Abstract
The application discloses display module assembly and electronic equipment, display module assembly includes: a display area comprising a first edge portion and a second edge portion of a profiled contour; the first edge portion is a wiring area, and the second edge portion is a virtual pixel area. This application is through not setting up at second marginal portion and walking the line region, can compress the black limit of second marginal portion effectively to the outward appearance effect of whole screen has been promoted.

Technical Field
This application belongs to display screen technical field, concretely relates to display module assembly and electronic equipment.
Background
On an AMOLED (Active Matrix/Organic Light Emitting Diode) display screen, a full-screen is required, and in order to place a front camera on the front side of the screen, various special-shaped openings, such as a bang, a water drop, etc., need to be formed on the screen. The design can be good, and meanwhile, a placing space is provided for the front camera while the integrity of the screen is guaranteed. As shown in fig. 1, the front camera is placed in the shaped area. The black border around the shaped screen mainly comprises two width areas A and B as shown in figure 1. The width area A is an area occupied by a power supply cathode signal bus (VSS), an Anode pattern (Anode) and frame glue (Seal) in the AMOLED Panel design; the B width area is the Dummy (some unlit pixels at the edge of the Panel design required by the process) design footprint.
In the process of implementing the present application, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art:
the area A and the area B in the figure 1 are the black edge width of the whole special-shaped screen, so that the black edge around the special-shaped screen is wider, and along with the fact that the appearance requirement of a consumer on the whole mobile phone is more and more strict, the appearance effect of the whole mobile phone is greatly influenced by the wider black edge around the special-shaped screen.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims at providing a display module assembly and electronic equipment, solves among the prior art at least that the black border around the dysmorphism screen is than wide, one of the problem of the outward appearance effect of very big influence complete machine.

The display module according to the embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a display module comprising a display area, the display area comprising a first edge, the first edge comprising a first edge portion and a second edge portion with a profiled contour; the first edge portion is a wiring area, the second edge portion is a virtual pixel area, and the first edge is located on one side of the display area.

The second edge part is the edge of special-shaped screen, like the water droplet in water droplet screen, the bang screen and the corresponding marginal position of bang, first edge part and second edge part are located different straight lines.

As shown in fig. 4, according to some embodiments of the invention, the second edge portion comprises: the liquid crystal display panel comprises a substrate body 1, and a virtual pixel layer 2, a first organic flat layer 3, a second organic flat layer 4 and a first frame glue layer 5 which are sequentially arranged on the substrate body 1; the virtual pixel layer 2 is a non-lighted pixel layer and is disposed at a side close to the display area.
The virtual pixel layer 2 is an area occupied by the Dummy area design, that is, some unlit pixels on the edge of the Panel design are part required by the process. The first organic flat layer 3 and the second organic flat layer 4 are both a layer of organic photoresist, wherein the first organic flat layer 3 is used for carrying out planarization treatment on the lower film layer (the basic body 1) to ensure the flatness on the flat layers. The first frame glue layer 5 is used for bonding the seal glue layers of upper and lower pane.
In this embodiment, since the second edge portion does not include the routing area, and the width of the first frame adhesive layer can be shortened after the routing area is cancelled, the width of the second edge portion is greatly reduced, and the width of the black border is effectively compressed. In this embodiment, the signal wiring layer 8 is used to connect a VSS signal (power cathode signal) to a circuit formed by the electrode layer 8. The signal wiring layer 8 and the electrode layer 7 are subjected to an insulating process by the first organic planarization layer 3, and then are subjected to a planarization process by covering the second organic planarization layer 4.
Wherein, the signal routing layer 8 includes: the first titanium Ti metal layer, the aluminum Al metal layer and the second titanium Ti metal layer are sequentially stacked. The signal wiring layer 8 is used for wiring for transmitting VSS signals.
Wherein the electrode layer 7 comprises: the ITO layer, the silver Ag metal layer and the ITO layer are sequentially stacked. The electrode layer 7 is an Anode electrode layer (Anode pattern), and can realize a metal layer for transmitting a VSS signal from the signal wiring layer 8 to the cathode of the AMOLED.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to further embodiments of the present invention, the first edge portion further includes a third edge portion located inside the display area, and the third edge portion has the same structure as the second edge portion.
As shown in fig. 6, the structure of the first edge portion and the third edge portion includes: the substrate comprises a substrate body 1, a signal wiring layer 8 and a virtual pixel layer 2 which are arranged on the substrate body 1, a first organic flat layer 3 which is arranged on the signal wiring layer 8 and the virtual pixel layer 2, an electrode layer 7 which is arranged on the first organic flat layer 3, a second organic flat layer 4 which is arranged on the electrode layer 7 and a second frame glue layer 6 which is arranged on the second organic flat layer 4.
Furthermore, the display area also comprises a second edge positioned at the left end of the display area, a third edge positioned at the right end of the display area and a fourth edge positioned at the lower end of the display area; the second edge, the third edge and the fourth edge all comprise fourth edge parts, namely corresponding to the A width area, and the fourth edge part has the same structure as the first edge part.
In an embodiment, at least one of the second edge, the third edge, and the fourth edge further comprises, as required by the design: and a fifth edge portion which is arranged at the inner side of the fourth edge portion and is close to the display area, namely, corresponds to the B width area, and the structure of the fifth edge portion is the same as that of the second edge portion.
Further, the embodiment of the application also provides an electronic device, which comprises the display module.
In this embodiment, the second edge portion of the display area of the electronic device is not provided with the routing area, so that the black edge of the second edge portion can be effectively compressed, and the appearance effect of the whole screen of the electronic device is improved.

1. A display module, comprising:
a display area comprising a first edge portion and a second edge portion of a profiled contour; the first edge part is a wiring area, the second edge part is a virtual pixel area, and no wiring is arranged on the second edge part;
the second edge portion includes: the display device comprises a substrate body, and a virtual pixel layer, a first organic flat layer, a second organic flat layer and a first frame glue layer which are arranged on the substrate body in sequence.
2. The display module of claim 1, wherein the dummy pixel layer is disposed on a side close to the display area.
3. The display module assembly of claim 2, wherein the width range of the first frame glue layer is: 300 microns to 400 microns.

The display module of claim 1, wherein the first edge portion comprises: the flat-type solar cell comprises a substrate body, a signal wiring layer arranged on the substrate body, a first organic flat layer arranged on the signal wiring layer, an electrode layer arranged on the first organic flat layer, a second organic flat layer arranged on the electrode layer and a second frame glue layer arranged on the second organic flat layer.
5. The display module of claim 4, wherein the signal routing layer comprises: the first titanium metal layer, the aluminum metal layer and the second titanium metal layer are sequentially stacked.
6. The display module of claim 4, wherein the electrode layer comprises: and the indium tin oxide layer, the silver metal layer and the indium tin oxide layer are sequentially stacked.
7. The display module of claim 1, wherein the first edge is located at an upper end of the display area.
8. The display module according to claim 7, wherein the second edge portion is a curved edge, and two ends of the second edge portion connect the two first edge portions, and the two first edge portions are located on the same straight line.
9. The display module according to claim 1, wherein the first edge portion further comprises a third edge portion located at an inner side of the display area, and the third edge portion has the same structure as the second edge portion.
10. An electronic device, comprising the display module according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
