A driving shaft 61 for driving the transmission slide shaft 52 to rotate is rotatably connected to the frame body 11; a winding pulley 612 for winding the tow band 63 is formed on the outer wall of the drive shaft 61 near the upper end.
A transmission slide hole 611 penetrating through the drive shaft 61 and connected with the transmission slide shaft 52 only in a longitudinal sliding manner is formed in the center of the upper end of the drive shaft 61; the transmission slide shaft 52 comprises an upper shaft body longitudinally connected with the transmission slide hole 611 in a sliding manner and a lower shaft body which is formed in the center of the lower end of the upper shaft body and has a diameter smaller than that of the upper shaft body; the cross sections of the upper shaft body and the transmission slide hole 611 are of non-circular structures with the same shape; the transmission slide shaft 52 can only slide longitudinally in the transmission slide hole 611, and the driving shaft 61 rotates to drive the transmission slide shaft 52 to rotate synchronously.
A guide wheel through groove 112 communicated with the inside of the frame body 11 is formed at the upper end of the frame body 11; the guide wheel through groove 112 is rotatably connected with a guide wheel 14 with a rotating shaft arranged along the left-right direction; the frame body 11 is connected with a turnover wheel 15 with a rotating shaft longitudinally arranged in a rotating way near the belt winding wheel 612; the dragging belt 63 sequentially passes through the turnover wheels 15 and the guide wheels 14 and penetrates out of the frame body 11.
A spring 62 is arranged between the driving shaft 61 and the frame body 11; in the initial state, the traction belt 63 is wound around the outer periphery of the take-up pulley 612, and when the traction belt 63 is pulled out, the drive shaft 61 rotates while the power spring 62 is torsionally charged.
A plurality of uniformly arranged driving toothed plates 542 which can be inserted into the driving gear 51 are formed at the periphery of the driving gear 51 at the lower end of the outer wall of the lower insertion pipe 54; a plurality of teeth which are continuously arranged and can be in transmission connection with the driving gear 51 are respectively formed on one side of the driving toothed plate 542 facing the driving gear 51; a guide inclined plane for facilitating the downward insertion of the driving gear 542 into the engagement with the driving gear 51 is formed at the lower end of the driving toothed plate 542; the driving toothed plates 542 are arranged at intervals, so that the driving toothed plates 542 can be more conveniently inserted into the outer side of the driving gear 51 and then are spliced with the driving gear 51.
A pull rod 71 is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the transmission slide shaft 52, of the dragging belt 63; handles 72 convenient for pulling the pull rod 71 are respectively arranged at two ends of the pull rod 71.
The towing belt 63 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the pull rod 71, the user pulls the handle 72 through two arms respectively to pull out the towing belt 63, the resistance force on the two arms is equal, and the two arms obtain the same exercise intensity, which is beneficial to the user to do physical exercise.
Two limiting columns 113 which are symmetrically arranged are formed at the front end of the frame body 11; an anti-falling groove 1131 for limiting the movement of the pull rod 71 is formed at the lower end of the limiting column 113; in an initial state, the pull rod 71 is tightly abutted to the anti-drop groove 1131 under the elastic force of the spring 62, and the positions of the pull rod 71 and the handle 72 are relatively fixed for convenient storage and arrangement.
A plurality of pawls 521 are uniformly formed on the upper part of the outer wall of the transmission slide shaft 52 along the circumferential direction; a ratchet wheel 41 which can be connected with the pawl 521 in a one-way transmission way is formed on the upper part of the inner wall of the rotary drum 4. The pawl 521 and the ratchet wheel 41 form a ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism; when the pawl 521 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 41, the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates forward to enable the rotating drum 4 to rotate forward, the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates backward and cannot drive the rotating drum 4 to rotate, and a user only needs to pull the handle 72 back and forth, so that the blade assembly 2 can rotate continuously in the same direction to perform physical exercise, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In the initial state, the water tank 13 is filled with water, the pull rod 71 is located in the anti-drop groove 1131, the transmission slide shaft 52 is located at the lower limit position, and the clamping column 721 is fixedly clamped with the first clamping hole 712.
When the product is used for exercise, the frame body 11 is placed on a horizontal plane, a user sits on the sliding seat 31, the legs bend knees, the feet step on the pedals 12 respectively, and the hands hold the handles 72 respectively. The two feet pedal the pedals 12 with force to straighten the two legs, and simultaneously the two hands pull the handles 72 backwards, so that the sliding seat 31 slides backwards along the sliding rail 111 towards the user. The handle 72 moves to drive the pull rod 71 to move, so that the pull rod 71 drives the dragging belt 63 to move, the dragging belt 63 moves to drive the winding wheel 612 to rotate, so that the driving shaft 61 rotates in the positive direction, and the winding spring 62 stores the torsional force. The forward rotation of the driving shaft 61 causes the transmission slide hole 611 to drive the transmission slide shaft 52 to rotate in the forward direction, the forward rotation of the transmission slide shaft 52 causes the pawl 521 to drive the ratchet wheel 41 to rotate, and the rotation of the ratchet wheel 41 causes the drum 4 to rotate. The rotary drum 4 rotates and drives the upper insertion pipe 53 to rotate, the upper insertion pipe 53 rotates and drives the lower insertion pipe 54 to rotate, the driving gear 542 is meshed with the driving gear 51, the lower insertion pipe 54 rotates and drives the driving gear 51 to rotate, and the rotating angular speed of the driving gear 51 is the same as that of the rotary drum 4. The rotary drum 4 rotates and drives main blade 21 along 4 circumferential direction of rotary drum, and main blade 21 rotates and drives vice blade 22 synchronous rotation, and rotary drum 4 rotates and drives blade subassembly 2 and revolute 4 circumferential direction of rotary drum promptly.
