3. when the equipment A detects that the Ready signal (B _ Ready, the third identifier) of the equipment B is 1 and the Receive _ ID content (the fourth identifier) of the equipment B is consistent with the Send _ ID content (the second identifier) of the equipment A, the equipment A only recognizes that the transmission is matched one time, at the moment, the equipment A starts to rotate a self transmission belt (preferably to rotate a distance of a fixed length, can automatically stop without supplementing a new silicon chip, and needs to stop rotating in advance when the silicon chip is in place), the silicon chip on the transmission belt of the equipment A is sent out, and meanwhile, the equipment A immediately sets the A _ Ready signal to be 0;
4. when the device B detects that the silicon wafer is successfully received, the belt of the device B should be immediately stopped (or stopped after continuing to transfer a fixed length), and meanwhile, the B _ Ready (third identifier) signal is set to 0, which indicates that the silicon wafer transfer in the current round is completed.
The silicon wafer of device B may then be removed to begin the next transfer process.

Claims (10)

1. An apparatus for the transport of sheet material, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a first conveyor device (1) and a second conveyor device (2) for the reliable transport of sheet material (200); wherein:
the first conveying device (1) is provided with: the first belt transmission structure (11), the first in-position sensor (3) and a first driving motor are used for driving the first belt transmission structure (11) to carry out conveying;
the second conveying device (2) is provided with: the second belt transmission structure (21), the second in-position sensor (4), the second driving motor used for driving the second belt transmission structure (21) to carry on conveying;
the first belt transmission structure (11) and the second belt transmission structure (21) are sequentially arranged and in butt joint along the conveying direction, the first in-place sensor (3) is arranged on the first belt transmission structure (11) and used for detecting whether sheet materials (200) exist on the first belt transmission structure (11), and the second in-place sensor (4) is arranged on the second belt transmission structure (21) and used for detecting whether sheet materials (200) exist on the second belt transmission structure (21).

The sheet material conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying device (1) further comprises a first controller electrically connected with the first in-position sensor (3) and the first driving motor; the second conveying device (2) also comprises a second controller which is electrically connected with the second in-place sensor (4) and the second driving motor; one or two pairs of identification information is/are generated through the first controller and the second controller, and the in-place information and the information of the first driving motor and the second driving motor acquired by the first in-place sensor (3) and the second in-place sensor (4) are combined, so that the interaction of the first conveying device (1) and the second conveying device (2) and the reliable transmission of the sheet materials (200) are realized.
3. The sheet material conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying device (1) and the second conveying device (2) are connected by an Ethernet interface.
4. A sheet material conveying method using the sheet material conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a pair of identification information is verified between the first conveying device and the second conveying device, the method comprising the steps of:
the first transmission equipment judges whether the film transmission condition is met or not through the first in-place information identifier and the first state information, and if the film transmission condition is met, the first transmission equipment generates first identifier information through a preset rule and sends the first identifier information to the second transmission equipment;
the second conveying equipment judges whether the splicing condition is met or not through the second in-place information and the second state information, and if the splicing condition is met, the second identification information of the second conveying equipment is rewritten into the first identification information and is sent to the first conveying equipment;
and if the first identification information is the same as the second identification information, starting the first conveying equipment and the second conveying equipment to be butted, so that the reliable conveying of the sheet materials is realized.
5. Method for sheet material transport according to claim 4, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
t01, the first conveying equipment acquires the first in-place information and the first state information, and judges whether the first conveying equipment meets the film conveying condition or not according to the first in-place information and the first state information;
t02, if the sheet conveying condition is met, namely the first in-place information shows that sheet materials are on the first conveying equipment, and the first state information shows that the first conveying equipment stops, the first conveying equipment generates first identification information according to a preset rule;
t03, the first transmission device sends the first identification information to the second transmission device;
t04, after receiving the first identification information and the second identification information, the second transmission equipment acquires second in-place information and second state information, and judges whether the second transmission equipment meets the splicing condition or not according to the second in-place information and the second state information;
t05, if the splicing condition is met, namely the second in-place information shows that no sheet material exists on the second conveying equipment, and the second state information shows that the second conveying equipment stops, controlling the second conveying equipment to start conveying, and updating the second identification information into the first identification information;
t06, the second transmission device sends the second identification information to the first transmission device;
t07, the first transmission device receives the second identification information sent by the second transmission device, and compares whether the first identification information is the same as the second identification information;
t08, if the first identification information is the same as the second identification information, controlling the first conveying device to start conveying, and after the sheet materials are conveyed to the second conveying device, if the first in-place information shows that no sheet materials exist on the first conveying device, controlling the first conveying device to stop conveying;
t09, the second conveying equipment receives the flaky materials, obtains second in-place information, and judges whether splicing is finished according to the second in-place information;
and T10, if the splicing is finished, namely the second in-place information shows that the second conveying device has the sheet materials, the second conveying device initializes the second identification information and controls the second conveying device to stop conveying.
6. The method for transporting sheet material according to claim 5, wherein the predetermined rules in the method include: setting an accumulation factor, accumulating through the accumulation factor during each transmission, and generating identification information for verification;

the second conveying equipment judges whether the splicing condition is met or not through the second in-place information and the second state information, if yes, the fourth identification information is updated to be the second identification information, the second conveying equipment is controlled to start conveying, the third identification information is set to be a second preset value, and the third identification information and the fourth identification information are sent to the first conveying equipment;
and if the second identification information is the same as the fourth identification information, controlling the first conveying equipment to start conveying, and realizing reliable conveying of the sheet materials.

s01, the first conveying equipment acquires the first in-place information and the first state information, and judges whether the first conveying equipment meets the film conveying condition or not according to the first in-place information and the first state information;
