for the lower telescopic device, all the first lower stair rotating rods 61 and part of the second lower stair rotating rods 62 are positioned in the lower receiving cavity of the lower receiving device 4, and the abutting openings 63 abut against the top of the lower mounting through hole 12. The lower buffer 65 is separated from the second lower abutting plate 69 without contact, the lower air pressure rod 66 is compressed and is obliquely arranged upwards towards the inner side, and the lower air pressure rod 66 generates an inward force on the first lower abutting plate 68;
the ladder main body 2 is attached to the ladder mounting frame 1 and kept fixed under the action of the upper air pressure rod 57 and the lower air pressure rod 66, and the height of the ladder main body 2 is larger than that of the ladder mounting frame 1, so that a user on a bed on the upper berth can push the ladder main body conveniently.
When the user desires to get on or off the bed, the ladder body 2 may be stretched by applying an outside force to the ladder body 2 by pushing the top thereof on the bed of the upper berth or by pulling the ladder body 2 on the lower berth.
After the ladder main body 2 is stressed, the ladder main body drives the rotating hinge 56 above the stair ascending rotating rod 5 to rotate clockwise as a circle center until the joint of the stair ascending rotating rod II 52 and the stair ascending rotating rod I51 is abutted against the bottom of the upper mounting through hole 11; the first stair ascending rotating rod 51 is attached to the lower upper telescoping device plate 32, the lower upper telescoping device plate 32 provides a supporting force, the upper air pressure rod 57 is changed from being obliquely downward towards the inner side to being obliquely downward towards the outer side, and the upper air pressure rod 57 generates a downward force on the upper abutting plate 58, so that the first stair ascending rotating rod 51 is attached to the lower upper telescoping device plate 32.
Meanwhile, the ladder main body 2 drives the lower ladder rotating rod 6 to rotate clockwise by taking the lower rotating hinge 67 as a circle center until the joint of the lower ladder rotating rod I61 and the lower ladder rotating rod II 62 is abutted against the bottom of the lower mounting through hole 12; the lower buffer 65 is abutted with the second lower abutting plate 69, the lower buffer 65 provides a supporting force, the lower air pressure rod 66 is changed from being obliquely upwards arranged towards the inner side to being obliquely upwards arranged towards the outer side, and the lower air pressure rod 66 generates an outward force on the first lower abutting plate 68;
the top of ladder main part 2 and the top butt of ladder mounting bracket 1, one section distance in interval between the bottom of ladder main part 2 and the bottom of ladder mounting bracket 1, ladder main part 2 relies on the slope setting on ladder mounting bracket 1. The ladder body 2 is held stationary by the upper and lower gas strut 57, 66. The user can get on and off the bed through the ladder main body 2.

the ladder main body (2) is positioned on one side of the ladder mounting frame (1), and the upper telescopic device and the lower telescopic device are positioned on the other side of the ladder mounting frame (1); the upper telescopic device and the lower telescopic device are both embedded into the apartment combined bed;
an upper mounting through hole (11) and a lower mounting through hole (12) are formed in the ladder mounting frame (1), and the upper mounting through hole (11) and the lower mounting through hole (12) are vertically arranged in a long strip shape;
the upper telescopic device comprises an upper storage device (3), an upper stair rotating rod (5), an upper air pressure rod (57), an upper buffer (55) and an upper buffer shaft seat (54);
the upper containing device (3) comprises an upper telescopic device upper plate (31), an upper telescopic device lower plate (32), an upper telescopic device left side plate (33) and an upper telescopic device right side plate (34); the upper telescopic device upper plate (31), the upper telescopic device lower plate (32), the upper telescopic device left side plate (33) and the upper telescopic device right side plate (34) are enclosed to form an upper containing cavity;
the head end of the stair ascending rotating rod (5) is hinged with the upper telescopic device lower plate (32) through an upper rotating hinge (56), and the tail end of the stair ascending rotating rod (5) is hinged with the ladder main body (2); the stair climbing rotating rod (5) penetrates through the upper mounting through hole (11);
the stair climbing rotating rod (5) is in a zigzag shape and comprises a stair climbing rotating rod I (51), a stair climbing rotating rod II (52) and a stair climbing rotating rod III (53) which are fixedly connected in sequence;
the head end of the first stair ascending rotating rod (51) is hinged with the lower plate (32) of the upper telescopic device through an upper rotating hinge (56), the tail end of the first stair ascending rotating rod (51) is fixedly connected with the head end of the second stair ascending rotating rod (52), the tail end of the second stair ascending rotating rod (52) penetrates through the upper mounting through hole (11) and then is fixedly connected with the head end of the third stair ascending rotating rod (53), and the tail end of the third stair ascending rotating rod (53) is hinged with the ladder main body (2);
an upper abutting plate (58) is fixedly connected with the middle position of the first stair ascending rotating rod (51), two ends of an upper air pressure rod (57) are respectively hinged with the upper abutting plate (58) and an upper telescopic device upper plate (31),
the two ends of the upper buffer shaft base (54) are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper telescopic device left side plate (33) and the upper telescopic device right side plate (34), the upper buffer (55) is fixedly arranged on the upper buffer shaft base (54), and the upper buffer (55) is matched with the upper abutting plate (58) for use;
the lower telescopic device comprises a lower storage device (4), a lower stair rotating rod (6), a lower air pressure rod (66), a lower buffer (65) and a lower buffer shaft seat (64);
the lower containing device (4) comprises a lower telescopic device upper plate (41), a lower telescopic device lower plate (42), a lower telescopic device left side plate (43) and a lower telescopic device right side plate (44), and the lower telescopic device upper plate (41), the lower telescopic device lower plate (42), the lower telescopic device left side plate (43) and the lower telescopic device right side plate (44) are enclosed to form a lower containing cavity;
the head end of the lower stair rotating rod (6) is hinged with the lower telescopic device lower plate (42) through a lower rotating hinge (67), and the tail end of the lower stair rotating rod (6) is hinged with the ladder main body (2); the lower stair rotating rod (6) penetrates through the lower mounting through hole (12);
the lower stair rotating rod (6) comprises a first lower stair rotating rod (61) and a second lower stair rotating rod (62);
the head end of the first lower stair rotating rod (61) is hinged with the lower telescopic device lower plate (42) through a lower rotating hinge (67), the tail end of the first lower stair rotating rod (61) is fixedly connected with the head end of the second lower stair rotating rod (62), and the tail end of the second lower stair rotating rod (62) penetrates through the lower mounting through hole (12) and then is hinged with the ladder main body (2);
the second stair descending rotating rod (62) is bent at a position close to the tail end to form an abutting port (63); the abutting port (63) is matched with the lower mounting through hole (12) for use;
the lower stair rotating rod (6) is fixedly provided with a first lower supporting plate (68) at the joint of the first lower stair rotating rod (61) and the second lower stair rotating rod (62), and two ends of a lower air pressure rod (66) are respectively hinged with a lower telescopic device lower plate (42) and the first lower supporting plate (68);
a second lower abutting plate (69) is fixedly connected to the middle position of the first lower stair rotating rod (61);
two ends of the lower buffer shaft base (64) are respectively and fixedly connected with a left side plate (43) of the lower telescopic device and a right side plate (44) of the lower telescopic device, the lower buffer (65) is fixedly arranged on the lower buffer shaft base (64), and the lower buffer (65) is matched with the second lower abutting plate (69) for use;
the lower buffer shaft seat (64) is positioned between the lower rotating hinge (67) and the ladder main body (2), and the lower buffer (65) is obliquely arranged upwards towards one side of the lower rotating hinge (67).