The pedal 12 is stopped to be pedaled with force, the handle 72 is not pulled backwards any more, the driving shaft 61 rotates reversely under the elastic force of the spring 62, so that the dragging belt 63 is wound on the winding pulley 612 again, the movement of the dragging belt 63 synchronously drives the user to move forwards, and further drives the sliding seat 31 to slide forwards, and the user bends the knees with both legs. Meanwhile, the pawl 521 and the ratchet wheel 41 form a unidirectional transmission ratchet and pawl mechanism, the driving shaft 61 rotates in the reverse direction to drive the transmission sliding shaft 52 to rotate in the reverse direction, and the reverse rotation of the transmission sliding shaft 52 cannot enable the pawl 521 to drive the ratchet wheel 41 to rotate, namely, the rotary drum 4 cannot rotate in the reverse direction when the driving shaft 61 rotates in the reverse direction. By doing so, the body intermittently applies force to make the sliding seat 31 slide along the sliding rail 111 in a reciprocating manner, and the blade assembly 2 rotates around the rotating cylinder 4 in the same direction. The blade assembly 2 rotates to stir the water in the water tank 13, and the resistance of the water hinders the movement of the blade assembly 2, so that the user has obvious resistance in the backward sliding process, and the joints of the whole body of the user are moved.
The required intensity of motion of different users is different, when adjusting the intensity of motion of this product, at first pulls handle 72 behind one's body for drag area 63 outwards stretches out half, and user's tiptoe step on footboard 12 lower part afterwards, makes footboard 12 rotate and then upwards offsets with depression bar 812 and drives depression bar 812 upwards to slide, and extension spring 82 is tensile. At this time, the drum 2 is not rotated, and the driving gear 51 is rotated in the forward direction to rotate the main rotating gear 211, so that the main blade 21 is rotated relative to the drum 2. The synchronizing gear 231 is engaged with the fixed gear 42, and the main blade 21 rotates to move the synchronizing shaft 23 relative to the fixed gear 42, thereby rotating the synchronizing shaft 23 along its own axis. The synchronizing shaft 23 rotates to enable the synchronizing gear 231 far away from one end of the rotating drum 4 to drive the auxiliary rotating gear 221 to rotate, so that the included angle between the auxiliary blade 22 and the main blade 21 is reduced, and the area of the blade assembly 2 facing water in the circumferential rotating direction of the rotating drum 4 is reduced. When the handle 72 is loosened, the driving shaft 61 rotates reversely under the action of the elastic force of the spring 62, so that the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates reversely in sequence, the driving gear 51 rotates reversely, the included angle between the main blade 21 and the auxiliary blade 22 is increased, and the area of the blade assembly 2 opposite to water in the circumferential rotation direction of the rotating cylinder 4 is increased. By controlling the movement of the handle 72, the resistance of the blade assembly 2 to water is adjusted, and the purpose of adjusting the exercise intensity is achieved.
After the adjustment is completed, the user's toes step on the upper end of the pedal 12, so that the pedal 12 rotates to the original position, and the pressing rod 812 moves downward to the original position under the elastic force of the tension spring 82. The adjusting rod 81 moves downwards to drive the transmission sliding shaft 52 to move downwards to the initial position, the pawl 521 is meshed with the ratchet wheel 41, the plug column 512 is separated from the plug hole 522, meanwhile, the lower plug pipe 54 moves downwards to the initial position under the action of the elastic force of the spring 55, and the driving gear 51 is meshed with the driving gear plate 542. The exercise is continued as described above, and after the exercise is completed, the pull rod 71 is placed in the anti-drop groove 1131.
According to the invention, the pedal 12 is arranged, the pedal 12 is rotatably connected in the frame body 11, when physical exercise is carried out, feet step on the pedal 12, along with the reciprocating motion of legs, the pedal 12 rotates at a small angle according to the motion of the legs and is attached to the sole plate of a user, the motion pressure of ankles of the user is reduced, and the injury in the use process is prevented; meanwhile, the pedal 12 rotates at a large angle, and can abut against the pressure lever 812 and move the pressure lever 812 upwards, so that the transmission sliding shaft 52 moves downwards, the transmission sliding shaft 52 is not in transmission connection with the rotary drum 4 any more, the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates by pulling the dragging belt 63, and an included angle between the main blade 21 and the auxiliary blade 22 is changed, so that the resistance of water to the blade assembly 2 is adjusted, the exercise intensity is adjusted, and a user does not need to leave the sliding seat 31, so that the adjustment can be simply and conveniently completed.
