In this embodiment, specifically, the flushing pump 14 specifically adopts a submersible pump with a model number of QY 15-36-3; the drying pipe 83 is a SYHQ electric heating infrared pipe; the power motor 76 is a speed regulating motor with the model number of 5IK120 RGU-CF.
Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, the cleaning frame 1 is prevented from being in a proper position, then the inverted T-shaped seat 12 is rotated, the angle of the cleaning frame 1 is adjusted, the template is convenient to move in the cleaning process, then an external power supply and external control equipment are connected by using an external lead, a proper amount of water is injected into the first flushing tank 13, the water is conveyed into the second flushing tank 61 by the flushing pump 14 and then is sprayed out by the flushing pipe 65 and the flushing spray head 66, the template is placed at the upper end of the cleaning frame 1, the template is moved from right to left by the angle of the cleaning frame 1, then the template is flushed by the flushing spray head 66, the template is moved to the left after being flushed, the driving roller 75 is driven to rotate by the power motor 76, the wiping belt 77 is driven to rotate in the rotating process of the driving roller 75, according to the thickness of the template, the rotating rod 73 is rotated to push the wiping frame 71 to move downwards, so that the wiping belt 77 contacts the upper end of the template to wipe the template, the template passes through the inside of the drying cover 81 in the leftward movement process, then the temperature inside the drying cover 81 is increased through the heat generated by the drying pipe 83 during the operation, meanwhile, the template is dried, so that the work efficiency is improved during the operation, the heat insulation curtain 85 shields the left side of the drying cover 81 during the drying process, the temperature is kept during the operation, the template drying is facilitated, the template cleaning operation is further completed, the sewage during the template washing process flows into the first washing box 13 through the cleaning hole 2 and simultaneously passes through the inserting frame 91, the sewage is filtered through the filter screen 94 during the inserting frame 91, and impurities in the sewage are filtered, the cleaning process is convenient to circulate, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved.

Claims (10)

1. An old template cleaning machine comprises a cleaning frame (1), cleaning holes (2), a guide roller (3), a cleaning cover (4), a fixed cover (5), a liftable flushing box structure (6), a rotatable adjusting and scrubbing seat structure (7), a sheltering and heat-insulating and drying cover structure (8), a pluggable filtering and collecting frame structure (9), a U-shaped seat (10), a supporting tube (11), an inverted T-shaped seat (12), a first flushing box (13), a flushing pump (14), a conveying pipe (15) and a connecting hose (16), wherein the cleaning holes (2) are formed in the middle of the inside of the cleaning frame (1); the guide roller (3) is sequentially axially connected inside the cleaning hole (2) from left to right; the cleaning cover (4) is connected to the right side of the upper end of the cleaning frame (1) through bolts; the fixed cover (5) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the cleaning frame (1) through a bolt and is arranged on the left side of the cleaning cover (4); the U-shaped seats (10) are respectively bolted at the four corners of the lower end of the cleaning frame (1); the upper ends of the supporting tubes (11) are respectively connected to the middle position of the inner part of the upper side of the U-shaped seat (10) in a shaft mode; the upper end of the inverted T-shaped seat (12) is respectively in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the supporting tube (11); the first flushing tank (13) is connected to the right side of the lower end of the cleaning frame (1) through bolts; the flushing pump (14) is connected to the middle position of the right side of the bottom end in the first flushing tank (13) through a bolt; the left side of the conveying pipe (15) penetrates through the lower part of the right side of the first flushing tank (13) and is in threaded connection with the upper part of the right side of the flushing pump (14); the lower end of the connecting hose (16) is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper end of the conveying pipe (15); the upper end of the connecting hose (16) is connected with a liftable flushing tank structure (6); the cleaning machine is characterized in that the liftable flushing tank structure (6) in the old template cleaning machine is arranged in the cleaning cover (4); the rotatable adjustable brushing seat structure (7) is arranged in the fixed cover (5); the shelterable heat-preservation drying cover structure (8) is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the cleaning frame (1); the pluggable filtering and collecting rack structure (9) is arranged in the middle of the upper inside of the first flushing tank (13); the lifting flushing tank structure (6) comprises a second flushing tank (61), an adjusting rod (62), a wing nut (63), a connecting pipe (64), a flushing pipe (65) and a flushing nozzle (66), wherein the lower end of the adjusting rod (62) is respectively in bolted connection with the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the second flushing tank (61); the wing nuts (63) are respectively in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer wall of the adjusting rod (62); the lower end of the connecting pipe (64) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper end of the second flushing tank (61) and is communicated with the middle position; the upper end of the flushing pipe (65) is sequentially connected with the lower end of the second flushing box (61) in a threaded manner from left to right; the flushing nozzles (66) are respectively connected to the middle position inside the lower side of the flushing pipe (65) in a threaded mode.

