本发明公开了一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,按重量份由以下组分组成:桑葚色素:25‑50份、枸杞色素:20份‑40份、小烛树蜡:13‑21份、葵花油:30‑35份;本发明还提出了一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、备料:准备桑葚色素、枸杞色素、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、离子水、无机填料、增稠剂、辅助添加剂、保湿剂、防腐剂等原料,并对原料进行筛选。本产品通过对现有传统口红中的着色剂的改进,采用桑葚色素和枸杞色素能够代替传统口红中的人工合成着色剂,使铅、汞、镉、砷等重金属超标的问题得到解决,并且可以对女士的健康得到保证,从而提升了产品的竞争能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红技术领域,尤其涉及一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们追求自然、健康与安全的意识日趋加强,越来越多的消费者倾向于更健康的化妆品。
目前市场上的口红大多由基底、着色剂、香精和其他添加剂几部分成分组成,基底主要有石蜡和油两种,常用的蜡为石蜡,但是石蜡的质地比较硬,通常用于固型;而油则是为了增强滋润度和丝滑度,含量高达90%左右,常用的为矿物油,着色剂即色素,其作用就是上色,市场上大多数产品是以合成色素为主,香精主要是掩盖以上原料的气味,通常采用从花果中提取天然香精的也极少,不足5%,根据数据统计,女性一生中大概要吃掉1.8公斤的口红,但现在市面上大多数口红里都会含有一定量的矿物油和抗氧化剂BHA,着色剂大多都采取人工合成色素。
而人工合成色素存在很多铅、汞、镉、砷等重金属超标的问题。铅、汞等重金属都是已公认的对人体有害的致癌物质,并且还能使胎儿畸形的几率升高,除铅汞等重金属以外,口红里微生物的超标对人体所造成的威胁也不容小觑,所以口红对于女性不仅仅是时尚,其安全问题同样刻不容缓,为此,我们提出了一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红及其制备方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,按重量份由以下组分组成:桑葚色素:25-50份、枸杞色素:20份-40份、小烛树蜡:13-21份、葵花油:30-35份、精制乳木果油:13-30份、维生素E:3-7份、葵花蜡:35-45份、橄榄油:35-45份、离子水:67-84份、无机填料:11-14份、增稠剂:9.06-10.5份、防腐剂:0.68-0.85份、保湿剂:8-13份、辅助添加剂:5.55-6份。
优选地,所述防腐剂采用苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、乙基己基甘油混合制成。
优选地,所述保湿剂采用二醇、PEG-400混合制成。
优选地,所述辅助添加剂采用无机盐、香料混合制成,所述无机盐采用括氯化钠。
优选地,所述增稠剂采用硬脂酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶混合制成。
优选地,所述无机填料采用云母。
本发明还提出了一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、备料:准备桑葚色素、枸杞色素、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、离子水、无机填料、增稠剂、辅助添加剂、保湿剂、防腐剂等原料,并对原料进行筛选,选取合格的原料,再根据所需份数称取对应的原料;
S2、准备工作:检查仪器,确保仪器正常,清洗所有工具,确保对所有工具尽心消毒处理;
S3、原料混合:先将S1中所述的离子水加入到高速热熔料锅中,再将维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、无机填料、增稠剂分别加入高速热熔料锅中进行搅拌混合得到混合物后,再将桑葚色素和枸杞色素加入到混合物中,高速混合后,将辅助添加剂、保湿剂添加到高速热熔料锅中搅拌混合,混合完毕后最后将防腐剂加入到混合物中,得到混合物;
S4、对色出料:将S3中所述的混合物取出与标准色号对比纸进行色号对比,确定好颜色后进行出料;
