Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
In the prior art, in the process of drying clothes by a drying device, a temperature sensor is adopted to monitor the temperature of air flow in a drying barrel so as to control the on and off of a heater according to the temperature of the air flow. Specifically, an upper temperature limit and a lower temperature limit are preset, when the temperature sensor monitors that the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel is greater than the upper temperature limit, the heater is controlled to be turned off, and when the temperature sensor monitors that the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel is less than the lower temperature limit, the heater is controlled to be turned on. However, if the set upper temperature limit and the set lower temperature limit are not appropriate, in the whole drying process, the phenomenon that the clothes are damaged due to overhigh temperature in the drying barrel or the phenomenon that the whole drying process is overlong due to overhigh temperature in the drying barrel may occur, so that the use experience of a user is influenced.
In view of the above problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides a drying method, which performs a clothes drying process by controlling a heater of a clothes processing apparatus to be turned on, monitors a temperature of a drying tub to determine a stable temperature of a constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process, sets a temperature range according to the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage, and controls the temperature of the drying tub according to the temperature range. Therefore, the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process is determined through the monitored temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel, and the temperature range is set according to the constant temperature of the constant temperature stage, so that the problem that the clothes are damaged due to overhigh upper temperature limit or overlong lower temperature limit to cause overlong drying process in the clothes drying process in the prior art is solved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
A drying processing method, a drying processing apparatus, and a laundry processing apparatus according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a drying method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The embodiment of the present application is exemplified by the drying method being configured in a drying processing device, which is configured in any laundry processing device, so that the laundry processing device performs a drying function.
The laundry processing apparatus may be a washing and drying machine, or a clothes dryer, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the drying processing method includes the steps of:
step 101, controlling a heater of the clothes processing device to heat air flow, and executing a clothes drying process.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the laundry processing apparatus completes the dehydration process or puts wet laundry into the drying tub of the laundry processing apparatus, the humidity of the laundry is high, and the laundry processing apparatus needs to be controlled to execute the laundry drying process. Specifically, a heater provided in the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be turned on to heat an air flow introduced into the drying tub, thereby implementing a drying process of the laundry.
As a possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the heater of the laundry treatment apparatus to be turned on to perform the laundry drying process, in order to rapidly increase the temperature in the drying tub to a preset temperature, the heater may be controlled to be turned on and the airflow in the drying tub may be heated at the maximum power. Therefore, the temperature in the drying barrel is rapidly increased, and the drying time is shortened.
Step 102, monitoring the temperature of the airflow to determine a stable temperature during a constant temperature phase of the laundry drying process.
In the embodiment of the application, when the heater of the clothes processing device is turned on to heat the airflow in the drying tub, and during the drying process of the clothes, the heat generated by the heater can evaporate the moisture from the clothes, and the temperature in the drying tub can be maintained in a relatively stable temperature range. It can be understood that the laundry drying process of the laundry treating apparatus is at a constant temperature stage at this time.
In the embodiment of the application, the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel is monitored in real time through the temperature sensor arranged on the clothes processing device, so that the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process is determined according to the monitored temperature of the airflow.
As a possible implementation manner, when the airflow temperatures monitored by the temperature sensors at different times of the set time period are equal or have small deviations, it may be determined that the laundry processing apparatus is in a constant temperature stage of the laundry drying process, further, an average value of the airflow temperatures at different times of the set time period is calculated, and the average value of the airflow temperatures at different times is taken as a stable temperature of the constant temperature stage.
And 103, setting a temperature range according to the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage.
In the embodiment of the application, after the clothes drying process executed by the clothes processing device is in the constant temperature stage, along with the continuous reduction of moisture in the clothes and the continuous heating of the air flow by the heater, the temperature of the air flow in the drying barrel can be rapidly increased. In order to avoid the phenomena that the clothes are scalded due to the continuous rise of the air flow temperature, the drying process is overlong due to the overlow air flow temperature and the like, in the embodiment, the temperature range can be set according to the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage, so that the heater is controlled to be turned on and off according to the set temperature range.
Specifically, after the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process is determined according to the airflow temperature monitored by the temperature sensor, the lower limit of the set temperature range can be determined according to the stable temperature. In this embodiment, the lower limit of the temperature range is greater than the stabilization temperature, and the difference between the lower limit of the temperature range and the stabilization temperature is 3 ℃ to 5 ℃. Thus, after the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage is determined, the lower limit of the temperature range can be determined. The difference between the upper limit and the lower limit of the temperature range conforms to a set difference, wherein the value range of the set difference is 1 ℃ to 3 ℃. Therefore, the upper limit of the temperature range may be further determined according to the lower limit of the temperature range.
For example, if the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage during the drying process is 55 ℃ according to the temperature of the airflow monitored by the temperature sensor, the lower limit of the temperature range may be 58 ℃ to 60 ℃ and the upper limit of the temperature range may be 59 ℃ to 63 ℃. Thus, the temperature range can be determined from the set difference between the upper and lower limits of the temperature range.
It should be noted that, after the laundry processing apparatus performs the laundry drying process in the constant temperature stage, as the moisture in the laundry is continuously reduced and the heater continuously heats the airflow, the temperature of the airflow in the drying tub is rapidly increased, and therefore, the lower limit of the temperature range is greater than the stable temperature. However, in order to avoid damage to the laundry caused by the continuous rise in the temperature of the air stream, the difference between the lower limit of the temperature range and the stable temperature may be set to 3 ℃ to 5 ℃.
And 104, controlling the temperature of the drying barrel according to the temperature range.