the first stair climbing rotating rod (51) is parallel to the third stair climbing rotating rod (53), and the included angle between the second stair climbing rotating rod (52) and the first stair climbing rotating rod (51) and the third stair climbing rotating rod (53) is an obtuse angle or a right angle;
an included angle between the first stair descending rotating rod (61) and the second stair descending rotating rod (62) is an obtuse angle, and the second stair descending rotating rod (62) is bent downwards relative to the first stair descending rotating rod (61).
3. An elevator ladder of an apartment complex bed as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the bottom of the upper mounting through hole (11) is flush with the lower plate (32) of the upper telescopic device, the distance from the bottom of the upper mounting through hole (11) to the upper rotating hinge (56) is equal to the length of the first stair ascending rotating rod (51), and the distance from the top of the upper mounting through hole (11) to the upper rotating hinge (56) is equal to the distance from the head end of the first stair ascending rotating rod (51) to the tail end of the second stair ascending rotating rod (52).
4. An elevating ladder of an apartment complex bed as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the upper buffer shaft seat (54) is positioned right above the upper rotating hinge (56), the upper buffer (55) is inclined downwards to face one side of the ladder main body (2), and the upper buffer (55) is positioned on the circumference which takes the upper rotating hinge (56) as the center and takes the upper stair rotating rod I (51) as the radius; when the rotating hinge (56) rotates above the rotating rod (5) of the upstairs by taking the rotating hinge as a circle center, the upper abutting plate (58) can abut against the upper buffer (55).
5. An elevator ladder of an apartment complex bed as claimed in claim 4, wherein:
the horizontal height of the bottom of the lower mounting through hole (12) is higher than that of the lower plate (42) of the lower telescopic device, and the distance from the bottom of the lower mounting through hole (12) to the lower rotating hinge (67) is equal to the length of the first rotating rod (61) of the lower stair; the distance from the top of the lower mounting through hole (12) to the lower rotating hinge (67) is equal to the distance from the abutting port (63) to the lower rotating hinge (67).
6. An elevator ladder of an apartment complex bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein:
the length from the head end of the first downstair rotating rod (61) to the tail end of the second downstair rotating rod (62) is greater than the length from the head end (51) to the tail end (53), so that the vertical arrangement is ensured when the ladder main body (2) is contracted, and the inclined arrangement is ensured when the ladder main body (2) is stretched.
7. An elevator ladder of an apartment complex bed as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
the upper buffer (55) and the lower buffer (65) are both ACJ hydraulic buffers.
8. A method of using a lifting ladder for an apartment complex using the lifting ladder for an apartment complex as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
after a user gets off the bed from the upper bed or when the user is on the bed of the upper bed, the ladder main body (2) can be contracted, so that the occupied space is reduced; at this time:

the ladder main body (2) is attached to the ladder mounting frame (1) and kept fixed under the action of the upper air pressure rod (57) and the lower air pressure rod (66), and the height of the ladder main body (2) is greater than that of the ladder mounting frame (1), so that a user on a bed on the upper berth can push the ladder main body conveniently;
when a user needs to get on or off the bed, the external force can be applied to the ladder body (2) by pushing the top of the ladder body on the upper bed, or the external force can be applied to the ladder body (2) by pulling the ladder body on the lower bed, so that the ladder body (2) is stretched;
