In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the welding head working mechanism includes a welding head lifting cylinder support, a welding head lifting cylinder, a welding head lifting slider, a welding head fixing base and a welding head, the welding head lifting cylinder support corresponds to the rear side of the static contact spring piece lifting/lowering plate, the lower end of the welding head lifting cylinder support is fixed to the work table, and the upper end extends upward in a direction away from the work table, the welding head lifting cylinder is fixed to the welding head lifting cylinder support in a longitudinal state, the welding head lifting cylinder support is fixed to the upper end surface of the welding head lifting cylinder support, the welding head lifting slider is slidably fitted to the welding head lifting/lowering guide rail, and the upper portion of the welding head lifting slider is further connected to the welding head lifting/lowering cylinder column of the welding head lifting cylinder, and the welding head lifting/guide rail is fixed to the front side surface of the welding head lifting/lowering cylinder support, the welding head fixing seat is fixed with the bottom of the welding head lifting slide block, and the welding head is vertically and uniformly fixed on the welding head fixing seat and corresponds to the position above the fixed contact through hole in an empty state.
In yet another specific embodiment of the present invention, a fixed contact spring plate, a fixed contact vibrating plate and a welding machine are disposed on the worktable, the left end of the fixed contact spring plate conveying guide rail extends to the fixed contact spring plate vibrating plate, the left end of the fixed contact spring plate conveying guide rail extends to the fixed contact vibrating plate, and the welding head working mechanism is electrically connected to the welding machine.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the technical effects that: because the static contact spring piece conveying mechanism and the static contact conveying mechanism respectively and automatically convey the static contact spring piece and the static contact, and under the synergistic action of the left and right pushing and positioning mechanisms, the static contact spring piece ferrying mechanism, the static contact taking mechanism and the static contact transferring mechanism, the static contact spring piece and the static contact are automatically welded by the welding head working mechanism at the station of the static contact spring piece welding and supporting mechanism, the operation intensity of operators can be obviously reduced; because one operator can watch a plurality of welding devices, precious labor resources can be obviously saved; because of automatic welding, the welding efficiency is improved, the requirement of industrial mass production is met, and the welding quality is fully guaranteed.

In order to clearly understand the technical spirit and the advantages of the present invention, the applicant below describes in detail by way of example, but the description of the example is not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention, and any equivalent changes made according to the present inventive concept, which are merely in form and not in material, should be considered as the technical scope of the present invention.
In the following description, all the concepts related to the directions or orientations of up, down, left, right, front and rear are based on the position state of fig. 1 unless otherwise noted, and thus should not be construed as particularly limiting the technical solution provided by the present invention.

Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, a center support rear step 111, a center support middle step 112 and a center support top platform 113 are sequentially formed on the upper portion of the center support 11 of the work table 1 from rear to front and from low to high; the static contact spring piece welding and supporting mechanism 2 is arranged on the rear step 111 of the central supporting frame; the left static contact spring piece pushing and positioning mechanism 5 and the right static contact spring piece pushing and positioning mechanism 6 correspond to the rear side of the right end of the static contact spring piece conveying mechanism 3; the right end of the stationary contact carrying mechanism 4 extends to the center rest top platform 113; the stationary contact spring piece ferrying mechanism 7 and the stationary contact pickup mechanism 8 are provided on the front side of the center support frame 11 at positions corresponding to the center support frame top surface plate 113.

