Abstract
The invention provides a fresh air system, a container building group and a cooling method, relates to the technical field of air conditioners, and solves the technical problem that condensed water of an air conditioner is directly discharged and wasted. Technical Field

Background
Container type cabin and community are a building system which strikes fashion trend again at present. The container type building has the advantages of convenience in building, convenience in moving, low price and the like, and brings more convenient and comfortable life for people. The condensed water refers to liquid water formed by the condensation process of water vapor. According to the fresh air system provided by the invention, a large amount of condensed water generated by a container community cluster is utilized, the condensed water which is originally regarded as waste is recycled, the characteristics of low temperature and the like are utilized, the air in a dry container is humidified, and the interior of a room is subjected to flow conversion ventilation and refrigeration, so that the waste problem of the condensed water in the container community is solved, the waste utilization is realized, and the specification of an air conditioning system equipped for the container can be reduced due to the recycling of the condensed water, the energy is saved, the consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced; not only can the indoor temperature be reduced, but also the humidity can be adjusted through the condensed water.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet 2 is provided with a dust screen 7.

the air exchange mode comprises the following steps: when the temperature and humidity monitoring device monitors that the indoor temperature is higher than 25 ℃ and the humidity reaches 80%, the controller controls the water storage structure, the cooling assembly, the first water pumping assembly and the second water pumping assembly to be closed, and controls the air supply assembly to operate so as to exchange air indoors;

and (3) a weak cooling mode: when the temperature and humidity monitoring device monitors that the indoor temperature is lower than 25 ℃ and the humidity is lower than 80%, the controller controls the water storage structure to be closed and controls the cooling assembly, the second water pumping assembly and the air supply assembly to operate so as to open the fresh air system, and the normal-temperature water is used for cooling and humidifying;
the air exchange mode comprises the following steps: when the temperature and humidity monitoring device monitors that the indoor temperature is higher than 25 ℃ and the humidity reaches 80%, the controller controls the water storage structure, the cooling assembly, the first water pumping assembly and the second water pumping assembly to be closed, and controls the air supply assembly to operate so as to exchange air indoors;
a liquid changing mode: when a temperature sensor in the water storage tank detects that the temperature of the condensed water is higher than 25 ℃, the controller controls a drain switch in the water storage tank to be opened, the condensed water is discharged out of the water storage tank, and then the controller controls a water tank switch to be opened to inject fresh condensed water.

The method for cooling a container building group according to claim 2, wherein the fresh air system comprises a cooling chamber, a water storage structure arranged in the cooling chamber and connected with the air conditioning system to collect condensed water, an air inlet and an air outlet arranged in the cooling chamber and respectively communicated with the external space and the container building, a cooling component arranged in the cooling chamber to cool the incoming natural air, a first water pumping component connected with the cooling component and the water storage structure, a second water pumping component connected with an external normal temperature water source and the cooling component, and an air supply component arranged in the cooling chamber to supply the cooled air into the container building; the first water pumping assembly and the second water pumping assembly are selected to operate; the cooling assembly comprises a nozzle which is arranged above the water storage structure and close to the air inlet, and a water curtain is formed on the inner side of the air inlet and utilizes condensed water or normal-temperature water to perform contact cooling and humidification on inlet air.
4. The method for cooling a container building complex according to claim 3, wherein a dust screen is provided on the air inlet.
5. The method for cooling a container building complex according to claim 3, wherein the number of the nozzles is plural, and the nozzles are arranged side by side along the width direction of the air inlet.
6. The method as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the air supply unit includes an air duct provided at the air outlet and a fan provided in the air duct.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the number of the fans is plural, and the fans are arranged side by side along the width direction of the air duct.
8. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first pumping assembly comprises a first pumping pipe connected to the water storage structure and the cooling assembly, and a first pump disposed on the first pumping pipe; the second subassembly that draws water include with external normal atmospheric temperature water source with second drinking-water pipe, the setting that the cooling subassembly is connected are in second water pump on the second drinking-water pipe.
9. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water storage structure comprises a water storage tank, a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor arranged in the water storage tank, a water tank switch arranged on a connecting pipeline between the water storage tank and an air conditioning system, a water outlet arranged on the water storage tank, and a water discharge switch arranged on the water outlet.
10. The method of claim 3, further comprising a controller electrically connected to some or all of the water storage structure, the cooling module, the first water pumping module, the second water pumping module, and the air supply module.
11. The method of cooling a container building complex according to claim 10, wherein said controller is a manually or automatically controlled controller.
