Background

a roller assembly 6 is arranged below the movable base 4 and is fixed by bolts and positioning pins, a movable upright 3 is arranged on the movable base 4 and is fixed by bolts, the movable upright 3 corresponds to the fixed upright 2, and the number of the movable upright 3 and the number of the fixed upright 2 are two respectively; the top ends of the two movable upright posts 3 are provided with an upper crossbeam 11, the upper crossbeam 11 is provided with an electric crane 12, a movable crossbeam 5 is arranged between the two movable upright posts 3, the movable crossbeam 5 is connected with the movable upright posts 3 through a slide block assembly 7, and a roller in the slide block assembly 7 moves up and down along a track on the movable upright posts 3;

the clamping devices 10 are respectively arranged at corresponding positions on the inner sides of the movable upright post 3 and the fixed upright post 2 and rotate by using tapered roller bearings; the clamping device 10 comprises a hand wheel 21, a rotating support 22, a clamping screw 23, a clamping support 24 and a clamping base assembly 25; a rotating support 22 is welded on the clamping support 24, the hand wheel 21 is connected with the clamping screw rod 24 through a flat key, the clamping screw rod 23 penetrates through the rotating support 22 and the clamping seat assembly 25, and the position of the clamping seat assembly 25 is adjusted by rotating the clamping screw rod 23; the clamping device 10 can be adjusted, and different frame assemblies can be turned over by replacing the clamping seat assembly 25;
the clamping seat assembly 25 comprises a front positioning assembly 28, an upper clamping seat 27 and a lower clamping seat 26; inserting the front positioning assembly 28 into two holes at the front end of the frame for positioning, clamping the convex arc at the rear end of the frame by the upper clamping seat 27 and the lower clamping seat 26 through the concave arc, and clamping by using a lead screw;
a first connecting beam 8 and a second connecting beam 9 are arranged between the two fixed upright posts 2; the power system 1 consists of a motor and a speed reducer, and the power system 1 is fixed between the first connecting cross beam 8 and the second connecting cross beam 9 to drive the clamping device 10 to rotate together with the frame assembly; the two electric cranes 12 respectively drive the movable cross beam 5, the first connecting cross beam 8, the second connecting cross beam 9, the power system 1 and the movable slide block assembly 7 to move vertically through chains; the movable base 4 can move in the front-back direction, and the clamping device 10 is provided with a lead screw, so that the distance between the two clamping bases on the same side can be adjusted.
According to the turnover equipment for the frame assembly of the wide dumper, when the turnover equipment works, a dumper frame is moved to the center of the equipment, and a clamping seat assembly corresponding to the dumper frame in type is installed; the frame is just positioned between the movable upright post and the fixed upright post through the movable base and the horizontally movable upright post; the hand wheels on the side parts of the two front positioning assemblies are adjusted to a proper distance through the lead screws, and the front positioning assemblies can be just inserted into the two holes at the front end of the frame to be used for positioning; adjusting the two pairs of lower clamping seats and the upper clamping seats to a proper distance by using hand wheels on the side parts, clamping the convex arc at the rear end of the frame by using the concave arc of the lower clamping seat, and clamping by using a lead screw in the upper clamping seat; starting an electric crane on the upper cross beam, and lifting the power system, the clamping device and the movable cross beam to corresponding heights through the slide block assembly so as to meet the turning space of the frame turning; starting a power system by using an electric control switch, driving a speed reducer by a belt after a generator in the power system is started, and driving a clamping device to turn 180 degrees together with a frame by the speed reducer; when other models of frames are overturned, the front positioning assemblies with different diameters can be replaced according to the aperture size of the front end of the frame, different lower clamping seats and different upper clamping seats are replaced according to different positions of the positioning structure of the rear end of the frame, and the length of the clamping seats in the frame direction is different.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the motor of the power system is decelerated and torque is increased through the belt and the speed reducer to drive the feeding system to rotate, and the clamping device is connected with the frame assembly to drive the frame assembly to turn 360 degrees.
