Abstract
The invention discloses a multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet and a route intelligent recommendation system and method, wherein the multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet and the route intelligent recommendation system are matched with the pallet, and the intelligent pallet comprises a pallet frame and a data acquisition system; the intelligent route recommendation system comprises an information interaction module and a scheme design module. Compared with the pallet in the prior art, the multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet and route intelligent recommendation system can provide the most scientific transportation mode for the user, help the client and the manager to master the logistics situation in time, and have a very obvious effect on improving the management and operation of logistics enterprises.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of container transportation equipment, in particular to a multi-type intermodal intelligent tray and a route recommendation system and method.
Background
In modern multimodal intermodal scenarios, most of the cargo in the containers is carried by pallets, which are usually made of simple wooden or iron structures, and the problem of low management efficiency exists. In the transportation process, managers cannot know the position of the tray and the information (such as temperature, humidity, vibration degree and the like) of the environment where the tray is located, and cannot timely master the logistics situation. In addition, under the present multimodal transportation scene, the tray adopts the paper material management mode mostly, can not manage present tray quantity fast and know tray in service behavior, has greatly reduced logistics enterprise's production efficiency to the rise of administrative cost has been caused. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a tray suitable for modern multi-type intermodal transportation scenarios and to support a corresponding route intelligent recommendation system to help customers and managers to master logistics situations in time and improve production efficiency of logistics enterprises.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a multimodal transportation intelligent tray, a route recommendation system and a route recommendation method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a multi-type combined transport intelligent tray comprises a tray frame and a data acquisition system; the tray rack is characterized in that the four side walls of the tray rack are respectively provided with a placing hole, the upward end surface of each placing hole is provided with an electronic element embedding groove, and the inner side surface of each placing hole is provided with a wire groove; lightening holes and anti-skid lugs are arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the tray frame; the data acquisition system comprises a temperature/humidity sensor module, a vibration sensor module, a GPS positioning module, a pressure sensor module, a power supply module and a data transmission module; the data transmission module is connected with the temperature/humidity sensor module, the vibration sensor module, the GPS positioning module and the pressure sensor module through the single chip microcomputer, collected data are wirelessly transmitted to a terminal, and the single chip microcomputer is provided with stable working voltage through the power supply module; and an isolating device is arranged between the power supply module and the data transmission module.
The invention also provides a route intelligent recommendation system based on the multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet, which comprises: the information interaction module is used for collecting the customer and market information and recommending a transportation scheme to the customer; the scheme design module is used for calculating an optimal route by using the existing data and the constructed mathematical model;
the information interaction module comprises a customer management center unit, a transportation market center unit and a database unit; the customer management center unit is provided with a recommendation center, a personal service center, an order center and customer management; the transportation market central unit is provided with a transportation information subsystem; the database unit is provided with a data analysis system; the information provided by the transportation information subsystem comprises transportation price, transportation distance, transportation speed, transportation quantity limit, departure schedule and the state of a transportation road; the personal service is also provided with a customer information, order information and transportation information inquiry window; the order center is also provided with an inquiry window of order state tracking information and a cargo route transportation state; the customer management is provided with a customer feedback window; the recommendation center is provided with a transportation scheme recommendation window; the solution design module includes a solution design subsystem.
The invention also provides a route intelligent recommendation method based on the system, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: a user inputs order information in a customer management unit, and the input order information is transmitted to an information interaction module and a scheme design module;
step 2: according to the order information of the customer, the information of the transportation market unit is fed back to the scheme design module in time;