As shown in the figure, the front end of the static contact spring plate pressure and rise plate 22 extends to the rear upper side of the static contact spring plate support plate 23, and a static contact passing hole 221 is opened in the middle of the front end of the static contact spring plate pressure and rise plate 22, the static contact spring plate support plate 23 is fixed on the static contact spring plate support plate seat 232 through the support plate fixing hole 231 opened in the center position thereof, a limit block fixing chamber 233 is formed on the upward side of the static contact spring plate support plate seat 232 and at the position corresponding to the rear side of the static contact spring plate support plate 23, a stack edge 2331 extending upward is formed at the rear side edge part of the limit block fixing chamber 233, the static contact spring plate limit block 24 is fixed in the limit block fixing chamber 233 by a screw at the position corresponding to the front of the stack edge 2331 and in the state of being parallel to the stack edge 2331, the space between the static contact spring plate limit block 24 and the stack edge 2331 is formed as a static contact plate welding station sliding groove 29a, a stationary contact spring piece guide plate support base 26 is fixed to the center support base rear step 111 by a screw at a position corresponding to the left side of the stationary contact spring piece pressure plate lift action cylinder base 25, a stationary contact spring piece guide plate left baffle 27 and a stationary contact spring piece guide plate right baffle 28 are fixed to the stationary contact spring piece guide plate support base 26 in a state of being left-right corresponding to each other, and the right side surface of the stationary contact spring piece guide plate right baffle 28 is simultaneously brought into contact with the left side surface of the stationary contact spring piece support base 232 and the left side surface of the stationary contact spring piece pressure plate lift action cylinder 21, a space between the stationary contact spring piece guide plate left baffle 27 and the stationary contact spring piece guide plate right baffle 28 is constituted as a stationary contact spring piece guide plate slide groove 29b, a stationary contact spring piece transfer guide rail support notch 271 is formed in the rear end direction of the stationary contact spring piece guide plate left baffle 27, a right baffle plate spring piece transition groove 281 is formed in the upper portion of the rear end of the right baffle plate 28 of the stationary contact spring piece transition plate at a position corresponding to the slide groove 29a of the stationary contact spring piece welding station.
Fig. 3 shows a left baffle fixing hole 261, a right baffle fixing hole 262 and a lift cylinder base connection fixing hole 263 which are provided in the stationary spring plate leading plate support base 26, and a side portion of the stationary spring plate lift cylinder base 25 is provided with a cylinder base screw hole 252. After the stationary contact spring plate pressing plate elevating cylinder base 25 is fixed at the center support frame rear step screw hole 1111 corresponding to the right side of the center support frame rear step 111 preset, the stationary contact spring plate pressing plate elevating cylinder base 25 and the stationary contact spring plate leading plate support base 26 are fixed to each other by bolts at the positions corresponding to the elevating cylinder base connection fixing hole 263 and the acting cylinder base screw hole 252. The bottom of the left stationary contact spring piece ferry plate 27 is fixed to the stationary contact spring piece ferry plate support 26 at a position corresponding to the left plate fixing hole 261, and the bottom of the right stationary contact spring piece ferry plate 28 is fixed to the stationary contact spring piece ferry plate support 26 at a position corresponding to the right plate fixing hole 262 for the same reason. Also shown in fig. 3 is a transition plate support center support bracket fixing hole 264 which opens on the side of the stationary contact spring piece guide plate support 26 and which is located in correspondence with the aforementioned lift cylinder block connection fixing hole 263, for a bolt to securely fix the stationary contact spring piece guide plate support 26 to the center support bracket 11 in a position corresponding to the center support bracket rear step 111 at a position corresponding to the transition plate support bracket center support bracket fixing hole 264.
The above-mentioned stationary contact passing hole 221 is obviously a welding portion for the stationary contact 30 to fall down to correspond to the stationary contact spring piece 20 (shown in fig. 3).
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the stationary spring plate transfer mechanism 3 is provided on the table 1 at a position corresponding to the left side of the left fence 27 of the stationary spring plate ferry plate, and the right end of the stationary spring plate transfer mechanism 3 extends to the stationary spring plate transfer rail support notch 271; the right end of the fixed contact point conveying mechanism 4 extends to the front corresponding to the fixed contact point spring piece supporting disc 23; the left pushing and positioning mechanism 5 of the static contact spring piece is in sliding fit with the transition groove 281 of the right baffle spring piece and is in sliding fit with the left end of the sliding groove 29a of the welding station of the static contact spring piece through the transition groove 281 of the right baffle spring piece; the right pushing and positioning mechanism 6 of the static contact spring piece is in sliding fit with the right end of the sliding groove 29a of the welding station of the static contact spring piece; the stationary contact spring piece transition mechanism 7 provided on the front side of the center support frame 11 at a position corresponding to the center support frame top step 113 is slidably fitted in the stationary contact spring piece transition plate sliding groove 29 b; the stationary contact transfer mechanism 9 reciprocates back and forth between the stationary contact receiving mechanism 8 and above the stationary contact passage hole 221 of the stationary contact spring piece pressure-increasing/decreasing plate 22; the bonding head working mechanism 10 is provided on the rear side of the stationary contact spring plate lifting/lowering plate 22 and also provided above the stationary contact passage hole 221 in an empty state.
In the present embodiment, the stationary contact spring piece pressure plate elevating cylinder 21 of the structural system of the stationary contact spring piece welding support mechanism 2 is a cylinder, and the following cylinders are all cylinders, and therefore, the applicant does not repeat the description thereof.
