the shattering mechanism (15) comprises a plurality of partition plates (44) fixedly connected to the upper end of the second sieve plate (14), the partition plates (44) are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of second springs (45) are fixedly connected between every two adjacent partition plates (44);
the mesh aperture of the first sieve plate (12) is larger than that of the second sieve plate (14).