The old template cleaning machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotatable and adjustable brush base structure (7) comprises a wiping frame (71), a fixed pipe (72), a rotating rod (73), a driven roller (74), a driving roller (75), a power motor (76) and a wiping belt (77), wherein the lower end of the fixed pipe (72) is respectively welded at the middle position of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the wiping frame (71); the lower ends of the rotating rods (73) are respectively in threaded connection with the middle position inside the upper side of the fixed pipe (72); the driven roller (74) is axially connected to the middle position of the left side of the lower end of the wiping frame (71); the driving roller (75) is arranged in the middle of the right side of the lower end of the wiping frame (71); the power motor (76) is connected to the middle position of the right side of the lower part of the front surface of the wiping frame (71) through a bolt; the driving roller (75) is in transmission connection with the driven roller (74) through a wiping belt (77).

The used formwork cleaner of claim 1, wherein the shelterable heat-insulating drying hood structure (8) comprises a drying hood (81), a socket (82), a drying pipe (83), a hanging hook (84) and a heat-insulating curtain (85); the plug sockets (82) are respectively connected to the upper part of the inner wall of the front surface of the drying cover (81) and the lower part of the inner wall of the front surface by bolts; the plug socket (82) is also connected with the upper part of the inner wall of the rear surface and the lower part of the inner wall of the rear surface of the drying cover (81) by bolts; the drying pipe (83) is sequentially inserted between the inserting seats (82) from left to right; the right end of the hanging hook (84) is sequentially in threaded connection with the upper part of the left side of the drying cover (81) from front to back; the upper end of the heat preservation curtain (85) is hung on the outer wall of the left side of the hanging hook (84).

The old template cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pluggable filtering and collecting frame structure (9) comprises a pluggable frame (91), a fixed cover (92), a pulling rod (93), a filter screen (94) and a sealing ring (95), wherein the left side of the pluggable frame (91) is bolted at the right middle position of the fixed cover (92); the pulling rod (93) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the fixed cover (92) through a bolt; the left end of the filter screen (94) is connected with the lower part of the left side of the inner wall of the splicing frame (91) through a screw; the right end of the filter screen (94) is connected with the upper part of the right side of the inner wall of the splicing frame (91) through a screw; the sealing ring (95) is connected to the upper end of the plug-in frame (91) in a cementing manner.

The old formwork cleaner of claim 1, wherein a silicone ring is provided at the connection between the delivery pipe (15) and the first flush tank (13); the lower end of the cleaning cover (4) and the upper end of the first flushing tank (13) are correspondingly arranged and communicated through the cleaning hole (2); and a silica gel ring is arranged at the joint of the cleaning cover (4) and the fixed cover (5).
6. The old formwork cleaner of claim 1, wherein said second flushing tank (61) is in communication with a flushing pipe (65) and a flushing nozzle (66); the connecting pipe (64) adopts an L-shaped stainless steel pipe; the second flushing tank (61) adopts a rectangular stainless steel tank.

The old formwork cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second flushing tank (61) is mounted inside the cleaning hood (4) by means of an adjusting bar (62); the adjusting rods (62) respectively penetrate through the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the cleaning cover (4); the wing nuts (63) are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the cleaning cover (4); the right end of the connecting pipe (64) is connected with the connecting hose (16).

The old formwork cleaner of claim 2, wherein the outer wall of the wiping strip (77) is glued with bristles; an output shaft of the power motor (76) penetrates through the right side of the lower part of the front surface of the wiping frame (71); the driving roller (75) is connected with the outer wall of the output shaft of the power motor (76) in a key mode.

The old formwork cleaner as claimed in claim 2, wherein said wiping bracket (71) is provided at an inner intermediate position of the fixed hood (5); the rotating rod (73) adopts a T-shaped stainless steel threaded rod and respectively penetrates through the middle positions of the inner parts of the left side and the right side of the fixed cover (5); the rotating rod (73) and the fixed cover (5) are arranged in a shaft connection mode.
