With the arrangement, the wireless earphone box can realize the voice interaction function with the user so as to further expand the functions of the wireless earphone box.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless headset case with an intelligent voice function further includes a touch unit 24; the touch unit 24 is provided with at least one function trigger area, and each function trigger area is configured to output a corresponding function trigger signal to the main control unit 21 in the wireless headset box according to the received touch signal, so that the main control unit 21 executes a corresponding operation event;
the intelligent voice unit 22 is further configured to output instruction information representing function settings to the main control unit 21 according to the received voice instruction, so that the main control unit 21 can set functions corresponding to each function trigger area in the touch unit 24 according to the instruction information.
In this embodiment, the touch unit 24 may be provided with a plurality of function trigger areas for outputting corresponding electrical signals when touched. Each function trigger area is used for utilizing the self-inductance principle when being touched, such as: and outputting a function triggering signal representing that the function triggering area is triggered to a main control unit 21 in the wireless earphone box according to the principles of capacitance self-inductance and electromagnetic self-inductance. In the present embodiment, each function trigger area is considered to receive a touch signal when touched by a user. The main control unit 21 of the wireless headset box may further pre-store a plurality of sets of software programs or algorithms corresponding to the function trigger areas, so that when the main control unit 21 receives the electrical signal output by the touch control unit 24, the electrical signal may be analyzed and identified to confirm the function trigger area from which the electrical signal comes, and then the corresponding software program or algorithm may be called according to the confirmation result to further analyze the electrical signal, so as to further confirm the function triggered by the representation of the electrical signal, so that the main control unit 21 may output a corresponding control signal according to the function triggered by the representation thereof to control other function modules in the wireless headset box to operate, thereby achieving the touch control effect. Of course, it can be understood that, in addition to the communication module 222 and other functional modules used for handset/headset interaction, the functional unit in the wireless headset box may also be provided with a prompt unit 23, a display unit or a function setting unit 29 and other functional units that operate by itself, and the functional units that operate by itself may also be triggered by the touch unit 24, and the triggering process is consistent with the above process, and will not be described herein again.
In an alternative embodiment, the touch unit 24 is a transparent touch unit 24, and includes a protection layer 241, and a transparent substrate layer 242, a transparent sensing layer 243, an adhesive layer 244 and a transparent top layer 245 sequentially stacked on the protection layer 241. Wherein, 243 (the layer is preferably liquid silver) on the transparent sensing layer is provided with a function trigger area 2431, the area comprises 30 function trigger areas, the 30 function trigger areas can be divided into 18 outer layer function trigger areas (B0-B17) and 12 inner layer function trigger areas (A0-A11), and the 18 outer layer function trigger areas (B0-B17) are arranged around the 12 inner layer function trigger areas (A0-A11). Each outer function trigger area is all connected with binding post 2433 on the response layer through the wiring contact 2434 that sets up on its surface side, and each inner layer function trigger area then can loop through one and pass outer function trigger area's wiring portion 2432 and locate wiring contact 2434 on the wiring portion 2432 and be connected with binding post 2433 electricity again to the flat bed of each function trigger area on the response layer is walked line. A Connector electrically connected to the main control unit 21 may be disposed on the circuit board on which the main control unit 21 is disposed, and the touch unit 24 is electrically connected to the Connector through a flexible Flex board. In this embodiment, the sound pickup module 221 includes 4 microphones (MIC 1-MIC 4), and the touch unit 24 is rectangular; the 4 microphones of the sound pickup module 221 are respectively disposed corresponding to 4 corners of the touch unit 24. Through setting up touch-control unit 24, can make the user directly trigger the multiple functions of wireless earphone box through it, its trigger mode is more convenient nimble, also more laminates the design of wireless earphone and is original intention.
