To further illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following specific examples are provided in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3.
Example 1
An air conditioner for an automobile, the air conditioner comprising:
a centrifugal fan 11 for supplying air;
an evaporator for exchanging heat with air sent out by the centrifugal fan 11;
the humidifying and cleaning device comprises a water tank 1, wherein the water tank 1 is arranged on a centrifugal fan 11 and is used for storing condensed water on an evaporator;
wherein the water tank 1 is driven to rotate together when the centrifugal fan 11 rotates to utilize the condensed water in the water tank 1:

In addition, the air conditioner combined with the control method can clean the blades of an inner fan (a centrifugal fan) in the self-cleaning mode.
Example 2
Based on the air conditioner and the control method thereof, the invention further provides an automobile. In the air conditioner of the automobile, the cleaning of the evaporator and the humidification of the air by the recovery of the condensed water are realized. The condensed water in the water pan is sucked into the water tank by the water pump 13. Under the condition of low rotating speed of the fan, the condensate water keeps a water drop state, and is thrown to the evaporator by the centrifugal force of the fan to be cleaned; under the condition of high rotating speed of the fan, the condensed water is beaten into water mist by the fan blades to humidify the air, and the air passing through the evaporator is mixed with the water mist and then enters the vehicle.
When in refrigeration/heating, condensed water generated by the evaporator drops on the water receiving tray from the evaporator, and under the self-cleaning and humidifying modes of the evaporator, the drainage valve 7 is closed, the recovered water valve 2 and the water pump 13 are opened, and under the action of the water pump 13, water in the water receiving tray 8 is sucked into the water tank 1 through the recovered water hole 9 for cleaning or dehumidification; in the normal operation mode, the drainage valve 7 is opened at the moment, the reclaimed water valve 2 and the water pump 13 are closed, and the water in the water receiving tray 8 is directly drained out of the vehicle through the drainage hole 10.
The automobile air conditioner has the following working modes when in operation:
1) evaporator self-cleaning mode
The 4 dust thickness sensors are arranged on the surface of the evaporator at equal intervals from bottom to top, and only when the 4 dust thickness sensors 12 sense that the dust thickness on the evaporator reaches a set value, the self-cleaning mode of the evaporator is entered: at the moment, the compressor stops running, the outer fan stops running, the second valve on the condensation recovery water pipe is closed, the first valve on the condensation water drainage pipe is opened, the rotating speed of the inner fan is reduced to 200-plus-one (300 r/s), the condensation water in the condensation water tank above the centrifugal fan impeller hub is thrown to the evaporator through the fan blade from the water outlet hole 13 through centrifugal force, the evaporator is cleaned, the cleaned sewage is discharged outdoors through the condensation water drainage pipe, and when the thickness of dust of the evaporator is sensed by the 4 sensors, the evaporator self-cleaning mode is closed and enters a normal mode. Meanwhile, in the mode, the water in the condensation recovery water tank passes through the fan blade firstly before being thrown to the evaporator, and the fan blade is cleaned. It is to be understood that the number of the dust thickness sensors 13 is not limited to only 4, and may be more than 4 or less than 4. Whether the dust thickness exceeds the standard or not is judged, and self-cleaning is not carried out when the 4 sensors exceed the preset dust thickness value.
Humidification mode
When the humidity sensor in the vehicle detects that the indoor humidity is less than or equal to 50%, the humidifying mode is entered. At the moment, the compressor normally runs, the outer fan normally runs, the valve II on the condensation recovery water pipe is in an open state, the drain valve 7 on the condensation water drain pipe is closed, the rotating speed of the inner fan is increased to be more than 1000r/s, water in the condensation water tank is thrown onto the fan blades at the moment, liquid is beaten into tiny liquid drops, the liquid surface area is greatly increased, after the liquid is contacted with air in the vehicle, the water quickly evaporates and atomizes humidified air, and when the humidity in the vehicle reaches 70%, the humidification mode is closed and enters a normal mode.
Normal operation mode
When the humidity in the vehicle is between 50% and 70% and the dust thickness on the evaporator is within a set value, the air conditioner operates in a normal mode, at the moment, the compressor and the inner and outer fans operate normally, the second valve on the condensation recovery water pipe is in a closed state, the first valve on the condensation water drain pipe is in an open state, and the condensation water is directly drained out of the vehicle.
It should be noted that: the above three modes can be performed during cooling and heating.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically illustrated and described above. It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the precise arrangements, instrumentalities, or instrumentalities described herein; on the contrary, the disclosure is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