When the stationary contact spring plate elevation cylinder 21 is operated, for example, when the stationary contact spring plate elevation cylinder column is extended out of the cylinder body, that is, raised upward, the stationary contact spring plate elevation cylinder column push block 211 is driven to float upward together with the stationary contact spring plate elevation/depression plate 22, and the stationary contact spring plate elevation/depression plate 22 releases the pressing (depression) of the upper portion of the stationary contact spring plate 20 located in the stationary contact spring plate guide transition plate slide groove 29b, so that the workpiece on which the welding of the stationary contact 30 and the stationary contact spring plate 20 is completed is pushed away from the stationary contact spring plate guide transition plate slide groove 29b by the stationary contact spring plate right push positioning mechanism 6, which will be described in detail below. On the contrary, when the bonding head operating mechanism 10 is in the process of bonding the stationary contact 30 and the stationary contact spring plate 20, the stationary contact spring plate pressure plate lift cylinder 21 acts in the reverse direction, the stationary contact spring plate pressure plate lift cylinder push block 211 and the stationary contact spring plate lift pressure plate 22 are driven to displace downward, and the stationary contact spring plate 20 is pressed on the stationary contact spring plate support plate 23 by the stationary contact spring plate lift pressure plate 22.
Continuing with fig. 1 to 2 and 4, the fixed contact spring plate transfer mechanism 3 includes a fixed contact spring plate transfer rail vibrator 31 and a fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32, the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail vibrator 31 is disposed on a fixed contact spring plate transfer rail vibrator support frame 311, the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail vibrator support frame 311 is disposed at a position corresponding to the left side of the fixed contact spring plate transfer plate left baffle 27 and is immediately fixed on the work table 1, the middle portion of the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32 is supported and limited on the top portion of the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail vibrator 31, the right end of the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32 extends to the fixed contact spring plate transfer plate left baffle 27 and is supported on the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail support notch 271, and a fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32 is disposed at the upward side of the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32 and along the length direction of the fixed contact spring plate transfer rail 32 A point spring piece guide slide groove 321, and the stationary contact spring piece guide slide groove 321 communicates with the stationary contact spring piece transition plate slide groove 29 b. Still referring to fig. 1 to 2 and 4, the aforementioned stationary contact carrying mechanism 4 includes a stationary contact carrying rail vibrator 41 and a stationary contact carrying rail 42, the stationary contact carrying rail vibrator 41 is provided on a stationary contact carrying rail vibrator holder 411, and the stationary-contact-point-feed-rail-vibrator supporting frame 411 is provided immediately above the aforementioned table 1 at a position corresponding to the front of the stationary-contact-point-spring-piece-feed-rail vibrator 31, i.e., the front of the stationary-contact-point-spring-piece-feed-rail-vibrator supporting frame 311, the middle of the stationary contact feed rail 42 is supported and limited on the top of the stationary contact feed rail vibrator 41, the right end of the stationary contact feed rail 42 extends to the front (i.e., the front side) corresponding to the aforementioned stationary contact-point-spring-piece supporting plate 23, a stationary contact guide sliding groove 421 is formed on the upward side of the stationary contact conveyance guide 42 and along the longitudinal direction of the stationary contact conveyance guide 42.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 5, the left stationary contact spring piece pushing and positioning mechanism 5 and the right stationary contact spring piece pushing and positioning mechanism 6 correspond to the rear side of the right end of the stationary contact spring piece conveying rail 32; the stationary contact spring piece transition mechanism 7 provided on the front side of the center support frame 11 at a position corresponding to the top step 113 of the center support frame is alternately displaced between the right end port of the stationary contact spring piece guide slide groove 321 and the right striker spring piece transition groove 281 provided on the upper portion of the rear end of the right striker 28 of the stationary contact spring piece transition plate; the stationary contact receiving mechanism 8, which is provided on the front side of the center support frame 11 at a position corresponding to the center support frame top step 113, is engaged with the right end port of the stationary contact guide sliding groove 421.
Continuing with fig. 1, 2 and 5, the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning mechanism 5 includes a left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder 51, a left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning rod fixing plate 52 and a left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning rod 53, the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder 51 is fixed to the rear side of the upper end of the central support frame 11 in a horizontal state at a position above the right stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning mechanism 6, the left pushing and positioning cylinder column 511 of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder 51 faces to the left, the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning rod fixing plate 52 is fixed to the front side of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder block 512 of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder 51, the left end of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder block 512 is connected to the left end of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning cylinder block 511, the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning rod 53 is fixed to the front end of the left stationary contact spring leaf pushing and positioning rod fixing plate 52 in a horizontal state The direction of the stationary contact spring piece left push rod 53 is directed rightward and corresponds to the left side of the aforementioned right barrier spring piece transition groove 281 of the rear portion of the aforementioned stationary contact spring piece guide plate right barrier 28, where the direction of the stationary contact spring piece left push rod 53 is the direction of the push rod head 531 of the stationary contact spring piece left push rod 53.

