the design mould includes: a cup mouth sizing steel mould (11) and an adjustable positioning support (12); the cup mouth sizing steel die (11) is of a cuboid structure, the bottom of the cup mouth sizing steel die (11) is fixedly arranged on the base, and a plurality of groups of adjustable positioning supports (12) are arranged at the top of the cup mouth sizing steel die; the outer end part of each group of the adjustable positioning supports (12) is respectively in contact connection with the first aluminum template (7.1), the second aluminum template (7.2), the third aluminum template (7.3) and the fourth aluminum template (7.4);
the adjustable positioning supports (12) are provided with three groups, wherein one group of the adjustable positioning supports (12) are oppositely arranged at the middle position of the tops of two opposite sides of the cup mouth sizing steel die (11), and the other two groups of the adjustable positioning supports (12) are oppositely arranged at the two sides of the tops of the other two opposite sides of the cup mouth sizing steel die (11); the top of the cup mouth sizing steel mould (11) is provided with a first clamping seat, the outer end of the adjustable positioning support (12) is provided with a plurality of first clamping holes, and the first clamping seat is connected with different first clamping holes so as to adjust the distance between the cup mouth sizing steel mould (11) and the tops of the first aluminum mould plate (7.1), the second aluminum mould plate (7.2), the third aluminum mould plate (7.3) and the fourth aluminum mould plate (7.4);
the shaping mold further comprises a square wood (18) and a hydraulic cylinder (17), wherein one end of the square wood (18) is arranged at the bottom of the cup-mouth shaping steel mold (11) and penetrates through the cup-mouth shaping steel mold (11), the other end of the square wood (18) is connected with the hydraulic cylinder (17), the top of the hydraulic cylinder (17) is supported on the cup-mouth shaping steel mold, and the hydraulic cylinder (17) is connected with a hydraulic station.

the outer side surfaces of the first aluminum template (7.1), the second aluminum template (7.2), the third aluminum template (7.3) and the fourth aluminum template (7.4) are respectively provided with double-spliced back edges (8), one group of counter bolts (9) sequentially penetrate through the double-spliced back edges (8) on the first aluminum template (7.1), the third aluminum template (7.3) and the double-spliced back edges (8) on the third aluminum template (7.3) and are fixed, and the other group of counter bolts (9) sequentially penetrate through the double-spliced back edges (8) on the second aluminum template (7.2), the fourth aluminum template (7.4) and the double-spliced back edges (8) on the fourth aluminum template (7.4) and are fixed;
