When the slurry is dried in the drying chamber 11, the water vapor in the slurry is discharged through the ventilation channel 58, so that the moisture in the drying chamber 11 is reduced, and the baffle 57 at the ventilation top prevents falling objects from falling down to smash the ventilation net layer 56, thereby damaging the ventilation effect.

Step two, the first slurry pump 30 sucks the slurry into the water filtering tank 8, then a second plastic pipe 37 on the slurry outlet end of the first slurry pump 30 conveys the sucked slurry into the water filtering tank 8, when the slurry reaches the reserve capacity of the water filtering tank 8, the first slurry pump 30 stops sucking the slurry, then the first water stop valve 31 closes the valve, the output ends of the two double-finger cylinders 33 extend outwards to push the two waterproof push plates 32 to extrude towards each other, and a part of water in the slurry is filtered.
And step three, the second water stop valve 45 on the third plastic pipe 49 on the second slurry pump 44 is opened from a closed state, the slurry for filtering part of water enters the drying chamber 11 through the second slurry pump 44, then the third water stop valve 46 closes the valve, the output end of the fourth motor 42 drives the second connecting rod 43 to rotate, thereby driving the spiral electric heating plate 47 connected with the second connecting rod 43 to rotate, leading the mud to be heated more uniformly, shortening the drying time, when the mud is dried in the drying chamber 11, the water vapor in the mud is discharged through the ventilation channel 58, the moisture in the drying chamber 11 is reduced, the baffle 57 at the ventilation top prevents falling objects from falling down and smashing the ventilation net layer 56 to destroy the ventilation effect, when the moisture in the slurry is gradually dried until the sludge is in a solid state, the long-axis cylinder 53 contracts to drive the turning plate 52 to turn upwards, and the solid sludge in the drying chamber 11 is discharged out of the drying chamber 11 through the rotation of the spiral electric heating plate 47.

the water filtering component (3) is fixedly arranged at the top of the base (1) and is close to one side of the sludge stirring component (2), the water filtering component (3) comprises a water filtering tank (8), a filtering mechanism (9) and a drain pipe (10) for draining sewage, the water filtering tank (8) is fixedly arranged at the top of the base (1), the top and the bottom of the water filtering tank (8) are provided with a connecting channel with the filtering mechanism (9) and the drying component (4), the filtering mechanism (9) is arranged inside the water filtering tank (8), and the drain pipe (10) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water filtering tank (8);
drying assembly (4) fixed set up in the top of base (1), drying assembly (4) set up in the one end of keeping away from silt stirring subassembly (2), drying assembly (4) include drying chamber (11), stoving mechanism (12) and panel turnover mechanism (13), drying chamber (11) fixed set up in the top of base (1), the top of drying chamber (11) and the one side of keeping away from drainage case (8) set up respectively with the connected passage of drying assembly (4) and panel turnover mechanism (13), drying assembly (4) are located the inside of drying chamber (11), panel turnover mechanism (13) are located drying chamber (11) and keep away from one side of drainage subassembly (3).

The sludge drying device for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism (5) comprises a third motor (27), a first connecting rod (28) and a stirring head (29), the first motor (14) is fixedly arranged at the top of the second sliding block (24), the output end of the first motor (14) downwards passes through the second sliding block (24) to be connected with one end of the first connecting rod (28) in a vertical state, and the stirring head (29) is fixedly sleeved at the other end of the first connecting rod (28).