In this embodiment, the cloud server may further store a standard voice instruction representing each function setting, so as to send corresponding instruction information to the communication module 222 when receiving the voice instruction representing the function setting, so that the communication module 222 may output the instruction information to the main control unit 21. The main control unit 21 may further store a plurality of sets of software programs or algorithms for implementing other functions, so that when the instruction information is received, the function trigger area to be set and the function to be set can be obtained by performing corresponding analysis on the instruction information; the main control unit 21 may also call a corresponding software program or algorithm according to the analysis result and establish an associated link with the function trigger area to be set, so as to implement the function setting of the corresponding function trigger area. In another alternative embodiment, the user can enter the main control unit 21 into a setting mode for each function trigger area in the touch unit 24 by double-clicking the touch unit 24, and can also set the function triggered by each function trigger area by a physical key. By combining the intelligent voice unit 22 with the touch unit 24, the user can directly set the functions of the function trigger areas in the intelligent voice unit through voice without the need of various complicated steps of key setting.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless headset case with an intelligent voice function further includes:
a power supply unit 25 for charging the earphone; and
an electric quantity detection unit 26, configured to perform electric quantity detection on the power supply unit 25, and output an electric quantity detection signal to the main control unit 21;
the main control unit 21 is further configured to control the intelligent voice unit 22 to send an electric quantity early warning signal when it is determined that the electric quantity of the power supply unit 25 is lower than a preset voltage value according to the electric quantity detection signal.
In this embodiment, the power supply unit 25 may be a battery pack to charge the wireless earphone when the wireless earphone is accommodated in the wireless earphone box of the present invention; and the power supply unit 25 is further configured to provide a power supply for normal operation of each functional unit in the wireless headset box. The electric quantity detection unit 26 may be implemented by a small current shunt circuit; the power detection unit 26 can output a power detection signal in the form of a small current to the main control unit 21 in real time, so that the main control unit 21 can perform digital-to-analog conversion and then run a corresponding software program or algorithm to perform analysis and calculation, thereby obtaining the remaining power of the power supply unit 25. The main control unit 21 can also compare the remaining power of the power supply unit 25 with a preset voltage value in real time, and can determine that the remaining power of the power supply unit 25 is insufficient when the remaining power is lower than the preset voltage value, so as to control the voice module 223 in the intelligent voice unit 22 to send out a power early warning signal for prompting the insufficient power. By the arrangement, the user can know the residual electric quantity of the wireless earphone box in time, and then the user can charge the wireless earphone box in time.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless headset case with an intelligent voice function further includes:
the charging interface 27 is used for accessing an external power supply through a charging wire to charge the power supply unit 25; and
a wireless charging unit 28, wherein the wireless charging unit 28 is used for wirelessly charging the power supply unit 25.
In this embodiment, the charging interface 27 may be a micro USB interface or a TYPE serial interface, and is preferably a TYPE-C interface; the charging interface 27 is used for charging the power supply unit 25 with an external power supply connected through a charging wire. It can be understood that a corresponding voltage conversion circuit may be further adapted in the wireless headset box, so that the accessed external power supply meets the charging requirement of the power supply unit 25. The wireless charging unit 28 may be a charging coil, so that when the wireless earphone box is close to the wireless charging device, the secondary power generated by induction is output to the power supply unit 25, thereby realizing wireless charging of the power supply unit 25. Through setting up interface 27 and the wireless unit 28 that charges, can make the more convenient charging of earphone charging box, improve its convenience of charging.
It is to be understood that the structure of the wireless headset case with smart voice function shown in the drawings does not constitute a limitation of the wireless headset case with smart voice function of the present invention, and may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine some components, or may arrange different components. For example, the wireless headset box with the smart voice function of the present invention may further include a function setting unit 29 as a physical key. The user can continuously press or continuously press the function setting unit 29 for a preset time or a preset number of times, so that the function setting signal output by the function setting unit 29 triggers the main control unit 21 to enter a setting mode for performing function setting on the touch module, and then the function setting signal in different forms can be output, so as to realize switching of the function trigger area to be set and performing function setting on the function trigger area, for example: after entering the setting mode, the function setting signal is output once to switch the function trigger area to be set; or continuously output a function setting signal to set the amplitude of a single adjustment to the volume.

