Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laser cleaning equipment, in particular to an underwater laser cleaning device for a ship.
Background
A lot of dirt and marine organisms are attached to the bottom of the ship during navigation, a certain corrosion effect is generated on the ship body, the aging of the ship bottom is accelerated, and therefore the ship needs to be cleaned and maintained at intervals. