Specifically, during manual inflation, the injection head of the injector is inserted into the outer wall of the plug 211b, the inflation valve core 21 is pressed, the inflation valve core 21 moves axially inwards to enable the sealing portion two 211a to be separated from the sealing portion one 161, so that sealing between the sealing portion two and the sealing portion one 161 is lost, the inflation hole two 213 extends to the outside of the through hole 20 of the valve rod 16 to be communicated with the inner cavity of the vent pipe 11, and then quantitative gas in the injector can be pumped into the vent pipe 11. In this process, the inflation valve core 21 is slidably disposed in the through hole 20, and there is only a small friction force between the two due to mutual movement, so that the valve rod 16 is not driven to move together in the process of pressing the inflation valve core 21, and the outer peripheral wall of the main body portion 211 and the inner wall of the through hole 20 form a seal, so that the gas injected into the vent pipe 11 can smoothly flow to the corresponding airbag 6 to inflate the airbag 6. Of course, in actual operation, the airbag 6 may be evacuated by this structure to completely discharge the gas in the airbag 6.
As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of guide protrusions 161b which are slidably engaged with the inner wall of the vent pipe 11 are circumferentially spaced from the edge of the first sealing portion 161, and a groove 161c for air to pass through is formed between two adjacent guide protrusions 161 b. By providing the guide projection 161b, the process of axial movement of the valve stem 16 is stabilized by the sliding fit of the guide projection 161b with the inner wall of the vent pipe 11. A groove 161c through which gas passes is formed between adjacent two guide protrusions 161b so that when the gas discharge hole 17 is opened, gas can flow through the groove 161c and be discharged from the gas discharge hole 17.
The working principle and the using method of the medical defecation drainage device are as follows:
when in use, the anal tube 2 is inserted into the anus of a patient to a proper depth, and the two air bags 6 on the anal tube 2 are both in an uninflated state;
then, the medical staff presses an inflation starting button corresponding to one of the air bags 6 on the control panel of the control box 4 to trigger the controller 9 and control one of the electromagnetic valves 12 to be opened, at the moment, the other electromagnetic valve 12 is still in a closed state, meanwhile, the controller 9 controls the inflator pump 8 to start working, and gas sent by the inflator pump 8 enters one of the air bags 6 through the inflation tube 10, the vent tube 11 and the connecting tube 5 in sequence to inflate the air bag 6. During the process of inflating the airbag 6, the connecting pipe 5 is always communicated with the airbag 6, so that the air pressure in the connecting pipe 5 is detected through the air pressure detecting element 7, the air pressure in the airbag 6 can also be detected, when the air pressure value detected by the air pressure detecting element 7 reaches a set value, the air pressure detecting element 7 sends a signal to the controller 9, the controller 9 controls the opened electromagnetic valve 12 to be closed and controls the inflator 8 to stop working, and the controller 9 controls the timer 28 to start timing while the electromagnetic valve 12 is closed.
When the time counted by the timer 28 reaches the preset time, the timer 28 sends a signal to the controller, and the controller 9 controls the other electromagnetic valve 12 to be opened, while the electromagnetic valve 12 opened in the previous step is kept in a closed state, so as to prevent the inflated airbag 6 from being inflated again. At the same time, the controller 9 controls the inflator 8 to start operating again to inflate the other airbag 6. Similarly, when the airbag 6 is inflated to the set air pressure value, the air pressure detecting element 7 corresponding to the airbag 6 can generate a signal to the controller 9, the controller 9 controls the electromagnetic valve 12 corresponding to the airbag 6 to close, the inflator 8 stops working, the electromagnetic valve 12 closes, and the timer 28 starts timing in the same way. Then, the controller 9 controls the automatic exhaust valve 13 corresponding to the first inflated airbag 6 to open, and the gas in the first inflated airbag 6 is exhausted through the connecting pipe 5, the vent pipe 11 and the automatic exhaust valve 13 in sequence to realize deflation.
This medical defecation drainage device is through setting up parts such as time-recorder 28, controller 9, pump 8, automatic exhaust valve 13, and time-recorder 28 can time every gasbag 6 gas filled time for the process that two gasbags 6 switch over in turn can be accomplished automatically, and need not medical personnel and operate repeatedly. Moreover, the process of inflating and deflating the air bag 6 can be controlled and completed by the controller 9, and the automation degree is higher, so that the problem of troublesome operation is avoided, and the working strength of medical personnel can be reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A medical defecation drainage device comprises a collection bag (1), an anal tube (2) and a drainage tube (3) communicated with the anal tube (2) and the collection bag (1), and is characterized by further comprising a control box (4) and two connecting tubes (5), wherein two air bags (6) are arranged on the anal tube (2) at intervals along the length direction of the anal tube, the two connecting tubes (5) are respectively connected with the two air bags (6) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, each connecting tube (5) is provided with an air pressure detection element (7) used for detecting the air pressure in the corresponding connecting tube (5), an inflator pump (8), a controller (9) and two vent tubes (11) are arranged in the control box (4), the two vent tubes (11) are respectively communicated with the two connecting tubes (5) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, each vent tube (11) is respectively communicated with the inflator pump (8) through one inflator tube (10), every gas tube (10) is last all to be equipped with solenoid valve (12) that can control the gas tube (10) break-make that corresponds, all is equipped with on every breather pipe (11) to enable corresponding breather pipe (11) to realize carminative air relief valve (13), pump (8), every atmospheric pressure detecting element (7), every solenoid valve (12) and every air relief valve (13) all are connected with controller (9).

