本发明涉及单彩膜技术领域,尤其是一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,包括以下组分:环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂,混合醚化氨基树脂,溶剂,催化剂,层间附着力催化剂,色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:(1)选择PET聚酯薄膜;(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:(3)将单彩膜涂料上机涂布,各个烘道段的温度依次设置为120℃、155℃、165℃、140℃、120℃;(4)把烘烤后的单彩膜通过真空镀铝机镀铝,使单彩膜具有金属光泽,得到产品。本发明所得到的高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜,其在高温快速烘烤后赋予涂膜具有优良的层间附着力和耐溶剂擦拭性能。提高了着色层与铝层的附着力,确保色牢度好,没有色铝分离。

一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料及单彩膜的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及单彩膜技术领域,尤其是一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料及单彩膜的生产方法。
背景技术
各种颜色的单彩膜广泛应用于织物、纸制品等产品的加工制造中,用在服装面料及各类纺织物等行业中的印花文字、图案线条居多。有各种色彩系列的,包括红、绿、蓝、咖啡、古铜等许多深颜色品种。现有的单彩膜涂料在添加较高浓度的色粉量5%及以上的色粉量后,涂膜镀铝后色牢度就不好,色铝分离严重,尤其是做天蓝、绿色、桃红等颜色的单彩膜,更容易产生色铝分离的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料及单彩膜的生产方法,其具有优良的层间附着力和耐溶剂擦拭性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,包括以下组分:25-35份环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂,8-15份混合醚化氨基树脂,40-50份溶剂,0.5-1份催化剂,0.5-2份层间附着力催化剂,5-12份色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。其中所述混合醚化氨基树脂可以但不限于为甲醇丁醇混合醚化氨基树脂。
一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8-12μm的PET聚酯薄膜;
(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:
(2.1)先将溶剂加入锅中,在搅拌的情况下,将环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂放入锅中,搅拌分散均匀;
(2.2)接着将催化剂和层间附着力促进剂加入锅中搅拌均匀;
(2.3)根据所需颜色将色粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到单彩膜涂料;
(3)将单彩膜涂料上机涂布,各个烘道段的温度依次设置为120℃、155℃、165℃、140℃、120℃,线速为110-120m/min;
(4)把烘烤后的单彩膜通过真空镀铝机镀铝,使单彩膜具有金属光泽,得到产品。
单彩膜根据需求转移烫印到相应的纺织物或服装面料上。
本发明所得到的产品使用环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂加入封闭型催化剂和层间附着力促进剂,使其在高温快速烘烤后赋予涂膜具有优良的层间附着力和耐溶剂擦拭性能,涂膜在真空镀铝后的色牢度也好,基本没有色铝分离现象。产品使用环保型溶剂,而且涂布时利用RTO废气回收装置集中回收废气,进行焚烧处理生热,减少了溶剂对环境的污染,顺应国家绿色环保要求,降低了生产成本。
本发明所得到的高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的主要技术指标如下:
1、干燥性能:155~165℃烘烤20~30s即可干燥;
2、耐溶剂性能:耐丁酮擦拭10次不露底;
3、切边性:按需求做半转花型或满烫;
4、色牢度:镀铝后基本无色铝分离。
本发明所得到的高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜通过使用环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂加入封闭型催化剂和层间附着力促进剂,使其在高温快速烘烤后赋予涂膜具有优良的层间附着力和耐溶剂擦拭性能。环氧磷酸酯的分子端含有较多的伯羟基,反应活性高也没有位阻,是遥爪聚合物,能与混合醚化的氨基树脂中的羟甲基或烷氧基优先反应,并且在镀铝后,和层间附着力促进剂、磷酸基与真空镀铝的金属表面间形成氢键相互作用,提高了着色层与铝层的附着力,即使是添加5%及以上高色粉浓度的情况下,确保色牢度好,没有色铝分离。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,包括以下组分:25份环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂,8份混合醚化氨基树脂,40份溶剂,0.5份催化剂,0.5份层间附着力催化剂,5份色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。
一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8-12μm的PET聚酯薄膜;
(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:
(2.1)先将溶剂加入锅中,在搅拌的情况下,将环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂放入锅中,搅拌分散均匀;
(2.2)接着将催化剂和层间附着力促进剂加入锅中搅拌均匀;
(2.3)根据所需颜色将色粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到单彩膜涂料;
(3)将单彩膜涂料上机涂布,各个烘道段的温度依次设置为120℃、155℃、165℃、140℃、120℃,线速为110-120m/min;
(4)把烘烤后的单彩膜通过真空镀铝机镀铝,使单彩膜具有金属光泽,得到产品。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,包括以下组分: 35份环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂, 15份混合醚化氨基树脂, 50份溶剂, 1份催化剂, 2份层间附着力催化剂, 12份色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。当然根据实际需求还包括适量的色粉。
一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8-12μm的PET聚酯薄膜;
(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:
(2.1)先将溶剂加入锅中,在搅拌的情况下,将环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂放入锅中,搅拌分散均匀;
(2.2)接着将催化剂和层间附着力促进剂加入锅中搅拌均匀;
(2.3)根据所需颜色将色粉加入锅中分散搅拌均匀,过滤后得到单彩膜涂料;
(3)将单彩膜涂料上机涂布,各个烘道段的温度依次设置为120℃、155℃、165℃、140℃、120℃,线速为110-120m/min;

本实施例描述的一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,包括以下组分:30份环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂,12份混合醚化氨基树脂,45份溶剂,0.8份催化剂,1.3份层间附着力催化剂,10份色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。当然根据实际需求还包括适量的色粉。
一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8-12μm的PET聚酯薄膜;
(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:
(2.1)先将溶剂加入锅中,在搅拌的情况下,将环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂放入锅中,搅拌分散均匀;

1.一种高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜涂料,其特征是:包括以下组分:25-35份环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂,8-15份混合醚化氨基树脂,40-50份溶剂,0.5-1份催化剂,0.5-2份层间附着力催化剂,5-12份色粉;以上份数均为重量份数。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高色浓度高色牢度单彩膜的生产方法,其特征是:具体包括如下步骤:
(1)选择8-12μm的PET聚酯薄膜;
(2)单彩膜涂料的制备:
(2.1)先将溶剂加入锅中,在搅拌的情况下,将环氧磷酸酯改性丙烯酸树脂、混合醚化氨基树脂放入锅中,搅拌分散均匀;