S5、微生物检测:将S4中取出的料送到半成品至实验室进行物理实验,采用微生物检测装置进行微生物检测,检测合格后取出得到物料;

本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过桑葚色素和枸杞色素能够代替传统口红中的人工合成着色剂,桑葚色素具有补血润肺的功效,而枸杞色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等功效,使铅、汞、镉、砷等重金属超标的问题得到解决,并且可以对女士的健康得到保证;
2、通过防腐剂能够防止微生物的感染和繁殖,使口红的存放时间可以延长,并且不会提升产品的成本,使产品更加环保,提升其竞争能力;
3、通过高速热熔料锅、搅拌机构和升降机构等部件的有效配合,当原料需要添加到高速热熔料锅内时,通过升降机构将盖板升起,能够方便将原料加入,加入完毕后,通过升降机构将盖板下降,从而可以将高速热熔料锅进行密封,再通过搅拌机构进行高速搅拌,使原料快速混合,继而可以减轻人工劳动强度,使原料在加入高速热熔料锅中时更加的便捷,并且可以更加快速并且高效率的将原料进行混合。
本产品通过对现有传统口红中的着色剂的改进,采用桑葚色素和枸杞色素能够代替传统口红中的人工合成着色剂,使铅、汞、镉、砷等重金属超标的问题得到解决,并且可以对女士的健康得到保证,从而提升了产品的竞争能力。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,按重量份由以下组分组成:桑葚色素:25-50份,桑葚色素为深紫红色,易溶于水和稀乙醇,桑葚果实中含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质等成分,营养是苹果的5-6倍,是葡萄的4倍,具有多种功效,被医学界誉为“二十一世纪的最佳保健果品,桑葚中含有脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸,硬脂酸及油酸组成,具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用,有助于提升产品的安全性。
在本发明中,枸杞色素:20份-40份,枸杞色素为天然着色剂,可用于食品和化妆品的着色,枸杞色素的主要成分为脂溶性类胡萝卜素类化合物,如游离类胡萝卜素类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯,游离类胡萝卜素包括β-胡萝卜素、β-隐黄质和玉米黄质,类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯主要为玉米黄质双棕榈酸酯、玉米黄质单棕榈酸酯和β-隐黄质棕榈酸酯。枸杞子色素以黄色素为主,还含有少量红色素,枸杞具有抗氧化、抗衰老、保肝及抗脂肪肝的作用,对女性具有美容养颜的作用,有助于提升产品的安全性。
在本发明中,小烛树蜡:13-21份,含有适度的树脂成分,由于收缩率小,当与其它蜡混合使用时,能使其它蜡在融点不增高的情况下而固化,具有防湿性、乳化性、光泽性、透明性、保湿性、离型性及可塑性,也是良好的粘度、硬度调整剂,可提高其延展性、颜料分散性、抗脱落性等整体质量,同时口红光泽自然,嘴唇感觉非常柔软,有助于提升产品的质量。
在本发明中,葵花油:30-35份,它含有大量的亚油酸等人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,可以促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康,并能减少胆固醇在血液中的淤积,是一种高级营养油,它颜色金黄、澄清透明,具有芳香气味,精制乳木果油:13-30份,乳木果油是纯天然植物油脂,超强抗氧化效果,温和无刺激,与人体分泌油脂指标极为接近,蕴含丰富的极易于人体吸收的非皂化成分,具有深层滋润,可以防止干燥开裂的效果,可保持肌肤自然弹性,有助于提升产品的安全性和质量。
在本发明中,维生素E:3-7份、维生素E具有软化皮肤,美容养颜的效果,葵花蜡:35-45份,能够代替口红中的地蜡,具有清热泻火,润肠通便,还可以增加人体的免疫能力,橄榄油:35-45份,橄榄油是由新鲜的油橄榄果实直接冷榨而成,不经过加热和化学处理,保留了天然的营养成分,是极佳的天然保健品,橄榄油含有丰富的维生素E,有抗氧化,消除体内的自由基,促进血液循环,保护皮肤,养颜美容的作用,有助于提升产品的质量。
