Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: under initial condition, the water tank is full of water, and the pull rod is located the anticreep inslot, adjusts the pole and is located top extreme position, and the locking post is pegged graft simultaneously with two driven spliced eyes, and the joint post is with the fixed joint in first joint hole.
When the product is used for exercise, the frame body is placed on the horizontal plane, a user sits on the sliding seat, the legs bend knees, feet step on the pedals respectively, and the hands hold the handles respectively. The pedals are pedaled by feet with strength to enable the legs to be straightened, and meanwhile, the handles are pulled backwards by the hands, so that the sliding seat slides backwards to the body of a user along the sliding rail. The handle moves to drive the pull rod to move, so that the pull rod drives the dragging belt to move, the dragging belt drives the belt wheel to rotate, so that the driving sleeve rotates positively, and meanwhile, the spring twists and stores force. The drive sleeve rotates forward to drive the slide hole to drive the drive shaft to rotate forward, the drive shaft rotates forward to drive the pawl to drive the ratchet gear to rotate, the ratchet gear rotates to drive the driven rotary drum to rotate, and the driven rotary drum rotates to drive the blade assembly arranged on the blade frame to rotate.
The pedal is stopped to be pedaled with force, the handle is not pulled backwards any more, the driving sleeve rotates reversely under the elastic force of the spring, the dragging belt is wound on the belt winding wheel again, the dragging belt moves to drive the user to move forwards synchronously, the sliding seat is driven to slide forwards, and the user bends knees with both legs. Meanwhile, the pawl and the ratchet gear form a ratchet and pawl mechanism with one-way transmission, the drive sleeve rotates reversely to drive the drive shaft to rotate reversely, the reverse rotation of the drive shaft cannot enable the pawl to drive the ratchet gear to rotate, namely, the blade frame cannot rotate reversely when the drive sleeve rotates reversely. So reciprocal, the health intermittent type is exerted oneself and is made the sliding seat along slide rail reciprocating sliding, and the blade frame rotates towards same direction, and the blade subassembly rotates and stirs the water that is located the water tank, and the resistance of water has hindered the motion of blade subassembly to make the user have obvious resistance at gliding in-process backward, make the whole body joint of user obtain the motion. In the rotating process of the blade frame, the stop column is simultaneously connected with the two driven inserting holes in an inserting mode, so that the two driving gears are relatively fixed, the driven gears cannot rotate, and the included angle between the upper blade and the lower blade is kept unchanged.
The required motion intensity of different users is different, and when adjusting the motion intensity of this product, user's left foot heel stepped on corresponding footboard lower part for the footboard rotates to offset with first spacing post. The pedal rotates to abut against the pressure rod and drive the pressure rod to slide downwards, the pressure rod moves downwards to enable the adjusting rod to move downwards, and meanwhile the second spring compresses. The adjusting rod moves to enable the sliding clamping groove to downwards drive the sliding clamping head to downwards move, namely the driving shaft moves downwards, the driving shaft moves downwards to abut against the stop column and drive the stop column to downwards move, and meanwhile the first spring is compressed. When the pedal is abutted to the first limiting column, the driving shaft moves downwards until the pawl is separated from the ratchet gear, the driving insertion column is inserted into the driven insertion hole above the driving insertion column, meanwhile, the stop column moves downwards until the driving shaft is separated from the driven insertion hole above the driving insertion column, and the driving shaft can drive the driving gear above the driving insertion column to rotate.
Then, pull the handle backward for drive sleeve pipe forward rotation, the clockwork spring holds power, and drive sleeve pipe forward rotation drives the drive shaft forward rotation, and drive shaft forward rotation makes the drive peg graft post drive the driven spliced eye that is located the top and rotates and then make the drive gear forward rotation that is located the top. The driving gear located above rotates positively to drive the driven gear to rotate positively, the driven gear rotates to drive the upper blade to rotate so as to enable the upper synchronous gear to rotate, the upper synchronous gear rotates to drive the lower synchronous gear to rotate so as to enable the lower blade to rotate, and the included angle between the upper blade and the lower blade is reduced along with the positive rotation of the driven gear. The area of the blade assembly which is just opposite to water in the rotating direction is reduced, and the resistance of the water to the blade assembly is reduced, namely the exercise intensity is reduced. Stopping to stimulate the handle for the handle moves forward under the spring action of clockwork spring, and drive sleeve pipe drives drive shaft antiport, and then makes the drive gear antiport that is located the top, and the drive gear antiport that is located the top drives driven gear antiport, and then makes driven gear antiport, goes up the contained angle of blade and lower blade and rotates and increase along with driven gear direction. The handle is moved to finely adjust the exercise intensity so as to meet the requirements of different users on the exercise intensity.
