The wavelength range of the ultraviolet wave emitted by the ultraviolet lamp tube is 250-275nm, and the power is 20-40W.
In one embodiment of the invention, an ultrasonic probe 15 is arranged in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, and the ultrasonic probe 15 is connected with an ultrasonic emitter so as to be capable of carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the yellow wine. As a relatively preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a yellow wine sterilization device is provided, which comprises a control module, a heating tank 1, a liquid return tank 2, a storage tank 3 and a pressurizing device 4; a heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and a heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 are arranged in the heating tank 1, the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 are both arranged in a spiral shape, the caliber of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is gradually increased from a liquid inlet position to a liquid outlet position, the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is sleeved outside the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5, a liquid inlet pumping device is arranged at the communication position of the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, and the control module is connected with the liquid inlet pumping device so as to control the working of the liquid inlet pumping device; the communication part of the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and the liquid outlet of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 are both provided with electromagnetic valves, and the control module is connected with the electromagnetic valves so as to control the work of the electromagnetic valves; an ultrasonic probe 15 is arranged in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, the ultrasonic probe 15 is connected with an ultrasonic emitter so as to carry out ultrasonic treatment on the yellow wine, and a control module is connected with the ultrasonic emitter so as to control the work of the ultrasonic emitter; the pressurizing device 4 is connected with the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 so as to pressurize the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, a pressure sensor 14 and a pressure release valve 13 are arranged at the top of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, and the control module is respectively connected with the pressure sensor 14 and the pressurizing device 4 so as to control the pressurizing device 4 to work according to the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 14; a water bath 8 and a heater 9 are arranged in the heating tank 1, a water bath temperature sensor is arranged in the water bath 8, the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is arranged in the water bath 8, the heater 9 can heat water in the water bath 8, and the control module is respectively connected with the water bath temperature sensor and the heater 9 so as to control the start and stop of the heater 9 by comparing the difference value between the temperature detected by the water bath temperature sensor and the set temperature; the top of the heating tank 1 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp tube, the top of the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the top of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 are both light-transmitting pieces, and the bottom of the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the bottom of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 are both provided with reflecting surfaces; a liquid return tank liquid inlet 10 is arranged in the liquid return tank, the outlet end of a liquid return tank liquid inlet pipe 10 penetrates through a liquid return inlet 203 to be communicated with a heating tank liquid inlet bin 5, a heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is connected with the liquid return inlet 203 through a liquid outlet pipe 11, one end of the liquid return tank liquid inlet pipe 10 is arranged in the liquid outlet pipe 11, the liquid return tank liquid inlet pipe 10 comprises a plurality of straight pipe parts and a plurality of bending parts, two adjacent straight pipe parts are connected through the bending parts to form a U-shaped pipe, a liquid outlet pumping device is arranged between the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and the liquid return inlet 203, and a control module is electrically connected with the liquid outlet pumping device so as to control the work of the liquid outlet pumping device; the feed back jar liquid outlet 202 of feed back jar 2 and the holding vessel inlet 301 of holding vessel 3 are connected, and be equipped with cooling device 7 between feed back jar liquid outlet 202 and the holding vessel inlet 301, cooling device 7 is water-cooling device, water-cooling device's water inlet setting is in the one end bottom adjacent with holding vessel 3, water-cooling device's delivery port setting is at the one end top adjacent with feed back jar 2, cooling device 7's delivery port department is provided with out liquid temperature sensor and the back flow 12 that communicates with the cooling device inlet, the inlet department of back flow 12 and holding vessel inlet 301 department all are provided with the solenoid valve, control module is suitable for the yellow rice wine temperature that receives out liquid temperature sensor and detects and according to the work of this temperature control solenoid valve.
