The specific working process is as follows:

the adjusting module comprises a sprinkling nozzle, a heater, a refrigerator and a controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the sprinkling nozzle, the heater and the refrigerator; the controller is connected with the temperature detector, the humidity detector and the wine liquid detector through a wireless network, the adjusting module is used for controlling the operation and the stop of the sprinkler head, the heater and the refrigerator according to the temperature and humidity change in the wine cellar fed back by the real-time detecting module and matching with the wine liquid state fed back by the wine liquid detector through the controller, so that the temperature and the humidity in the wine cellar are controlled in a range most beneficial to wine liquid storage, and the range most beneficial to wine liquid storage can be adjusted in real time according to the data detected by the wine liquid detector;
the data storage module comprises an automatic search terminal and a memory; the automatic search terminal is connected with the local area network, so that automatic search and collection in the local area network are realized, the optimal temperature and humidity in the wine cellar required for solving the current problem are searched in the local area network according to the information fed back by the wine liquid detector, and the optimal temperature and humidity are fed back to the adjusting module to adjust the temperature and humidity in the wine cellar in real time; the storage is used for storing the information of the optimal processing method searched by the automatic search terminal, and when the wine liquid detector feeds back the same information, the optimal solution can be directly called, so that the working intensity of the automatic search terminal is reduced;
the data comparison module is used for comparing the color, concentration, acid-base degree and transmittance change in the wine detected by the wine detector with the information searched by the automatic search terminal, selecting the information which is closest to the wine detector from the information searched by the automatic search terminal, and searching a solution; the comparison module is also used for calling the numerical values fed back by the temperature detector, the humidity detector and the wine detector at the previous moment of the day to be compared with the numerical values fed back at the current moment, and the comparison result is fed back to the adjustment module, so that the adjustment module adjusts the work of the sprinkling nozzle, the heater and the refrigerator according to the information fed back by the wine detector in the comparison numerical values;