1. A wireless headset box with smart voice function, comprising:
a housing;
the circuit board is accommodated in the shell;
the main control unit is arranged on the circuit board; and
the intelligent voice unit is arranged on the circuit board and is electrically connected with the main control unit; the intelligent voice unit is used for outputting a corresponding function triggering signal to the main control unit according to the received voice instruction so as to trigger the main control unit to execute a corresponding operation event.
2. The wireless headset box with smart voice function of claim 1, wherein the smart voice unit comprises a pickup module and a communication module;
the pickup module is used for acquiring a voice instruction and sending the voice instruction to the cloud server through the communication module so as to identify the instruction;
the communication module is further configured to receive instruction information fed back by the cloud server and output the instruction information to the main control unit, so that the main control unit can execute a corresponding operation event according to the instruction information.
3. The wireless headset box with the smart voice function of claim 2, wherein the communication module is further configured to be in communication connection with a headset, so as to send instruction information fed back by the cloud server to the headset, so that the headset operates according to the instruction information;
and/or the communication module is also used for being in communication connection with a mobile phone and sending the instruction information fed back by the cloud server to the mobile phone so that the earphone works according to the instruction information.
4. The wireless headset box with smart voice function of claim 2, further comprising a prompting unit;
the main control unit is also used for driving the prompting unit to send out a position prompting signal according to the instruction information output by the communication module.
5. The wireless headset box with intelligent voice function of claim 4, wherein the sound pickup module comprises a plurality of sound pickups, each sound pickup is used for acquiring voice commands and outputting the voice commands to the communication module;
each sound pick-up is also used for outputting the acquired voice instruction to the main control unit;
the main control unit is also used for determining the relative position of the wireless earphone box and the voice instruction source according to the voice instruction strength acquired by each sound pickup, and driving the prompting unit to send out a relative position prompting signal of the wireless earphone box relative to the voice instruction source.
6. The wireless headset box with smart voice functionality of claim 2, wherein the smart voice unit further comprises a voice module;
the voice module is used for making a sound under the control of the main control unit after the main control unit receives the instruction information.

The wireless headset box with smart voice function of claim 6, wherein the voice module comprises a first speaker assembly, the first speaker assembly is disposed at one side of the housing, the first speaker assembly is configured to output a sound channel signal under the control of the main control unit;
or, the voice module comprises a first speaker component and a second speaker component; the first loudspeaking component and the second loudspeaking component are respectively accommodated at two opposite sides of the shell, and the first loudspeaking component and the second loudspeaking component are used for outputting a left channel signal and outputting a right channel signal according to the control of the main control unit.

The wireless headset box with smart voice function of claim 1, further comprising a touch unit; the touch control unit is provided with at least one function trigger area, and each function trigger area is used for outputting a corresponding function trigger signal to the main control unit in the wireless earphone box according to the received touch control signal so as to enable the main control unit to execute a corresponding operation event;
the intelligent voice unit is further configured to output instruction information representing function settings to the main control unit according to the received voice instruction, so that the main control unit can set functions corresponding to each function trigger area in the touch unit according to the instruction information.
9. The wireless headset with smart voice functionality of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the wireless headset with smart voice functionality further comprises:
the power supply unit is used for charging the earphone; and
the electric quantity detection unit is used for detecting the electric quantity of the power supply unit and outputting an electric quantity detection signal to the main control unit;
the main control unit is further used for controlling the intelligent voice unit to send out an electric quantity early warning signal when the electric quantity of the power supply unit is determined to be lower than a preset voltage value according to the electric quantity detection signal.
10. The wireless headset with smart voice capability of claim 9, wherein the wireless headset with smart voice capability further comprises:
the charging interface is used for being connected with an external power supply through a charging wire so as to charge the power supply unit; and
and the wireless charging unit is used for wirelessly charging the power supply unit.