When the yellow wine sterilization device provided by the preferred embodiment works, the ultraviolet lamp tubes are opened, after sterilization is carried out for 10min, the ultraviolet lamp tubes are kept opened, yellow wine is injected into the liquid return tank liquid inlet 201, so that the yellow wine passes through the liquid return tank 2 and enters the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5, the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 is pumped to the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 through the liquid inlet pumping device, then the communication part between the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is sealed, the liquid outlet of the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is sealed, the pressurizing device 4 is started, so that the heating temperature of the heating tank 1 is set to be 92 ℃, the ultrasonic frequency is set to be 30kHz, the ultrasonic time is set to be 20s, and the heating is carried out for 2-5min under the condition of 0.5MPa, and sterilization is finished. After the sterilization is finished or in the sterilization process, yellow wine is continuously injected into the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 through the liquid return tank liquid inlet 201, and at the moment, the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and the yellow wine entering the liquid return tank 2 from the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 preheat the yellow wine before entering the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6. After the sterilization is finished, the liquid outlet pumping device enables the yellow wine to enter the liquid return tank 2 from the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, preheats the yellow wine in the liquid return tank 2, then the yellow wine is cooled by the cooling device 7 and then enters the storage tank 3 for storage, if the temperature of the cooled yellow wine is higher than the preset temperature, the yellow wine is injected into the cooling device from the return pipe 12 for continuous cooling, and if the temperature of the cooled yellow wine is lower than the preset temperature, the yellow wine can be directly stored in the storage tank 3. And then, continuing pumping the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 into the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, and repeating the operations until all the yellow wine is sterilized, thereby achieving the purpose of sterilization.
The yellow wine sterilizing device provided by the basic embodiment can enable the heating tank to be in a high-pressure state through the arrangement of the pressurizing device, so that the boiling point of yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 is improved, the sterilizing temperature of the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 can be improved, the sterilizing time can be reduced at high temperature, and the sterilizing efficiency can be improved. Moreover, the pressure sensor 14 and the water bath temperature sensor are arranged to accurately control the pressure and the heating temperature in the liquid outlet bin 6 of the heating tank, so that the time for sterilizing the yellow wine can be shortened, the sterilization efficiency can be improved, the volatilization of flavor substances in the yellow wine can be reduced, and the taste of the yellow wine is ensured. Through the arrangement of the liquid return tank liquid inlet pipe 10, the liquid return tank 2, the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 and the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 can preheat yellow wine entering the liquid return tank 2 from the liquid return tank liquid inlet 201 and yellow wine entering the heating tank liquid inlet bin 5 from the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6, so that the heat of the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 and the heat of the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 can be fully utilized, the heat loss is reduced, and the energy utilization rate is improved; meanwhile, the heating time of the yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin 6 can be reduced, the sterilization time is further reduced, the phenomenon of coking caused by overlong sterilization time in the sterilization process is avoided, and the flavor of the yellow wine is further ensured.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.

The yellow wine sterilization device is characterized by comprising a control module, a heating tank (1), a liquid returning tank (2), a storage tank (3) and a pressurizing device (4), wherein a heating tank liquid inlet bin (5) and a heating tank liquid outlet bin (6) are arranged in the heating tank (1), so that yellow wine in the heating tank liquid inlet bin (5) can be heated by yellow wine in the heating tank liquid outlet bin (6) in a working state, a liquid inlet pumping device is arranged at the communication position of the heating tank liquid inlet bin (5) and the heating tank liquid outlet bin (6), and the control module is electrically connected with the liquid inlet pumping device and the heating tank (1) respectively so as to control the working of the liquid inlet pumping device and the heating temperature of the heating tank (1);
the pressurizing device (4) is connected with the heating tank liquid outlet bin (6) so as to pressurize the heating tank liquid outlet bin (6);
the liquid return tank (2) is connected with the heating tank (1) and is used for inputting yellow wine into the heating tank (1) and recovering the yellow wine heated by the heating tank (1), so that the recovered yellow wine heated by the heating tank (1) can preheat the yellow wine entering from a liquid return tank liquid inlet (201) of the liquid return tank (2);
a liquid return tank liquid outlet (202) of the liquid return tank (2) is connected with a storage tank liquid inlet (301) of the storage tank (3), and a cooling device (7) is arranged between the liquid return tank liquid outlet (202) and the storage tank liquid inlet (301).

the liquid inlet pipe (10) of the liquid return tank comprises a plurality of straight pipe parts and a plurality of bending parts, and the adjacent two straight pipe parts are connected through the bending parts to form a U-shaped pipe.