After the adjustment is completed, the left heel of the user treads on the lower end of the corresponding pedal, so that the pedal rotates to the original position, and the pressing rod moves upwards to the original position under the action of the elastic force of the tension spring. Adjusting the pole upward movement and driving the drive shaft upward movement to initial position, pawl and ratchet gear meshing, drive plug post and driven plug hole separation, the locking post upward movement under the elastic force effect of first spring, and then pegs graft simultaneously with two driven plug holes, and two drive gear relatively fixed continue to temper according to above-mentioned step.
Similarly, the user's right heel steps on the corresponding lower portion of the pedal, so that the pedal rotates to abut against the second limiting column. The pedal rotates to abut against the pressure rod and drive the adjusting rod to move downwards, meanwhile, the second spring is compressed, and the adjusting rod moves to enable the driving shaft to move downwards. When the pedal is abutted to the second limiting column, the driving shaft moves downwards until the pawl is separated from the ratchet gear, the driving insertion column is inserted into the driven insertion hole positioned below, meanwhile, the stop column moves downwards until the stopping column is separated from the driven insertion hole positioned above and below, and the driving shaft can drive the driving gear positioned below to rotate. Then, the handle is pulled backwards, so that the driving sleeve drives the driving shaft to rotate in the forward direction, meanwhile, the spring stores power, the driving shaft rotates in the forward direction to drive the driving gear located below to rotate in the forward direction, and the driving gear located below rotates in the forward direction to drive the driven gear to rotate in the reverse direction. The contained angle of going up blade and lower blade rotates and increases along with driven gear direction, has increased the resistance of water to the blade subassembly promptly, has increaseed exercise intensity promptly. Stopping pulling the handle for the handle moves forward under the spring action of clockwork spring, and the drive sleeve makes the drive gear antiport that is located the below, and then makes driven gear forward rotation. The included angle of going up blade and lower blade is followed driven gear forward and is rotated and reduce, removes the handle, finely tunes the motion intensity to satisfy different users to the requirement of motion intensity.
After the adjustment is accomplished, the footboard lower extreme that corresponds is stepped on to user's right foot heel for the footboard rotates to the primary position, the depression bar upward movement is to the primary position under the spring action of extension spring, drive shaft upward movement is to the primary position simultaneously, pawl and ratchet gear meshing, drive peg graft post and driven jack separation, the locking post upward movement under the spring action of first spring, and then peg graft simultaneously with two driven jack, two drive gear relatively fixed, continue to temper according to above-mentioned step, temper the back that finishes, place the anticreep inslot with the pull rod.
According to the invention, the pedal is arranged and is rotatably connected in the frame body, when physical exercise is carried out, feet step on the pedal, and along with the reciprocating motion of the legs, the pedal rotates at a small angle according to the motion of the legs and is attached to the sole plate of a user, so that the motion pressure of the ankles of the user is reduced, and the ankle injury is prevented in the use process; simultaneously the footboard wide-angle rotates, can offset and make depression bar downstream with the depression bar, and then make drive shaft downstream, and then make pawl and ratchet gear separation, the drive peg graft post is pegged graft with driven spliced eye, the locking post is no longer pegged graft simultaneously with two driven spliced eyes simultaneously, the adjustment handle position makes the contained angle between upper leaf blade and the lower leaf blade change, thereby adjusted the resistance size of water to the leaf blade subassembly, adjusted exercise intensity promptly, the user need not to leave the sliding seat and both can simple and convenient completion adjustment.
According to the invention, by arranging the handle, when the clamping column is clamped with the first clamping hole, the blade frame is rotated along the axis of the blade frame by pulling the handle in a reciprocating manner, so that the blade assembly dials water in the water tank, the joints of the whole body of a user can be moved, and the whole body can be exercised; when joint post and second joint hole joint, through reciprocal promotion handle for the reciprocating sliding of sliding seat, and then can make user's waist abdomen muscle obtain taking exercise.

