When the flood control plate is used, the flood control plate 1 is firstly inserted between the first connecting plate 6 and the second connecting plate 31, the splicing grooves 26 on the flood control plate 1 abut against the outer surface of the middle block 29, the connecting shaft 7 is inserted into the through groove 27, then the rotating block 19 is controlled to rotate clockwise by rotating the handle 11, and as the rotating block 19 is in an oval shape, the rotating block 19 can control the second fixing block 17 to be inserted into the second fixing groove 25 through the transmission groove 20 and the pull rod 21, and meanwhile, the first fixing block 16 can be pulled to be inserted into the first fixing groove through the sliding shaft 18 and the connecting shaft 7, so that the installation of the flood control plate 1 can be completed; when the anti-flood board is disassembled, the rotating block 19 is controlled to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating block 19 can control the second fixing block 17 to be separated from the second fixing groove 25 through the transmission groove 20 and the pull rod 21, the rotating block 19 and the sliding shaft 18 are pushed towards the first mounting seat 2 to enable the sliding shaft 18 to slide from one end of the guide groove 28 to the other end, the first fixing block 16 can slide in the first connecting plate 6 through the connecting shaft 7 to be separated from the first fixing groove on the anti-flood board 1, and the second fixing block 17 is not inserted into the second fixing groove 25 again due to the limitation of the length of the guide groove 28, so that the anti-flood board 1 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, the efficiency of the whole anti-flood project can be improved to a certain extent, and emergency rescue and disaster relief under emergency conditions are facilitated; the fixed shaft 3 is rotated to be inserted into the ground, and then the four support rods 23 can extend out of the through holes 24 and be unfolded by pressing the sliding block 22 downwards through the pressing shaft 5, so that the ground gripping capability of the fixed shaft 3 is improved, and the firmness of connection between the device and the ground is improved; the pressing shaft 5 is pulled upwards, and the four support rods 23 can be retracted into the fixed shaft 3 through the sliding blocks 22.
