Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant ink and a preparation method thereof, wherein the environment-friendly flame-retardant ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-40% of combined resin, 30-40% of combined solvent, 15-25% of pigment and 3-5% of auxiliary agent. The combined solvent is safe and nontoxic, does not contain benzene and ketone solvents, and is safe and environment-friendly; high temperature resistance, and no decolorization and no migration when 4kg is heat-sealed at 180 ℃/0.5 second; the adhesive force reaches more than 99 percent after boiling with boiling water at the temperature of more than 95 ℃; the surface of the printed product is smooth, and the friction coefficient is small (0.18-0.30); the ink has good plasticity, and the printed matter is not curled; the printing ink has excellent printability, the speed of a printing machine can reach more than 200 m/min, and a printed product is not anti-sticky and does not migrate; satisfactory results are also obtained at lower viscosity printing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, in particular to environment-friendly flame-retardant printing ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of economic construction in China and the improvement of the living standard of people, people use food safety and flame retardant materials as novel environment-friendly protective materials, and the flame retardant materials are widely applied to various fields. Along with the establishment and implementation of relevant laws and standards of the flame retardant materials by relevant national departments, the application of the flame retardant materials will be gradually developed.
Since the oxygen index of polyurethane is only 14% -16% of flammable materials. When the polyurethane is heated by combustion, the depolymerization and the cracking can generate a plurality of complex low molecular substances, gaseous toxic substances (HCN, CO) and the like, the substances can be continuously combusted, and a large amount of heat is released to accelerate the cracking of the polyurethane to form a positive feedback cycle. There is therefore a need for an ink having flame retardant properties.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides environment-friendly flame-retardant ink and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the environment-friendly flame-retardant ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-40% of combined resin, 30-40% of combined solvent, 15-25% of pigment and 2-5% of auxiliary agent, wherein the combined resin is prepared from polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, cellulose nitrate and EVA resin according to the mass ratio of (10-15): (8-12): (6-10): (4-6), wherein the combined solvent is prepared from ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate and n-butyl acetate according to the mass ratio of (12-18): (5-7): (3-6): (10-15), wherein the auxiliary agent comprises an anti-settling agent, a wear-resisting agent, a plasticizer and a flame retardant according to the mass ratio of (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).
The combined resin has good compatibility with resin and good solvent release, and the problem of solvent residue is greatly solved. In addition, the invention adopts good flame-retardant materials, and can greatly improve the flame-retardant property of the printing ink

polyurethane resin: 11.2%, epoxy resin: 12%, cellulose nitrate: 9% and EVA resin: 4% and rutile titanium dioxide R-577: 20%, fumed silica: 1.2%, polyethylene wax: 1.2% and antimony trioxide: 1.2%, aliphatic dibasic acid ester: 1.2%, ethanol: 12.2%, isopropyl alcohol: 7%, ethyl acetate: 6%, n-butyl acetate: 15 percent;
and (2) uniformly stirring and mixing the raw materials in the proportion except the fumed silica in a mixing and stirring cylinder, then putting the mixture into a sand mill for grinding until the fineness reaches below 15 mu m, stopping grinding, adjusting the ink, adding the fumed silica, adjusting the viscosity to 35-40S in a coating 4# cup, filtering and packaging to obtain the ink A.
Example two:
the environment-friendly white ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
polyurethane resin: 15%, epoxy resin: 8%, cellulose nitrate: 6% and EVA resin: 6 percent, rutile titanium dioxide R-577: 22%, fumed silica: 1.5%, polyethylene wax: 1.5%, antimony trioxide: 1.5%, aliphatic dibasic acid ester: 2% and ethanol: 18%, isopropyl alcohol: 5%, ethyl acetate: 3%, n-butyl acetate: 12 percent;
and (2) uniformly stirring and mixing the raw materials in proportion except the fumed silica in a mixing and stirring cylinder, then putting the raw materials into a sand mill for grinding until the fineness reaches below 15 mu m, stopping grinding, adjusting the ink, adding the fumed silica and the antimony trioxide, adjusting the viscosity to 35-40S in a No. 4 cup, filtering and packaging to obtain the ink B.
Example three:
the environment-friendly white ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
polyurethane resin: 13% of epoxy resin: 10%, cellulose nitrate: 8% and EVA resin: 5% and rutile titanium dioxide R-577: 23%, fumed silica: 1% and polyethylene wax: 1%, antimony trioxide: 1% of aliphatic dibasic acid ester: 1% and ethanol: 15%, isopropyl alcohol: 6%, ethyl acetate: 5%, n-butyl acetate: 12 percent;
and (2) uniformly stirring and mixing the raw materials in proportion except the fumed silica in a mixing and stirring cylinder, then putting the raw materials into a sand mill for grinding until the fineness reaches below 15 mu m, stopping grinding, adjusting the ink, adding the fumed silica and the antimony trioxide, adjusting the viscosity to 35-40S in a No. 4 cup, filtering and packaging to obtain the ink C.
Test example:
the test of flame retardant property of the product, which was carried out by using "ink a", "ink B" and "ink C" obtained in examples 1 to 3, and gravure aluminum foil type inks (control a) and "control B) purchased from the market, at a test site outside (simulated outdoor firing environment), and burning the aluminum foil attached to each test ink with the outer flame of a lighter, the test results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the table above, the ink prepared by adopting the combined formula obtained by the method is free from fire and spontaneous combustion, has low solvent residue and contains no benzene, so that the ink has the characteristics of environmental protection and flame retardance.
The combined resin has good compatibility with resin and good solvent release, and the problem of solvent residue is greatly solved; meanwhile, the printing ink adopts a special flame retardant, has a good flame retardant effect, greatly improves the fire safety of printed products, and is easy to popularize and use.

The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 35-40% of combined resin, 30-40% of combined solvent, 15-25% of pigment and 2-5% of auxiliary agent, wherein the combined resin is prepared from polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, cellulose nitrate and EVA resin according to the mass ratio of (10-15): (8-12): (6-10): (4-6), wherein the combined solvent is prepared from ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate and n-butyl acetate according to the mass ratio of (12-18): (5-7): (3-6): (10-15), wherein the auxiliary agent comprises an anti-settling agent, a wear-resisting agent, a plasticizer and a flame retardant according to the mass ratio of (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2).
2. The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment is titanium dioxide.
3. The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-settling agent is fumed silica.
4. The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink according to claim 1, wherein the anti-wear agent is polyethylene wax.
5. The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is an aliphatic dibasic acid ester.
6. The environment-friendly flame-retardant ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is antimony trioxide.
7. The preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant ink according to claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly flame-retardant ink is prepared by weighing the raw materials according to the proportion range, uniformly mixing the raw materials except the anti-settling agent and the flame retardant, grinding, stopping grinding when the fineness reaches below 15um, adjusting the viscosity to 35-40S in a 4# cup, and filtering.
