Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment further provides a method for treating condensed water of a kitchen air conditioner, the method comprising the steps of:
s1: starting a refrigeration or heating mode by the kitchen air conditioner;
s2: starting the water pump 52 to start draining the condensed water;
specifically, since a certain amount of condensed water may remain in the collecting tank 51 when the kitchen air conditioner starts the cooling or heating mode last time, in order to avoid the influence of the remaining condensed water on the accurate calculation of the amount of condensed water at this time, the amount of condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is also maintained below the set threshold, and thus, the water dripping phenomenon when the kitchen air conditioner restarts the cooling or heating mode is avoided. When the kitchen air conditioner starts refrigeration or heating mode, start water pump 52 work to and the interior residual condensate water of collecting vat 51 is drained away in time, in this embodiment, water pump 52 will remain condensate water pump 51 and send to condenser 4 on, in order to realize in time draining away the residual condensate water, fully remain the condensate water and come radiating condenser 4, promote condenser 4's heat transfer effect.
S3: judging whether the water pump 52 idles, if so, controlling the water pump 52 to stop working and entering the next step, otherwise, continuing to execute the step S3;
specifically, the determination of whether the water pump 52 is idling is made by determining the relationship between the operating current of the water pump 52 and a preset current, and determining whether the water pump 52 is idling based on the determination result. If the water pump 52 idles, it indicates that the water pump 52 has drained the condensed water in the collection tank 51, at this time, the water pump 52 is controlled to stop working and the operation proceeds to step S4, so as to avoid the long-term idling of the water pump 52 from affecting the service life; if the water pump 52 does not idle, it indicates that the condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is not drained, and it is necessary to maintain the operation of the water pump 52 and continue to judge whether the water pump 52 idles until the condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is drained, so that the calculation accuracy of the amount of condensed water generated by the operation of the evaporator 3 by the residual condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is eliminated, and the phenomenon of water dripping caused by inaccurate calculation of the amount of condensed water is avoided.
S4: starting to calculate parameters of condensed water generated by the kitchen air conditioner;
s5: judging whether the amount of the condensed water in the collecting tank 51 reaches a set threshold value, if so, returning to the step S2; if not, the amount of the condensed water generated by the kitchen air conditioner is accumulated and calculated, and then the step S5 is continuously executed.
In particular, the amount of condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is calculated from condensed water parameters, i.e. from the condensed water generating volume V and/or the condensed water generating rate V. The controller determines the on-time of the water pump 52 according to the calculated relationship between the amount of condensed water and the set threshold value, so as to avoid dripping caused by excessive amount of condensed water in the collection tank 51.
It can be seen that, this embodiment kitchen air conditioner's comdenstion water processing method, it is through draining earlier the remaining comdenstion water in collecting vat 51 when kitchen air conditioner starts refrigeration or heating mode, the condensation water yield that the evaporimeter 3 produced begins to calculate again, and whether open water pump 52 according to the relation of the condensation water yield that calculates with the settlement threshold value, eliminated the influence of remaining comdenstion water in the collecting vat 51 to the calculated result, effectively guarantee the calculation accuracy of condensation water yield, need not level sensor simultaneously, also can accurate judgement control water pump's opening time, prevent that the condensation water yield in the collecting vat 51 is too much and the phenomenon of dripping appears, promote user's use and experience.
Preferably, the preset current is a normal working current when the water pump 52 drains normally, and if the working current of the water pump 52 is smaller than the normal working current, it is determined that the water pump 52 idles; if the working current of the water pump 52 is equal to the normal working current, the water pump 52 is judged to drain normally; if the operating current of the water pump 52 is greater than the normal operating current, it is determined that the water pump 52 is locked. From this, through the change situation according to the operating current of water pump 52, accurate discernment water pump 52 is in the state for idle running, normal drainage or locked rotor, avoids influencing the judgement accuracy because of water pump 52 trouble, and reducible probability that causes the untimely emergence of drainage comdenstion water because of the erroneous judgement simultaneously promotes user's use and experiences.
Preferably, the condensate water parameter includes a condensate water generation rate V and/or a condensate water generation volume V, wherein the condensate water generation rate V is obtained by the following formula:
v=J2-J1×Q,
in the formula: j. the design is a square1Absolute humidity of the evaporator return air inlet 13; j. the design is a square2Absolute humidity at the center of the evaporator 3; and Q is the air flow of the air outlet of the kitchen air conditioner. In the present embodiment, the absolute humidity J of the evaporator return air inlet 131Is obtained by obtaining the absolute humidity J at the center of the evaporator 3 based on the humidity detected by the first detecting means 62Is obtained from the humidity detected by the second detecting means 7.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the condensed water processing module further includes a water amount detecting device (not shown in the figure) installed in the collecting tank 51 and connected to the controller for detecting the amount of condensed water in the collecting tank 51, and the other parts are the same as embodiment 1.
When the amount of condensed water in the collecting tank 51 reaches a set threshold value and the water pump 52 fails and cannot drain the condensed water in the collecting tank 51 in time, if the water amount detection device detects that the amount of condensed water in the collecting tank 51 belongs to (the set threshold value is greater than the upper limit value of the set threshold value), the controller sends an alarm signal and controls the kitchen air conditioner to stop working, so that the phenomenon of water dripping caused by excessive condensed water in the collecting tank 51 is avoided, and the use experience of a user is further improved.
It can be seen that, the setting of water yield detection device, when making water pump 52 break down and can't in time drain away the comdenstion water in the collecting vat 51, the controller can in time send alarm signal and control kitchen air conditioner stop work according to the condensation water yield that water yield detection device detected, avoids appearing the phenomenon of dripping, further promotes to use and experiences.
