Abstract
The invention discloses an unpowered material conveying device in a water dispersible granule processing process, which comprises automatic metering equipment, wherein a discharge port of the automatic metering equipment is communicated with a feed end of gravity-free mixing equipment after automatic metering, a discharge end of the gravity-free mixing equipment is communicated with a feed port of a material distributor through material control, a discharge port of the material distributor is connected with a feed port of rotary granulation equipment, a discharge port of the rotary granulation equipment is connected with a feed port of the unpowered material conveying device, a discharge port of the unpowered material conveying device is connected with a feed inlet of boiling drying equipment, a discharge port of the boiling drying equipment is connected with vibrating sieving equipment, an air outlet of the boiling drying equipment is connected with an air inlet of an induced draft fan, and an air outlet of the induced draft fan is connected with an air inlet of water film dust removal equipment. The invention has ingenious conception and low cost, and can achieve the aim by slightly adjusting the original production device of the water dispersible granule.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water dispersing agent processing, in particular to an unpowered material conveying device in a water dispersing granule processing process.
Background
The water dispersible granule is a granular green environment-friendly formulation developed on the basis of wettable powder, and the production process mainly comprises an extrusion method, a spray granulation method, a fluidization granulation method and an agglomeration method at present. The extrusion method has simple production process, can realize continuous production, has compact equipment structure used in the production process, has better product strength, is suitable for long-distance transportation, has less dust residue of finished products, and has larger share in the market.
In the production of the extrusion continuous water dispersible granule, the rotary granulation mode can fully bond materials in the extrusion process due to different extrusion degrees and angles of the materials, and the obtained product has more uniform quality, so the rotary granulation mode becomes the first selected granulation mode in the production of the extrusion continuous water dispersible granule.
When rotary granulation is used, the connection between a granulator and material drying is mostly realized in a mode of conveying a belt and a hopper, and the continuous production has the defect that power equipment special for conveying materials needs to be provided, so that energy waste is caused; the rotary granulator performs long-time rotary granulation work, dust easily enters a main machine shaft of equipment, a main shaft is blocked, and unpredictable loss is brought to the equipment and production; the junction of the granulation port and the material drying equipment needs to be sealed in a production system so as to avoid causing pollution to the working environment, and special dust removing equipment needs to be provided to cause waste of personnel management, energy and equipment cost.

an operator adds a rated adhesive into an automatic metering device 1, the adhesive is automatically metered and then sprayed into rated materials of a gravity-free mixing device 2 to be granulated under high pressure to be fully mixed, after the materials are uniformly mixed, a bottom valve of the gravity-free mixing device 2 is opened, the materials are transferred into a material distributor 3, the materials in the material distributor 3 are added into a rotary granulating device 4 through the distributor at a certain speed, extruded and granulated and rotated to a discharge port of the rotary granulating device 4 through a turntable to form discharge, an air volume control valve of a power-free material conveying device 9 is opened to enable negative pressure to be formed in the power-free material conveying device 9, the materials automatically enter a boiling drying device 5 through the power-free material conveying device 9, the materials form a boiling state in an induced draft fan 8 and the boiling drying device 5, and the materials are dried and continuously discharged under the continuous entering and effective temperature control of the rear materials, continuously carrying out vibratory screening equipment 6 on the material at the discharge port of the fluidized drying equipment 5 under the action of gravity, and carrying out classified screening on the material by the vibratory screening equipment 6 to form a finished product;
an air outlet of the boiling drying equipment 5 is connected with an induced draft fan 8 to enable materials to form negative pressure, meanwhile, the unpowered material conveying device 9 fully utilizes the negative pressure in the boiling drying equipment 5 to form material conveying and environment dust removal, the materials are subjected to cloth bag dust removal in the boiling drying equipment 5, and the materials are discharged into the air after secondary dust removal in the water film dust removal equipment 7 under the action of the induced draft fan 8.