在本发明中,离子水:67-84份,离子水具有杀菌、消毒、敛肤、美容的作用,无机填料:11-14份、无机填料采用云母,云母,具有砌除风邪,充实五脏,增加生育能力,使眼睛明亮,久服身体轻便灵巧,延长寿命,又名云珠、云华、云英、云液、云砂、磷石,产于山中深处,对产品的质量有助于提升。
在本发明中,增稠剂:9.06-10.5份、增稠剂采用硬脂酸钠,白色细微粉末或块状固体,有滑腻感,有脂肪味,在空气中有吸水性,微溶于冷水,溶于热水或醇溶液,水溶液因水解而呈碱性,羟乙基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素在化妆品、护肤品里主要作用是粘合剂,成膜剂,乳化稳定剂,头发调理剂,风险系数为1,比较安全,可以放心使用,对于孕妇一般没有影响,黄原胶混合制成,黄原胶有缓解皮肤干燥、抗氧化以及去除面部皱纹的作用,使产品的安全性得到保证。
在本发明中,防腐剂:0.68-0.85份、防腐剂采用苯氧乙醇,苯氧乙醇主要是用来作为抗菌剂或者是防腐剂,抑制护肤品当中产生的细菌,减少由于护肤品变质引发的皮肤问题,也能增长护肤品的使用期限,羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯,为白色或类白色结晶或结晶性粉末,甲醇、乙醇或乙醚中易溶,在热水中溶解,在水中微溶,为中性,无刺激性,几乎无毒的优良防腐剂,对霉菌、酵母菌效力较好,对细菌效力较差,在pH3~6时防腐作用最强,乙基己基甘油混合制成,乙基己基甘油在配方中能起到增效传统防腐剂,对口红具有高效防腐的效果,使产品的保质期得到提升。
在本发明中,保湿剂:8-13份、保湿剂采用二醇、PEG-400混合制成,PEG400为液体,具有与各种溶剂的广泛相容性,是很好的溶剂,乙二醇主要用于制聚酯涤纶,聚酯树脂、吸湿剂,增塑剂,表面活性剂,合成纤维、化妆品并用作染料等的溶剂,也可用于粘合剂的湿润剂,辅助添加剂:5.55-6份,辅助添加剂采用无机盐、香料混合制成,无机盐采用括氯化钠,氯化钠,是一种无机离子化合物,化学式NaCl,无色立方结晶或细小结晶粉末,味咸,外观是白色晶体状,其来源主要是海水,是食盐的主要成分,易溶于水、甘油,、液氨;不溶于浓盐酸,稳定性比较好,其水溶液呈中性,有助于提升产品的质量和效果。
参照图1-2,本发明还提出了一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、备料:准备桑葚色素、枸杞色素、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、离子水、无机填料、增稠剂、辅助添加剂、保湿剂、防腐剂等原料,并对原料进行筛选,选取合格的原料,再根据所需份数称取对应的原料,从源头保证原料的质量,从而可以很好的提升产品的质量;
S2、准备工作:检查仪器,确保仪器正常,清洗所有工具,确保对所有工具尽心消毒处理,保证所有工具的安全性,防止细菌进入到产品中,避免产品在生产时出现问题,使产品的安全性得到保证;
S3、原料混合:先将S1中的离子水加入到高速热熔料锅中,高速热熔料锅包括框架1,框架1内安装有搅拌锅2,搅拌锅2的上端安装有盖板3,通过盖板3可以将搅拌锅2进行密封,防止在搅拌过程中,搅拌锅2内的原料从搅拌锅2内洒出,盖板3上设有搅拌机构,搅拌机构上设有四个搅拌杆7,四个搅拌杆7均设置在搅拌锅2内,通过搅拌机构上的四个搅拌杆7可以对搅拌锅2内的原料进行高效的搅拌混合,可以使原料快速的融合。
在本发明中,搅拌机构包括固定在盖板3上端中部的固定箱4,固定箱4内固定安装有第一电机5,第一电机5和配套部件连接,便于稳定运作,能够设定程序,自动运作,盖板3的下端中部转动套接有驱动杆6,四个搅拌杆7分别固定套装在驱动杆7的两侧,通过第一电机5的运作,可以带动驱动杆7进行转动,而驱动杆7的转动可以使四个搅拌杆7对搅拌锅2内的原料进行搅拌混合。
在本发明中,第一电机5的输出轴末端贯穿固定箱4的下侧和盖板3并固定连接在驱动杆6的上端,第一电机5能够带动驱动杆7进行转动,对驱动杆7具有提供动力的效果,框架1的两侧均固定有竖板9,两个竖板9的上端共同固定有顶板10,顶板10上设有升降机构,通过顶板10可以使升降机构上的部件更加的稳定运作。
在本发明中,升降机构上设有两个螺纹杆15,两个螺纹杆15的上端分别转动套接在顶板10的下端两侧,两个螺纹杆15的底端分别转动连接在框架1的上端两侧,通过框架1和顶板10,能够使两个螺纹杆15更加稳定的转动,盖板3的两侧均固定套接有螺纹套管16,两个螺纹套管16分别螺纹套接在相对应的两个螺纹杆15上,当两个螺纹杆15转动时,能够推动两个螺纹套管16同时进行升降。
