The invention discloses a high-efficiency reinforced concrete water-based release agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-efficiency reinforced concrete water-based release agent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-60% of oily substance, 4-15% of emulsifier, 1-3% of solubilizer, 0.1-5% of low-foaming base material wetting agent, 1-5% of film-forming substance, 0.1-3% of defoaming agent, 0.1-3% of rust inhibitor, 0.1-3% of preservative and the balance of water. The invention can realize the purposes of no corrosion of the release agent to the grinding tool, natural demoulding, uniform film forming and environmental protection, has short film forming time, solves the problems of easy pollution of the existing release agent to the concrete surface, long film forming time, easy corrosion of the water-soluble release agent to the grinding tool and easy putrefaction of emulsion, ensures that the surface of a formed member is smooth and has no air bubbles, and the concrete adhesive amount of the mould is small, thereby being the concrete release agent with good demoulding quality.

At present, commercial concrete release agents at home and abroad are various in types, and different types of concrete have different release effects on the concrete and a template. The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows:
at present, commercial concrete release agents at home and abroad are various in variety, different types of concrete have different demolding effects on the concrete and a template, and many release agents in the prior art are uneven in molding and long in film forming time when used, bubbles are easily formed on the surface of a molded member, and even when used, emulsion is easy to rot and can corrode a mold.

The high-efficiency reinforced concrete water-based release agent solves the problems that the existing release agent easily pollutes the surface of concrete, the film forming time is long, the water-soluble release agent is easily rusted by a grinding tool and the emulsion is easily rotten, the surface of a formed member is smooth and has no air bubbles, the adhesion amount of the concrete of the mould is small, and the concrete release agent is good in release quality.
3. The preparation method of the high-efficiency reinforced concrete water-based release agent has the advantages of simple process, low requirements on industrial automatic production equipment and conditions, low energy consumption during production, capability of changing the components and proportion of oily substances according to seasons and construction requirements, production efficiency improvement, economy and environmental protection.

Adding 1.8 parts by mass of PEG6000 into 50 parts by mass of water, heating to 50 ℃, stirring for dissolving, cooling to room temperature, adding 3.2 parts by mass of S-60, 2.5 parts by mass of CO40 and 3 parts by mass of alkylphenol ethoxylates, and stirring for 25min to obtain solution A; stirring 50 parts of emulsified oil for 8min under the condition of 2000r/min, uniformly mixing, then adding 2.4 parts of OP-9 and 1 part of polyether modified silicon, and continuously stirring for 15min to obtain a solution B; and slowly adding the solution A into the solution B for 10min, continuously adding 0.7 part of carboxylic acid compound and 0.6 part of KS-350, and continuously stirring for 25min to obtain the high-efficiency reinforced concrete water-based release agent.