Two limiting columns 113 which are symmetrically arranged are formed at the front end of the frame body 11; an anti-falling groove 1131 for limiting the movement of the pull rod 71 is formed at the lower end of the limiting column 113; in an initial state, the pull rod 71 is tightly abutted to the anti-drop groove 1131 under the elastic force of the spiral spring 53, and the positions of the pull rod 71 and the handle 72 are relatively fixed, so that the pull rod and the handle are convenient to store and arrange.
A plurality of pawls 61 are uniformly formed at the lower part of the outer wall of the driving shaft 6 along the circumferential direction; the upper part of the blade frame 41 is positioned in the driven drum 412 and is formed with a ratchet gear 4121 which can be in one-way transmission connection with the pawl 61; when the driving shaft 6 is located at the first position, the pawl 61 is in one-way transmission connection with the ratchet gear 4121; when the drive shaft 6 is located at the second position or the third position, the pawl 61 is separated from the ratchet gear 4121.
The pawl 61 and the ratchet gear 4121 constitute a ratchet-pawl mechanism; when the pawl 61 is engaged with the ratchet gear 4121, the driving shaft 6 rotates in the forward direction to rotate the driven drum 412 in the forward direction, the driving shaft 6 rotates in the reverse direction to rotate the driven drum 412, and the user only needs to pull the handle 72 back and forth to rotate the blade assembly 2 in the same direction continuously for physical exercise.
In the initial state, the water tank 13 is filled with water, the pull rod 71 is located in the anti-drop groove 1131, the adjusting rod 81 is located at the upper limit position, the stop column 92 is simultaneously inserted into the two driven insertion holes 912, and the clamping column 721 is fixedly clamped with the first clamping hole 712.
When the product is used for exercise, the frame body 11 is placed on a horizontal plane, a user sits on the sliding seat 31, the legs bend knees, the feet step on the pedals 12 respectively, and the hands hold the handles 72 respectively. The two feet pedal the pedals 12 with force to straighten the two legs, and simultaneously the two hands pull the handles 72 backwards, so that the sliding seat 31 slides backwards along the sliding rail 111 towards the user. The movement of the handle 72 drives the pull rod 71 to move, so that the pull rod 71 drives the dragging belt 52 to move, the dragging belt 52 drives the winding wheel 512 to rotate, so that the driving sleeve 51 rotates in the positive direction, and the winding spring 53 stores the torsional force. The forward rotation of the driving sleeve 51 causes the driving slide hole 511 to drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate in the forward direction, the forward rotation of the driving shaft 6 causes the pawl 61 to drive the ratchet gear 4121 to rotate, the rotation of the ratchet gear 4121 causes the driven drum 412 to rotate, and the rotation of the driven drum 412 drives the blade assembly 2 mounted on the blade frame 41 to rotate.
The pedal 12 is stopped to be pedaled with force, the handle 72 is not pulled backwards any more, the driving sleeve 51 rotates reversely under the elastic force of the spring 53, so that the dragging belt 52 is wound on the winding pulley 512 again, the dragging belt 52 moves to drive the user to move forwards, and further the sliding seat 31 is driven to slide forwards, and the user bends his knees. Meanwhile, the pawl 61 and the ratchet gear 4121 form a unidirectional transmission ratchet and pawl mechanism, the driving sleeve 51 rotates in reverse to drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate in reverse, and the reverse rotation of the driving shaft 6 cannot enable the pawl 61 to drive the ratchet gear 4121 to rotate, i.e., the blade frame 41 cannot rotate in reverse when the driving sleeve 51 rotates in reverse. So reciprocal, the health intermittent type is hard to make sliding seat 31 along slide rail 111 reciprocating sliding, and blade frame 41 rotates towards same direction, and blade subassembly 2 rotates and stirs the water that is located water tank 13, and the resistance of water has hindered blade subassembly 2's motion to make the user have obvious resistance at gliding in-process backward, make the whole body joint of user obtain the motion. During the rotation of the blade frame 41, the stop posts 92 are simultaneously inserted into the two driven insertion holes 912, so that the two driving gears 91 are relatively fixed, and the driven gears 23 cannot rotate, i.e. the included angle between the upper blade 21 and the lower blade 22 is kept unchanged.
