The fallen leaf cleaning device for reducing the adhesion of sand and stone as claimed in claim 1, wherein a baffle is further arranged in the rotating shaft, the baffle is arc-shaped, one end of the baffle is provided with a fixing piece, one end of the fixing piece is fixedly connected with one end of the baffle, and the other end of the fixing piece penetrates through the inner ring of the rolling bearing and is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the rolling bearing.