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet, which comprises a pallet frame 1 and a data acquisition system; the tray rack is characterized in that placing holes 2 are formed in four side walls of the tray rack 1, electronic component embedding grooves 3 are formed in the upward end faces of the placing holes 2, and wire grooves 4 are formed in the inner side faces of the placing holes 2; lightening holes 5 and anti-skid lugs 6 are arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the tray frame 1; the data acquisition system comprises a temperature/humidity sensor module, a vibration sensor module, a GPS positioning module, a pressure sensor module, a power supply module and a data transmission module; the data transmission module is connected with the temperature/humidity sensor module, the vibration sensor module, the GPS positioning module and the pressure sensor module through the single chip microcomputer, collected data are wirelessly transmitted to a terminal, and the single chip microcomputer is provided with stable working voltage through the power supply module; and an isolating device is arranged between the power supply module and the data transmission module.
The tray is made of high-density polyethylene, polyethylene and polypropylene polymer materials; one preferred physical dimension is length, width, height, 1.2m, 1m, 0.17 m. In the data acquisition system, the temperature measurement range of the temperature/humidity sensor module is-40-80 ℃, the resolution is 0.1 ℃, the precision is not less than 0.5 ℃, the temperature measurement range is 5-95%, the resolution is 0.1%, and the precision is not less than 2%; the vibration sensor module is used for outputting digital signals, so that the signals are clean, and the driving capability is good; the pressure sensor module measures the upper limit of 5kg, and the precision is within 1 g; and the data transmission module adopts a single chip microcomputer to connect the sensors, transmits data to the mobile terminal through WiFi, and the single chip microcomputer provides stable working voltage through the power supply module.
Referring to fig. 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a route intelligent recommendation system implemented based on the multimodal intelligent pallet includes: the information interaction module is used for collecting the customer and market information and recommending a transportation scheme to the customer; the scheme design module is used for calculating an optimal route by using the existing data and the constructed mathematical model;
the information interaction module comprises a customer management center unit, a transportation market center unit and a database unit; the customer management center unit is provided with a recommendation center, a personal service center, an order center and customer management; the transportation market central unit is provided with a transportation information subsystem; the database unit is provided with a data analysis system; the information provided by the transportation information subsystem comprises transportation price, transportation distance, transportation speed, transportation quantity limit, departure schedule and the state of a transportation road; the personal service is also provided with a customer information, order information and transportation information inquiry window; the order center is also provided with an inquiry window of order state tracking information and a cargo route transportation state; the customer management is provided with a customer feedback window; the recommendation center is provided with a transportation scheme recommendation window; the solution design module includes a solution design subsystem.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for intelligently recommending a route based on the system includes the following steps:
step 1: a user inputs order information in a customer management unit, and the input order information is transmitted to an information interaction module and a scheme design module;
step 2: according to the order information of the customer, the information of the transportation market unit is fed back to the scheme design module in time;
and step 3: the database unit carries out data analysis on the order information in the step 1 and the information provided by the transportation market unit in the step 2, and transmits the analyzed data to a scheme design module for data optimization to calculate an optimal transportation scheme;
and 4, step 4: and feeding back the optimized transportation scheme to a recommendation center, and placing an order by a customer according to the optimized scheme.

A multi-type intermodal intelligent pallet is characterized by comprising a pallet frame and a data acquisition system; the tray rack is characterized in that the four side walls of the tray rack are respectively provided with a placing hole, the upward end surface of each placing hole is provided with an electronic element embedding groove, and the inner side surface of each placing hole is provided with a wire groove; lightening holes and anti-skid lugs are arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the tray frame; the data acquisition system comprises a temperature/humidity sensor module, a vibration sensor module, a GPS positioning module, a pressure sensor module, a power supply module and a data transmission module; the data transmission module is connected with the temperature/humidity sensor module, the vibration sensor module, the GPS positioning module and the pressure sensor module through the single chip microcomputer, collected data are wirelessly transmitted to a terminal, and the single chip microcomputer is provided with stable working voltage through the power supply module; and an isolating device is arranged between the power supply module and the data transmission module.

The intelligent pallet-implemented route recommendation system for multimodal transportation according to claim 1, wherein said system comprises: the information interaction module is used for collecting the customer and market information and recommending a transportation scheme to the customer; the scheme design module is used for calculating an optimal route by using the existing data and the constructed mathematical model;
the information interaction module comprises a customer management center unit, a transportation market center unit and a database unit; the customer management center unit is provided with a recommendation center, a personal service center, an order center and customer management; the transportation market central unit is provided with a transportation information subsystem; the database unit is provided with a data analysis system; the information provided by the transportation information subsystem comprises transportation price, transportation distance, transportation speed, transportation quantity limit, departure schedule and the state of a transportation road; the personal service is also provided with a customer information, order information and transportation information inquiry window; the order center is also provided with an inquiry window of order state tracking information and a cargo route transportation state; the customer management is provided with a customer feedback window; the recommendation center is provided with a transportation scheme recommendation window; the solution design module includes a solution design subsystem.
3. The intelligent route recommendation method implemented based on the system of claim 2 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