According to the invention, by arranging the handle 72, when the clamping column 721 is clamped with the first clamping hole 712, the blade assembly 2 moves along the circumferential direction of the rotary drum 4 by pulling the handle 72 in a reciprocating manner, so that the joints of the whole body of a user can be moved, and further the whole body can be exercised; when the clamping column 721 is clamped with the second clamping hole 311, the handle 72 is pushed to reciprocate, so that the sliding seat 31 slides to reciprocate, and the waist and abdomen muscles of the user can be exercised.
According to the invention, by arranging the transmission sliding shaft 52, when the transmission sliding shaft 52 is positioned at the lower limit position, the pawl 521 is meshed with the ratchet wheel 41, the driving toothed plate 542 is meshed with the driving gear 51, and the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates to drive the rotary drum 4 and the driving gear 51 to synchronously rotate, so that the blade assembly 2 circularly moves around the rotary drum 4, and physical exercise can be carried out; when the transmission sliding shaft 52 is located at the upper limit position, the insertion hole 522 is fixedly inserted into the insertion column 512, the transmission sliding shaft 52 rotates to only drive the driving gear 51 to rotate, and the driving gear 51 rotates to reduce the included angle between the main blade 21 and the auxiliary blade 22, so that the movement strength can be adjusted.
The body exercise can be carried out, the blade assembly stirs water by pulling the first handle in a reciprocating manner, the movement strength is increased, and the exercise effect is improved; the water-saving device has adjustable exercise intensity, and changes the area of the blade component opposite to water in the moving direction, so that the resistance of the water to the blade is changed, and the exercise intensity is adjusted; the exercise intensity of the invention is convenient to adjust, the user can adjust the exercise intensity without leaving the sliding seat, and the operation is simple and convenient.

A multifunctional fitness rowing machine comprises a frame body, a water tank fixedly connected in the frame body and used for containing water, and a sliding seat connected to the frame body in a sliding manner along the front-back direction and used for a user to sit; the method is characterized in that: the middle part in the water tank is rotationally connected with a rotating drum with a rotating shaft longitudinally arranged; a plurality of blade assemblies are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the rotary drum in the water tank; the blade assembly comprises a main blade, an auxiliary blade and a synchronous shaft, wherein the main blade is longitudinally arranged on a rotating shaft which is rotatably connected to the periphery of the rotating drum, the auxiliary blade is longitudinally arranged on the rotating shaft which is rotatably connected to one end, far away from the rotating drum, of the main blade, and the synchronous shaft is horizontally arranged on the rotating shaft which is rotatably connected to the inside of the main blade; the synchronous shaft is respectively in transmission connection with the rotary drum and the corresponding auxiliary blade; the bottom in the rotary drum is rotatably connected with a driving gear which has a rotating shaft coaxial with the rotary drum and is in transmission connection with the main blade; the lower part of the inner wall of the rotary drum is fixedly connected with an upper inserting pipe which can drive the driving gear to rotate; a lower inserting pipe capable of being inserted into the driving gear is longitudinally and slidably connected in the upper inserting pipe; when the lower insertion pipe is inserted into the driving gear, the rotary drum rotates to drive the driving gear to synchronously rotate; a transmission sliding shaft capable of being in one-way transmission connection with the circumferential direction of the rotary drum is longitudinally and slidably connected in the rotary drum; the transmission sliding shaft can be also spliced with the driving gear and drives the driving gear to rotate; a dragging belt for driving the transmission sliding shaft to rotate is arranged in the frame body;
when the transmission sliding shaft is located at a first position, the transmission sliding shaft is only in one-way transmission connection with the rotary drum, the lower insertion pipe is inserted into the driving gear, the rotary drum is fixed relative to the driving gear, the blade assembly is fixed relative to the rotary drum, and the transmission sliding shaft rotates to enable the blade assembly to rotate circumferentially around the rotary drum; when the transmission sliding shaft is located at the second position, the transmission sliding shaft is connected with the driving gear in an inserting mode, the lower inserting pipe is separated from the driving gear, the transmission sliding shaft rotates to drive the driving gear to rotate only, the transmission sliding shaft rotates to enable the main blade and the rotary drum to rotate relatively, and the main blade and the auxiliary blade rotate relatively.

A multi-functional exercise rowing machine in accordance with claim 1, further comprising: the frame body is internally and longitudinally connected with an adjusting rod in a sliding manner, and the adjusting rod is used for driving the transmission sliding shaft to longitudinally slide; a pedal capable of driving the adjusting rod to slide downwards is rotatably connected in the frame body along the left and right directions; when the adjusting rod slides downwards, the transmission sliding shaft slides downwards; when the adjusting rod slides upwards, the transmission sliding shaft slides upwards.
