Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a driving motor 76 is fixedly arranged above the cleaning room 2, an output shaft of the driving motor 76 is coaxially fixed with a positioning sleeve 72, and when the driving motor 76 is started, the positioning sleeve 72 can be driven to rotate on the positioning shaft 71, so that a plurality of barrel wiping sleeves 75 are driven to rotate around the positioning shaft 71, and when the barrel wiping sleeves 75 rotate below the skylight 21, the barrel wiping sleeves can abut against the outer wall of the oil barrel in movement, so that water on the surface of the oil barrel is sucked into the barrel wiping sleeves 75; two clamping plates 77 are arranged above the positioning shaft 71, the two clamping plates 77 are parallel to the positioning shaft 71 and are relatively fixed with the positioning shaft 71, a gap is formed between the two clamping plates 77, the gap between the two clamping plates 77 is formed in a path where the connecting shaft 74 and the barrel wiping sleeve 75 rotate around the positioning shaft 71, in addition, a water storage disc 78 is fixedly arranged on the positioning shaft 71, the water storage disc 78 is of a cavity shell-shaped structure with an upward opening, the water storage disc 78 and the clamping plates 77 are vertically and correspondingly arranged, when the barrel wiping sleeve 75 passes through the space between the two clamping plates 77, the barrel wiping sleeve 75 is squeezed by the two clamping plates 77, and therefore moisture absorbed in the barrel wiping sleeve 75 is squeezed out and drops into the water storage disc 78 to be collected.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to reduce the probability that the barrel wiping cover 75 is clamped between the two clamping plates 77, the surface of the clamping plate 77 opposite to the other clamping plate 77 is provided with an arc-shaped protruding surface 771, and the protruding surface 771 is raised in the middle of the clamping plate 77, so that the barrel wiping cover 75 can smoothly pass between the two clamping plates 77; in order to discharge the moisture in the water storage disc 78, the positioning shaft 71 is of a hollow structure, the positioning shaft 71 is communicated with a water discharge pipe 79, the water discharge pipe 79 is communicated with the ground, a connecting pipe 781 is arranged between the positioning shaft 71 and the water storage disc 78, one end of the connecting pipe 781 is communicated with the water storage disc 78, the other end of the connecting pipe 781 is communicated with the inside of the positioning shaft 71, the water in the water storage disc 78 can flow into the positioning shaft 71 from the connecting pipe 781 and then is discharged from the water discharge pipe 79, and a worker can collect the waste water at a water outlet of the water discharge pipe 79.
Referring to fig. 1, a drying air heater 8 is arranged on a machine frame 1, an air outlet of the drying air heater 8 is communicated with the interior of a cleaning room 2, and the drying air heater 8 can blow hot air into the cleaning room 2, so that the surface of an oil drum which is cleaned is more sufficiently dried.
The working principle of the device is that the oil tank is placed between two conveying shafts 34 arranged in pairs to enable the supporting wheel 35 to support the oil tank, the motor 36 can drive the chain 33 to rotate, so as to drive the oil tank to pass through the cleaning chamber 2 from the inlet of the cleaning chamber 2 to the outlet, in the process, the outer wall of the oil tank can be temporarily abutted against the shifting wheel 51, the shifting wheel 51 can rotate for a circle along with the movement of the oil tank in the process of abutting against the side wall of the oil tank, so as to drive the incomplete gear 53 to rotate for a circle, the incomplete gear 53 drives the sliding frame 61 to complete one reciprocating movement through the gear frame 63, further the trigger rack 64 can be simultaneously used for driving the trigger gear 432 to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise for one reciprocating movement, one opening and closing movement of the throttle valve 43 is realized, therefore, each spray pipe 41 can only pass through the oil tank from the lower part, so that the high-pressure spray head 42 performs one, the purpose of saving water resources is realized.
The process for cleaning and drying the oil drum by using the high-pressure cleaning and drying device for the metal oil drum comprises the following steps:
s1: placing the oil drum on two conveying shafts 34 which are arranged in pairs and are close to the inlet of the cleaning room 2, and enabling the supporting wheels 35 to abut against the surface of the oil drum;
s2: starting the motor 36, starting the driving motor 76 and starting the drying hot air blower 8;
s3: after the oil drum is sent out from the outlet of the cleaning room 2, the oil drum is taken down from the conveying device 3;
s4: motor 36 is turned off, drive motor 76 is turned off, and drying air heater 8 is turned off.

a thumb wheel (51) which can be abutted against an oil drum on the conveying device (3) in a short time and can rotate along with the movement of the oil drum when being abutted against the oil drum is arranged on the rack (1) below each spray pipe (41), the thumb wheel (51) is arranged on a conveying path of the oil drum, an installation shaft (52) is coaxially fixed on the thumb wheel (51), and the installation shaft (52) is rotatably supported on the rack (1);
and a control device which can control the water flow in the spray pipe (41) to be alternately switched on and off along with the rotation of the mounting shaft (52) is arranged between the mounting shaft (52) and the spray pipe (41).

The high pressure cleaning and drying device for the metal oil drum according to claim 1, characterized in that: the control device comprises a throttle valve (43) which is arranged on the spray pipe (41) and can control opening and closing and flow rate through rotation of a valve rod (431), one end of the throttle valve (43) is communicated with the spray pipe (41), and the other end of the throttle valve is communicated with a high-pressure water pipe (44) which can convey liquid;
the control device further comprises a trigger gear (432) coaxially fixed on the valve rod (431), a sliding frame (61) capable of sliding only in the direction parallel to the conveying direction of the oil drum is mounted on the side wall of the cleaning room (2), a trigger rack (64) is integrally arranged on the sliding frame (61), and the trigger rack (64) is meshed with the trigger gear (432);
the control device also comprises an intermittent drive device which can control the sliding frame (61) to slide back and forth along with the rotation of the mounting shaft (52).

The high pressure cleaning and drying device for the metal oil drum according to claim 2, characterized in that: the intermittent driving device comprises an incomplete gear (53) coaxially fixed on the mounting shaft (52) and a gear frame (63) integrally arranged on the sliding frame (61), wherein the gear frame (63) comprises an upper rack (631) and a lower rack (632), and the incomplete gear (53) is arranged between the upper rack (631) and the lower rack (632) and can be meshed with only one of the upper rack (631) and the lower rack (632) at the same time.
