment is more automatic and intelligent, the repair is more accurate, and the soil conditioner and the manual operation cost are saved.
In the aspect of time cost, the concentration of pollutants can be detected at any time through the PID sensor 15, secondary restoration of soil is avoided, restoration time is greatly shortened, and time cost is reduced.

the intelligent monitoring platform is used for calculating the adding amount of the soil conditioner and the spraying frequency of the soil conditioner according to the detection result of the soil moisture content to form a dosing instruction, and sending the dosing instruction to the intelligent accurate dosing system;
the intelligent monitoring platform calculates the type, gear spacing, gear group number, turning frequency and time of the required turning gear according to soil properties to form a turning instruction, and sends the turning instruction to the high-efficiency turning system;
the intelligent monitoring platform calculates the required heating wind speed, heating temperature and heating time according to the PID numerical value of the pollutant, forms a heating instruction and sends the heating instruction to a hot air system;
the intelligent monitoring platform performs autonomous training and learning according to various working condition parameters and the soil remediation effect to form optimal control parameters for the volatile organic pollutants, directly calls related optimal control parameters and realizes intelligent operation;
the intelligent monitoring platform calculates the required soil conditioner adding amount and the soil conditioner spraying frequency through a neural network model;
the intelligent monitoring platform calculates the gear type, the gear spacing, the gear group number, the turning time and the turning frequency required by the turning soil through a neural network model;
the intelligent monitoring platform calculates the heating wind speed, the heating temperature and the heating time required by the soil through a neural network model;
the intelligent monitoring platform establishes a neural network model based on neural network control, and the neural network model is trained through soil moisture content, soil conditioner adding amount, soil conditioner spraying frequency, soil lithology, gear type, gear spacing, gear group number, turning frequency, turning time, pollutant PID value, soil or environment temperature, soil treatment capacity and soil remediation effect.
2. The intelligent normal temperature desorption remediation equipment of volatile organic contaminated soil of claim 1, wherein the intelligent precision dosing system comprises a moisture content sensor and an automatic dosing device, wherein:
the moisture content sensor is arranged on the inner side of the turning gear and used for detecting the moisture content of soil; the automatic chemical feeding device is arranged above the high-efficiency turning system, and when the detection result of the soil moisture content is greater than a set value in the turning process, the chemical feeding instruction automatically starts the automatic chemical feeding device to control the moisture content to be about 15%.

the PID sensor detects the concentration of the pollutants in the soil to obtain a PID value of the pollutants;
and the temperature sensor detects the soil temperature or the environment temperature to obtain the soil or the environment temperature.
5. The intelligent normal-temperature desorption remediation equipment for volatile organic contaminated soil according to claim 1, wherein the hot air system sweeps the soil according to corresponding heating air speed, heating temperature and heating time according to a heating instruction;
the hot air system comprises an air supply device, a heating device, a first air supply pipe, a second air supply pipe and a third air supply pipe, wherein:
the air supply device sucks air from the environment through the first air supply pipe;
the air supply device supplies air into the heating device through the second air supply pipe and provides power for the heating device to blow hot air into soil;
the heating device heats air and blows hot air into soil through the third air feed pipe.
6. The intelligent normal-temperature desorption remediation equipment for volatile organic contaminated soil as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air supply device comprises a fan, a base and a shell, the base carries the fan and the shell, and the fan is accommodated in the shell;
the first support provides support force for the first air supply pipe, the second support provides support force for the second air supply pipe, and the third support provides support force for the third air supply pipe.

the method comprises the following steps of mechanically disturbing a soil pile by using intelligent normal-temperature desorption remediation equipment for volatile organic contaminated soil, wherein the mechanical disturbance mode is that the soil pile is turned over from one pile to another pile, and the position of the soil pile moves for a certain distance;
in the turning process, adding a soil conditioner according to the water content of the soil, and controlling the water content of the soil to be about 15%; automatically adjusting the type of turning gears, the distance between gears, the number of gear groups, the turning time and frequency according to the soil property, and controlling the particle size of the soil to be 2-5 cm; according to the PID numerical value of the pollutant, the hot air system automatically adjusts the heating air speed, the heating temperature and the heating time to sweep hot air for the soil, so that the desorption of volatile organic compounds in the soil is accelerated.