The right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-positioning mechanism 6 includes a right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder 61, a right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-rod-seat fixing plate 62, a right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-rod seat 63, and a right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing rod 64, the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder 61 is fixed to the rear upper end of the center support frame 11 in a horizontally-lying state at a position below the left stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder 51, and the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder column 611 of the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder 61 faces right, the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-rod-seat fixing plate 62 is fixed to the front side of the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder block 612 of the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder block 61, and the right end of the right stationary-contact-spring-piece pushing-acting cylinder block 612 is connected to the right end of the right stationary-contact- And the upper end of the fixed contact spring piece right pushing rod seat 64 protrudes out of the upper edge of the fixed plate 62 of the fixed contact spring piece right pushing rod seat, the fixed contact spring piece right pushing rod 64 is fixed with the upper end of the fixed contact spring piece right pushing rod seat 63 in a horizontal state, and the fixed contact spring piece right pushing rod 64 faces to the left and corresponds to the fixed contact spring piece welding station sliding groove 29 a.

Continuing with fig. 1 to 2 and with reference to fig. 3 to 5, the aforementioned stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding mechanism 7 includes a stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding-transition-plate pulling acting cylinder 71 and a stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding transition plate 72 (also referred to as "stationary-contact-spring-piece transfer plate", hereinafter the same) already mentioned above, the stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding acting cylinder 71 being fixed to the front side of the acting-cylinder-support fixing plate 712, and the acting-cylinder-support fixing plate 712 being fixed to the front side of the aforementioned center support 11 at a position corresponding to the aforementioned center support-support step 113, the stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding-plate pulling acting cylinder column 711 of the stationary-contact-spring-piece pulling acting cylinder 71 passing rearward through the acting-cylinder-spring-piece support fixing plate 712 and being connected to the front-end face of the stationary-contact-spring-piece guiding plate 72, the stationary-plate-column connection hole 722 opened to the front, the static contact spring piece leading plate traction acting cylinder column 711 is connected with the static contact spring piece leading plate 72 at a position corresponding to the leading plate cylinder column connecting hole 722, the static contact spring piece leading plate 72 is in sliding fit with the static contact spring piece leading plate sliding groove 29b at a position corresponding to the position between the static contact spring piece leading plate left baffle 27 and the static contact spring piece leading plate right baffle 28, and a leading plate static contact spring piece transition groove 721 corresponding to the position of the right baffle spring piece transition groove 281 is arranged on the upward side of the rear end of the static contact spring piece leading plate 72; the stationary contact receiving mechanism 8 provided on the front side of the center support frame 11 at a position corresponding to the center support frame top step 113 is also fixed to the cylinder support frame fixing plate 712.

When the stationary contact taking plate driving cylinder 81 operates to displace the stationary contact taking plate driving cylinder post 811 forward, i.e., toward the inside of the cylinder body, the stationary contact taking plate 82 is driven to displace forward correspondingly and the stationary contact taking port 821 thereof is caused to correspond to the right end port of the stationary contact guiding sliding groove 421 of the stationary contact conveying rail 42, and the stationary contact 30 drawn out from the stationary contact guiding sliding groove 421 enters the stationary contact taking port 821 (one stationary contact 30 at a time). Then, the stationary contact pickup cylinder 81 is operated in the reverse direction, and the stationary contact pickup plate 82 is moved backward in the reverse direction in a state where one stationary contact 30 is picked up, so that the positions of the stationary contact pickup port 821 and the right end port of the stationary contact guide slide groove 421 are shifted, and the stationary contact 30 is carried by the stationary contact pickup plate 82 and enters the stationary contact position defining housing chamber, i.e., between the right side of the stationary contact shield plate 83 and the left side of the stationary contact pickup plate 82, and in this state, the stationary contact 30 is still at the position of the stationary contact pickup port 821, and is shielded only by the stationary contact shield plate 83, and at this position, the stationary contact 30 can be transferred to the stationary contact passing hole 221 by the stationary contact transfer mechanism 9 to be described later.
The stroke of the forward and backward displacement of the stationary contact pickup plate 82 described above can be controlled by adjusting the stationary contact pickup plate stroke adjustment screw 85.

When the stationary contact nozzle 99 releases the stationary contact 30 to the welding position on the stationary contact spring plate 20 through the stationary contact passing hole 221 and moves to the stationary contact extraction station along with the stationary contact nozzle seat 98 under the operation of the longitudinal lifting rack driving acting cylinder 93, the welding head operating mechanism 10 operates, specifically: the welding head lifting cylinder 102 works, the welding head lifting cylinder column 1021 displaces (extends) downwards to the outside of the cylinder body, the welding head slider 103 is driven to move downwards, the welding head fixing seat 104 is driven to move downwards by the welding head slider 103, the welding head 105 is driven to move downwards by the downward movement of the welding head fixing seat 104, the static contact 30 is welded by the tail end (the lower end part of the figure) of the welding head 105 at the position corresponding to the static contact through hole 221, and the static contact 30 and the static contact spring piece 20 are combined into a whole.