In the embodiment of the application, after the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process is determined according to the airflow temperature monitored by the temperature sensor, the clothes drying process enters the protection stage. At this time, the clothes treatment device compares the real-time monitored air flow temperature with the set temperature range, and controls the on and off of the heater to complete the subsequent drying process. Therefore, the damage to clothes caused by overhigh temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel is avoided, and the technical problem that the overlong temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel leads to the overlong whole drying process is also avoided.
As a possible implementation manner, since the clothes made of different materials correspond to different temperature ranges, that is, the set upper temperature limit and the set lower temperature limit are different, in this embodiment, the corresponding temperature range may be determined according to the material of the clothes, so as to control the heater of the clothes processing apparatus to start and stop performing the temperature control of the drying tub.
Specifically, when the temperature sensor monitors that the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel rises to be greater than or equal to the upper limit of the temperature range, the heater is controlled to be turned off so as to avoid damage to the clothes caused by continuous rising of the temperature. After the heater is turned off, the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel can be continuously reduced, and when the temperature sensor monitors that the temperature of the airflow in the drying barrel is reduced to be less than or equal to the lower limit of the temperature range, the heater is turned on again, so that the heater can continuously heat the airflow in the drying barrel. Therefore, by setting a proper temperature range, the technical problem that the heating effect is poor due to the fact that the heater is frequently turned on and off because the upper temperature limit and the lower temperature limit are unreasonably set in the clothes drying process is solved.
For example, if the set temperature range is 58 ℃ to 60 ℃, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the airflow in the drying tub rises to be greater than or equal to 60 ℃, the heater is controlled to be turned off, the temperature of the airflow in the drying tub will continuously decrease, and when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the airflow in the drying tub falls to 58 ℃, the heater is turned on again, so that the heater continues to heat the airflow in the drying tub.
In the embodiment of the application, the temperature of the drying barrel is controlled according to the temperature range, after the clothes drying process is completed, although the clothes in the drying barrel are completely dried, the temperature of the air flow in the barrel is higher at the moment, and the clothes processing device can be controlled to blow cold air into the drying barrel so as to accelerate the cooling process of the temperature of the air flow in the drying barrel.
According to the drying processing method, the heater of the clothes processing device is controlled to heat the air flow, the clothes drying process is executed, the temperature of the air flow is monitored, the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process is determined, the temperature range is set according to the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage, and the temperature of the drying barrel is controlled according to the temperature range.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in one possible case, in step 102, a plurality of sampling temperatures at different times may be obtained according to monitoring by the temperature sensor, when it is determined that the monitored sampling temperatures are stable within the set time period, the laundry drying process is identified as the constant temperature stage, and then, according to the monitored sampling temperatures within the set time period, the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage is determined. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another drying method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the drying process method may include the steps of:
in step 201, a plurality of sampling temperatures at different times are monitored.
In the embodiment of the application, the heater of the clothes processing device is controlled to be started to heat the air flow in the drying barrel, and after the clothes drying process is executed, the temperature sensor is controlled to monitor the air flow temperature in the drying barrel, so that a plurality of sampling temperatures at different moments are obtained.
Step 202, determining that the monitored sampling temperature is stable within a set time period, and identifying the sampling temperature as a constant temperature stage.
In the embodiment of the application, after the temperature sensor monitors a plurality of sampling temperatures at different moments in the drying barrel, the sampling temperatures monitored in the set time length are determined to be the same or have small changes, and when the sampling temperatures are basically stable, the clothes drying process is identified to be in a constant temperature stage.
Specifically, each time the temperature sensor monitors a sampling temperature, the temperature average of the fixed number of recently monitored sampling temperatures is determined. And when the difference value between the temperature mean values in the set time period is smaller than the threshold value, determining that the sampling temperature is stable in the set time period. Wherein the threshold value ranges from 0.5 ℃ to 1 ℃, and the set time is more than or equal to 2 min.
For example, when the temperature of the airflow in the drying tub is monitored by using the temperature sensor, every time the temperature sensor monitors a sampling temperature, the average value of the recently monitored 5 sampling temperatures can be calculated. For example, the sampled temperature values at the first 5 times are respectively T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5, and the current temperature average value T1ave is calculated every 5 times. And after the sampling temperature T6 is monitored, calculating the temperature mean value T2ave of T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6. Similarly, after the sampling temperature T7 at the next moment is monitored, the average value T3ave is calculated, and if the difference between the average values of the temperatures T1ave, T2ave, T3ave, and the like is less than 0.5 ℃ to 1 ℃ within 2min, it is determined that the constant temperature stage is reached at this time.
And step 203, determining the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage according to the monitored sampling temperature within the set time length.
In the embodiment of the application, after the clothes drying program is determined to be in the constant temperature stage according to the stability of the sampling temperature monitored by the temperature sensor within the set time, further, the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage can be determined according to the sampling temperature monitored within the set time.
As a possible implementation manner, after the temperature sensor monitors the sampling temperature within the set time, every time the temperature sensor monitors a sampling temperature, the temperature mean value of the recently monitored sampling temperatures of the fixed number is determined, further, the temperature mean value within the set time is averaged, and the obtained average value is used as the stable temperature in the constant temperature stage.
According to the drying processing method, a plurality of sampling temperatures at different moments are obtained through monitoring, the sampling temperature monitored in the set time length is determined to be stable, the constant temperature stage is identified, and the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage is determined according to the sampling temperature monitored in the set time length. Therefore, the stable temperature of the constant temperature stage in the clothes drying process can be accurately determined, and the phenomenon that the clothes are damaged due to overhigh temperature of air flow in the drying barrel is avoided.
In order to realize the embodiment, the application also provides a drying treatment device.