The medical defecation flow diverter according to claim 1, wherein an exhaust branch pipe (111) having an exhaust port (111a) is arranged on the side wall of the vent pipe (11), a cylindrical guide part (41) is arranged on the inner wall of the control box (4) at a position opposite to the exhaust port (111a), the automatic exhaust valve (13) comprises an electromagnet (131) fixedly arranged in the guide part (41) and a sliding block (132) capable of being attracted by the electromagnet (131), the sliding block (132) is positioned between the electromagnet (131) and the exhaust branch pipe (111) and the sliding block (132) is slidably arranged in the guide part (41), an elastic sealing block (133) is arranged on the side surface of the sliding block (132) facing the exhaust branch pipe (111), and a first spring (134) is arranged between the electromagnet (131) and the sealing block (133), the first spring (134) can press the sliding block (132) to move towards the air outlet (111a) and enable the sealing block (133) to seal the air outlet (111a), and the electromagnet (131) can attract the sliding block (132) to move towards the direction away from the air outlet (111a) and open the air outlet (111a) when being electrified.

The medical defecation drainage device according to claim 2, wherein a display screen (14) is arranged on the front side surface of the control box (4), one end of each vent pipe (11) penetrates through the rear side surface of the control box (4) to be connected with the corresponding connecting pipe (5), and the other end of each vent pipe (11) is further connected with a manual exhaust valve.

The medical defecation drainage device according to claim 3, wherein the manual exhaust valve comprises a valve cap (15) and a valve rod (16) arranged on the valve cap (15) in a penetrating manner, an exhaust hole (17) is formed in the valve cap (15), the valve cap (15) is connected to the outer wall of the other end of the vent pipe (11) in a threaded manner, the valve rod (16) can move in an axial and telescopic manner relative to the valve cap (15), one end of the valve rod (16) extends into the vent pipe (11) and is vertically connected with a first plate-shaped sealing part (161), the other end of the valve rod (16) is connected with a button (18), a second spring (19) is sleeved on the valve rod (16), the first sealing part (161) can abut against the inner wall of the valve cap (15) and seal the exhaust hole (17) under the action of the second spring (19), and the first sealing part (161) can be separated from the valve cap (15) and can seal the exhaust hole (17) when the valve rod (16 The exhaust hole (17) is communicated with the inner cavity of the vent pipe (11).