The exercise intensity required by different users is different, and when the exercise intensity of the product is adjusted, the lower part of the corresponding pedal 12 is stepped on by the left heel of the user, so that the pedal 12 rotates to be abutted against the first limit column 1141. The pedal 12 rotates to abut against the pressing rod 812 and drive the pressing rod 812 to slide downwards, and the pressing rod 812 moves downwards to enable the adjusting rod 81 to move downwards, and meanwhile, the second spring 82 compresses. When the pedal 12 abuts against the first position-limiting column 1141, the driving shaft 6 moves downward until the pawl 61 is separated from the ratchet gear 4121, the driving insertion column 63 is inserted into the driven insertion hole 912 located above, and meanwhile, the stopping column 92 moves downward until the stopping column is separated from the driven insertion hole 912 located above, so that the driving shaft 6 can drive the driving gear 91 located above to rotate.
Then, the handle 72 is pulled backwards, so that the driving sleeve 51 rotates forwards, the spring 53 stores force, the driving sleeve 51 rotates forwards to drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate forwards, and the driving shaft 6 rotates forwards to drive the driving plug column 63 to drive the driven plug hole 912 located above to rotate so as to drive the driving gear 91 located above to rotate forwards. The driving gear 91 located above rotates positively to drive the driven gear 23 to rotate positively, the driven gear 23 rotates to drive the upper blade 21 to rotate so as to enable the upper synchronizing gear 211 to rotate, the upper synchronizing gear 211 rotates to drive the lower synchronizing gear 221 to rotate so as to enable the lower blade 22 to rotate, and the included angle between the upper blade 21 and the lower blade 22 is reduced along with the positive rotation of the driven gear 23. The area directly opposite to water on the blade assembly 2 rotation direction is reduced, and the resistance of water to the blade assembly 2 is reduced, and the exercise intensity is reduced. Stopping pulling handle 72 for handle 72 moves forward under the spring action of clockwork spring 53, and drive sleeve 51 drives drive shaft 6 antiport, and then makes the drive gear 91 antiport that is located the top, and the drive gear 91 antiport that is located the top drives driven gear 23 antiport, and then makes driven gear 23 antiport, and the contained angle of upper leaf 21 and lower leaf 22 rotates and increases along with driven gear 23 direction. The handle 72 is moved to fine-tune the exercise intensity to meet the exercise intensity requirements of different users.
After the adjustment is completed, the user steps on the lower end of the corresponding pedal 12 with the heel of the left foot, so that the pedal 12 rotates to the original position, and the pressing rod 812 moves upward to the original position under the elastic force of the tension spring 82. The adjusting rod 81 moves upwards to drive the driving shaft 6 to move upwards to the initial position, the pawl 61 is meshed with the ratchet wheel 4121, the driving insertion column 63 is separated from the driven insertion hole 912, the stop column 92 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 93 and is further simultaneously inserted into the two driven insertion holes 912, the two driving gears 91 are relatively fixed, and the exercise is continued according to the steps.

The pedal 12 rotates to abut against the pressing rod 812 and drive the adjusting rod 81 to move downwards, and meanwhile, the second spring 82 compresses, and the adjusting rod 81 moves to enable the driving shaft 6 to move downwards. When the pedal 12 abuts against the second limit post 1142, the driving shaft 6 moves downward until the pawl 61 is separated from the ratchet gear 4121, the driving plug post 63 is plugged into the driven plug hole 912 located below, and meanwhile, the stop post 92 moves downward until the pawl is separated from the driven plug hole 912 located above and below, so that the driving shaft 6 can drive the driving gear 91 located below to rotate. Then, pulling the handle 72 backward causes the driving sleeve 51 to drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate in the forward direction, and the spring 53 stores the force, so that the driving shaft 6 rotates in the forward direction to drive the driving gear 91 located below to rotate in the forward direction, and the driving gear 91 located below rotates in the forward direction to drive the driven gear 23 to rotate in the reverse direction. The included angle between the upper blade 21 and the lower blade 22 increases with the rotation of the driven gear 23, i.e. the resistance of water to the blade assembly 2 is increased, i.e. the exercise intensity is increased. The pulling of the knob 72 is stopped, so that the knob 72 moves forward by the elastic force of the clockwork spring 53, and the driving sleeve 51 rotates the driving gear 91 located below in the reverse direction, thereby rotating the driven gear 23 in the forward direction. The included angle between the upper blade 21 and the lower blade 22 is reduced along with the positive rotation of the driven gear 23, and the handle 72 is moved to finely adjust the exercise intensity so as to meet the requirements of different users on the exercise intensity.
