The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the lock bodies are placed on the lock body blanking mechanism 21 in an inverted arrangement, the lock bodies are conveyed downwards by the lock body blanking mechanism 21 singly, after leaving the lock body blanking mechanism 21, the lock bodies enter a lock body conveying channel 224 of the horizontal conveying mechanism 22 and are clamped between clamping blocks 225 on two groups of conveying chains 221, and the lock bodies move rightwards along with the transmission of the conveying chains 221; the lock body is sleeved with a film through the film sleeving mechanism 23, then the film is shrunk in the hot gas shrinking mechanism 24, then the lock body is moved into the lock body discharging channel 253, the front lock body entering into the lock body discharging channel 253 is pushed forward by the lock body entering from the back to discharge, when the lock body positioned at the rightmost end of the lock body discharging channel 253 passes through the discharging positions at the rightmost ends of the first lock guide rail 251 and the second lock guide rail 252 which are different in length, because the second lock guide rail 252 is long, the lock body can be firstly toppled in the direction of the first lock guide rail 251 during discharging, and then falls down, and the lock body directly enters into the lock body conveying groove 335 of the lock body conveying mechanism 33 after falling down.
The lock boxes are stacked in the material storage channel 341, the feeding conveyer belt 343 drives the lock boxes to enter the material discharge channel 345, and the clamping adjusting device 346 fixes the lock boxes at the front and rear sides of the lock boxes to prevent the lock boxes from automatically falling; the rotating rod 355 rotates, the first connecting rod 353 drives the sucking disc rotating rod 352 to swing upwards, when the sucking disc rotating rod 352 swings upwards, the rotating adjusting rod 357 moves upwards, the rotating limiting rod 356 rotates, the sucking disc rotating rod 352 rotates anticlockwise, the air sucking disc 351 on the sucking disc rotating rod 352 rotates to the direction of the material channel 345 downwards, a lock box is sucked from the material channel 345, then the sucking disc rotating rod 352 swings downwards and rotates clockwise, when the sucking disc rotating rod 352 swings to the lower limit position, the air sucking disc 351 faces downwards, the swinging arm box sucking device 358 swings upwards to pass through the lock box from the air sucking disc 351, and then the swing downwards moves the lock box to a fixed position between two chain claws 325 on the first conveying chain 322, so that the lock box shown in fig. 15 is obtained.
The first stepping motor drives the first conveying chain 322 to move a station, the rear poking lug 371 pokes left and right synchronously, A1 and A2 lugs of the lock box are folded inwards, the lock box continues to move rightwards, B1 and B2 of the lock box are in contact with the arc surface of the rear folding rod 376, and B1 and B2 are bent downwards for a certain angle; the lock body moves along with the second conveying chain 332 in the lock body conveying groove 335, and the push-pull rod 363 drives the push plate 361 to push the lock body in the lock body conveying groove 335 at the discharging end of the lock body conveying mechanism 33 to enter the lock box on the lock box conveying mechanism 32.
The lock body of the lock box continues to move rightwards on the first conveying chain wheel 323, and B3 and B4 of the lock box are in contact with the cambered surface of the front folding rod 377, so that B3 and B4 are bent downwards at a certain angle; the lock box moves to the next station rightwards, the push plate gear 3756 is driven by external force to rotate to drive the rotating block 3755 to rotate, the rotating block 3755 drives the push plate fixing plate 3753 to move along an ellipse, so that the first folding push plate 373 and the second folding push plate 374 are driven to synchronously move, the first folding push plate 373 and the second folding push plate 374 are driven to move in a swinging mode, the two first folding push plates 373 completely fold the B1 and the B3 of the lock box by 90 degrees, the two second folding push plates 374 completely fold the B2 and the B4 of the lock box by 90 degrees, and the B1 and the B3 of the lock box are inserted into the lock box.
The lock box continues moving to the right to the discharging mechanism 8, and the B2 and B4 edges of the lock box are discharged under the driving of the discharging conveyer belt 311 of the two discharging mechanisms 31.
