Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method for spin-drying and drying a cleaned transfer box, which comprises a transfer box spin dryer, wherein a feeding transmission unit and a discharging transmission unit are respectively arranged on two sides of the transfer box spin dryer, a transfer box to be spin-dried is conveyed to a specified position of a working platform of the transfer box spin dryer by adopting a first material pushing actuator, then the transfer box is supported and ejected into a clamping groove of a clamping and positioning top cover by a jacking actuator at the bottom of the transfer box spin dryer, a rotary driving motor is started to drive the transfer box to rotate, and moisture on the transfer box is thrown off; then an action rod of the jacking actuator descends and resets, and the turnover box falls onto the working platform to finish spin-drying; and then, the second material pushing actuator pushes the spin-dried turnover box on the working platform out of the working platform to the material discharging and conveying unit, and the material discharging and conveying unit is used for conveying the spin-dried turnover box to a subsequent drying system for drying.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spin-drying equipment, and particularly relates to a processing method for spin-drying and drying a cleaned transfer container.
Background
The plastic turnover box for the electronic components is widely applied and can be reused after being cleaned. The existing cleaning machine generally adopts a mode of washing by a spray head and then drying by hot air. the turnover box spin dryer comprises a base frame, an upper rotating mechanism and a lower jacking mechanism; the base frame comprises a support frame, a top plate and a working platform, wherein the top plate and the working platform are arranged on the support frame; the upper rotating mechanism is arranged at the top of the base frame and used for driving a turnover box to be dried to rotate, the upper rotating mechanism comprises a clamping and positioning top cover and a rotating driving motor, the rotating driving motor is fixedly arranged on a top plate of the base frame and is in transmission connection with a central rotating shaft of the clamping and positioning top cover, the clamping and positioning top cover is used for clamping and boxing, and the rotating driving motor drives the clamping and positioning top cover to rotate so as to drive the boxing and synchronous rotation; the lower jacking mechanism is arranged below a working platform of the base frame and comprises a middle jacking actuator and two side jacking actuators positioned at two sides of the middle jacking actuator, and a through hole is formed in the working platform so that actuating rods of the middle jacking actuator and the two side jacking actuators can act on a turnover box on the working platform through the through hole; the top of an action rod of the middle jacking actuator is provided with a turntable, and the middle jacking actuator, the turntable and a central rotating shaft on the clamping and positioning top cover are coaxially arranged;

placing the washed turnover box on a feeding and conveying unit to convey the turnover box to a turnover box spin dryer, conveying the turnover box to be spin-dried to a specified position of a working platform of the turnover box spin dryer by a first material pushing actuator, then upwards extending action rods of two side jacking actuators, supporting and jacking the turnover box into a clamping groove of a clamping and positioning top cover, then upwards extending action rods of a middle jacking actuator, jacking the turnover box, and descending and resetting the action rods of the two side jacking actuators; then, the rotary driving motor is started to drive the turnover box to rotate, so that the moisture on the turnover box is thrown away; finally, an action rod of the middle jacking actuator descends and resets, and the turnover box falls onto the working platform to finish spin-drying; and then, the second material pushing actuator pushes the spin-dried turnover box on the working platform out of the working platform to the material discharging and conveying unit, and the material discharging and conveying unit is used for conveying the spin-dried turnover box to a subsequent drying system for drying.
In the technical scheme, the support frame consists of four upright posts and a cross beam connected between the upright posts.
In the technical scheme, the clamping and positioning top cover is a rectangular plate, the shape of the clamping and positioning top cover is consistent with that of the top surface of the turnover box to be dried, the four corners of the clamping and positioning top cover are respectively provided with the lower edges of the L shapes, and the lower edges of the four L shapes form clamping grooves for clamping the four corners of the turnover box, so that the clamping and positioning top cover can be synchronously driven to be clamped into the turnover box to rotate when rotating.

In the technical scheme, the longitudinal linear actuator and the transverse actuator both adopt linear cylinders.
In the technical scheme, the two parallel guide rails are further arranged above the working platform, the distance between the two guide rails is slightly larger than the transverse width of the turnover box, the turnover box enters the space between the two guide rails after being conveyed into the working platform, and the guide rail plays a role in guiding the turnover box, so that the turnover box is accurately positioned.