在本发明中,搅拌锅2的底端设置有加热装置8,加热装置8和配套部件连接,便于稳定运作,能够设定程序,自动运作,对搅拌锅2具有加热升温的效果,升降机构包括分别设置在顶板10上端两侧的两个转轮13,两个转轮13之间通过传动带14摩擦传动,当其中一个转轮13转动时,能够通过传动带14带动另一个转轮13同步转动。
在本发明中,位于右侧转轮13的上方设置有固定件11,固定件11固定连接在顶板10上,固定件11内固定安装有第二电机12,第二电机12和配套部件连接,便于稳定运作,能够设定程序,自动运作,第二电机12的输出轴末端贯穿固定件11的下端并固定连接在位于右侧的转轮13的上端中部,第二电机12运作能够带动位于右侧的转轮13转动,而位于右侧的转轮13转动可以通过传动带14同步带动另一个转轮13转动。
在本发明中,两个螺纹杆15的上端分别贯穿顶板10的两侧并固定连接在两个转轮13的下端中部,通过两个转轮13同步转动能够带动两个螺纹杆15转动,而两个螺纹杆15的转动可以推动两个螺纹套管16进行升降,从而能够实现在向搅拌锅2内添加原料时将盖板3进行自动升降,继而可以减轻人工的劳动强度,使人工在向搅拌锅2中添加原料时更加的方便。
在本发明中,再将维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、无机填料、增稠剂分别加入高速热熔料锅中进行搅拌混合得到混合物后,与离子水的混合,能够形成一种液态混物,再将桑葚色素和枸杞色素加入到混合物中,高速混合后,能够形成一种带有颜色的半固固态液体,将辅助添加剂、保湿剂添加到高速热熔料锅中搅拌混合,混合完毕后最后将防腐剂加入到混合物中,得到混合物,使全部原料进行搅拌混合,全部混合完毕后将物料进行检测;
S4、对色出料:将S3中的混合物取出与标准色号对比纸进行色号对比,确定好颜色后进行出料,能够根据色号对比纸来对混合完毕后的物料进行颜色对比校正;
S5、微生物检测:将S4中取出的料送到半成品至实验室进行物理实验,采用微生物检测装置进行微生物检测,检测合格后取出得到物料,确保口红的安全,使口红在检测合格后进行批量生产;
S6、将S5中检测合格后的物料用自动灌装机装入已消毒号的包装物中,并用喷码机在外包装物上喷上使用期限和生产批号,得到口红,将口红进行包装,包装完毕后喷码入库,可以方便对口红的批次进行划分。在本发明中,备料:准备桑葚色素、枸杞色素、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、离子水、无机填料、增稠剂、辅助添加剂、保湿剂、防腐剂等原料,并对原料进行筛选,选取合格的原料,再根据所需份数称取对应的原料,准备工作:检查仪器,确保仪器正常,清洗所有工具,确保对所有工具尽心消毒处理,原料混合:先将S1中的离子水加入到高速热熔料锅中,再将维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、无机填料、增稠剂分别加入高速热熔料锅中进行搅拌混合得到混合物后,再将桑葚色素和枸杞色素加入到混合物中,高速混合后,将辅助添加剂、保湿剂添加到高速热熔料锅中搅拌混合,混合完毕后最后将防腐剂加入到混合物中,得到混合物,对色出料:将S3中的混合物取出与标准色号对比纸进行色号对比,确定好颜色后进行出料,微生物检测:将S4中取出的料送到半成品至实验室进行物理实验,采用微生物检测装置进行微生物检测,检测合格后取出得到物料,将S5中检测合格后的物料用自动灌装机装入已消毒号的包装物中,并用喷码机在外包装物上喷上使用期限和生产批号,得到口红。

Claims (10)
1.一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于,按重量份由以下组分组成:桑葚色素:25-50份、枸杞色素:20份-40份、小烛树蜡:13-21份、葵花油:30-35份、精制乳木果油:13-30份、维生素E:3-7份、葵花蜡:35-45份、橄榄油:35-45份、离子水:67-84份、无机填料:11-14份、增稠剂:9.06-10.5份、防腐剂:0.68-0.85份、保湿剂:8-13份、辅助添加剂:5.55-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于:所述防腐剂采用苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