Example one
A processing method for spin-drying and drying the cleaned turnover box comprises a turnover box spin dryer m, wherein a feeding conveying unit 4 and a discharging conveying unit 5 are respectively arranged on two sides of the turnover box spin dryer.
The feeding conveying unit and the discharging conveying unit are both conveyor belts, the feeding conveying unit is used for conveying the turnover box 0 to be dried to a working platform of the turnover box drying machine, and the discharging conveying unit is used for conveying the turnover box 0 subjected to drying from the working platform of the turnover box drying machine to a subsequent drying system.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the turnover box drying machine comprises a base frame 1, an upper rotating mechanism 2 and a lower jacking mechanism 3.
The pedestal 1 comprises a support frame 11, a top plate 12 and a working platform 13, wherein the top plate 12 and the working platform 13 are installed on the support frame, the support frame is composed of four upright posts and a cross beam connected between the upright posts, the top plate 12 is located at the top of the support frame, the working platform 13 is located below the top plate, and a space between the top plate 12 and the working platform 13 is used for accommodating a turnover box 0 to be dried.

Further, the clamping and positioning top cover 21 is a rectangular plate, the shape of the clamping and positioning top cover is consistent with that of the top surface of the turnover box 0 to be dried, the four corners of the clamping and positioning top cover are respectively provided with an L-shaped lower edge 212, and the four L-shaped lower edges 212 enclose into clamping grooves for clamping the four corners of the turnover box, so that the clamping and positioning top cover 21 can synchronously drive the turnover box clamped therein to rotate when rotating.
Further, the middle jacking actuator and the side jacking actuator both adopt linear cylinders.
The turnover box drying device is characterized in that a first material pushing actuator 6 and a second material pushing actuator 7 are arranged on one side of the feeding conveying unit, the two material pushing actuators are arranged on two sides of the feeding conveying unit in a staggered mode, the first material pushing actuator 6 is used for pushing a turnover box to be dried on the feeding conveying unit into a designated point on a working platform of the turnover box drying machine, and the second material pushing actuator 7 is used for pushing the turnover box 0 which is arranged on the working platform and is subjected to drying out to the discharging conveying unit from the working platform. The first material pushing actuator and the second material pushing actuator are identical in structure and comprise a longitudinal linear actuator a arranged along the conveying direction and a transverse actuator b which is arranged at the end part of an actuating rod of the longitudinal linear actuator and is perpendicular to the conveying direction, the actuating rod of the transverse actuator is connected with a push plate c, the push plate c can be driven by the transverse actuator to act on the turnover box, and then the turnover box is pushed by the longitudinal linear actuator a to complete displacement.
When the turnover box drying machine works, the washed turnover box 0 is placed on the feeding and conveying unit and conveyed towards the turnover box drying machine, the first material pushing actuator 6 conveys the turnover box 0 to be dried to the designated position of a working platform of the turnover box drying machine, then the actuating rods of the two side jacking actuators 32 extend upwards to support and jack the turnover box into the clamping groove of the clamping and positioning top cover 21, then the actuating rod of the middle jacking actuator 31 extends upwards to jack the turnover box, and the actuating rods of the two side jacking actuators descend and reset; then, the rotary driving motor 22 is started to drive the turnover box to rotate, so that the moisture on the turnover box is thrown away; finally, the action rod of the middle jacking actuator descends and resets, and the turnover box 0 falls onto the working platform to finish spin-drying; and then, the second material pushing actuator 7 pushes the spin-dried turnover box 0 on the working platform out of the working platform to the material discharging and conveying unit, and the material discharging and conveying unit is used for conveying the spin-dried turnover box 0 to a subsequent drying system for drying.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, further referring to fig. 5, two parallel guide rails 8 are further arranged above the working platform of the turnover box spin dryer, the distance between the two guide rails is slightly larger than the transverse width of the turnover box, the turnover box can enter the space between the two guide rails after being conveyed into the working platform, and the guide rails can guide the turnover box, so that the accurate positioning of the turnover box is ensured.

placing the washed turnover box on a feeding and conveying unit to convey the turnover box to a turnover box spin dryer, conveying the turnover box to be spin-dried to a specified position of a working platform of the turnover box spin dryer by a first material pushing actuator, then upwards extending action rods of two side jacking actuators, supporting and jacking the turnover box into a clamping groove of a clamping and positioning top cover, then upwards extending action rods of a middle jacking actuator, jacking the turnover box, and descending and resetting the action rods of the two side jacking actuators; then, the rotary driving motor is started to drive the turnover box to rotate, so that the moisture on the turnover box is thrown away; finally, an action rod of the middle jacking actuator descends and resets, and the turnover box falls onto the working platform to finish spin-drying; and then, the second material pushing actuator pushes the spin-dried turnover box on the working platform out of the working platform to the material discharging and conveying unit, and the material discharging and conveying unit is used for conveying the spin-dried turnover box to a subsequent drying system for drying.