、乙基己基甘油混合制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于:所述保湿剂采用二醇、PEG-400混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于:所述辅助添加剂采用无机盐、香料混合制成,所述无机盐采用括氯化钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于:所述增稠剂采用硬脂酸钠、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶混合制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红,其特征在于:所述无机填料采用云母。
7.一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、备料:准备桑葚色素、枸杞色素、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、离子水、无机填料、增稠剂、辅助添加剂、保湿剂、防腐剂等原料,并对原料进行筛选,选取合格的原料,再根据所需份数称取对应的原料;
S2、准备工作:检查仪器,确保仪器正常,清洗所有工具,确保对所有工具尽心消毒处理;
S3、原料混合:先将S1中所述的离子水加入到高速热熔料锅中,再将维生素E、葵花蜡、橄榄油、小烛树蜡、葵花油、精制乳木果油、无机填料、增稠剂分别加入高速热熔料锅中进行搅拌混合得到混合物后,再将桑葚色素和枸杞色素加入到混合物中,高速混合后,将辅助添加剂、保湿剂添加到高速热熔料锅中搅拌混合,混合完毕后最后将防腐剂加入到混合物中,得到混合物;
S4、对色出料:将S3中所述的混合物取出与标准色号对比纸进行色号对比,确定好颜色后进行出料;
S5、微生物检测:将S4中取出的料送到半成品至实验室进行物理实验,采用微生物检测装置进行微生物检测,检测合格后取出得到物料;
S6、将S5中检测合格后的物料用自动灌装机装入已消毒号的包装物中,并用喷码机在外包装物上喷上使用期限和生产批号,得到口红。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述高速热熔料锅包括框架(1),所述框架(1)内安装有搅拌锅(2),所述搅拌锅(2)的上端安装有盖板(3),所述盖板(3)上设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构上设有四个搅拌杆(7),四个搅拌杆(7)均设置在搅拌锅(2)内,所述框架(1)的两侧均固定有竖板(9),两个竖板(9)的上端共同固定有顶板(10),所述顶板(10)上设有升降机构,所述升降机构上设有两个螺纹杆(15),两个螺纹杆(15)的上端分别转动套接在顶板(10)的下端两侧,两个螺纹杆(15)的底端分别转动连接在框架(1)的上端两侧,所述盖板(3)的两侧均固定套接有螺纹套管(16),两个螺纹套管(16)分别螺纹套接在相对应的两个螺纹杆(15)上,所述搅拌锅(2)的底端设置有加热装置(8)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述搅拌机构包括固定在盖板(3)上端中部的固定箱(4),所述固定箱(4)内固定安装有第一电机(5),所述盖板(3)的下端中部转动套接有驱动杆(6),四个搅拌杆(7)分别固定套装在驱动杆(7)的两侧,所述第一电机(5)的输出轴末端贯穿固定箱(4)的下侧和盖板(3)并固定连接在驱动杆(6)的上端。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种含桑葚、枸杞色素的口红的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述升降机构包括分别设置在顶板(10)上端两侧的两个转轮(13),两个转轮(13)之间通过传动带(14)摩擦传动,位于右侧转轮(13)的上方设置有固定件(11),所述固定件(11)固定连接在顶板(10)上,所述固定件(11)内固定安装有第二电机(12),所述第二电机(12)的输出轴末端贯穿固定件(11)的下端并固定连接在位于右侧的转轮(13)的上端中部,两个螺纹杆(15)的上端分别贯穿顶板(10)的两侧并固定连接在两个转轮(13)的下端中部。
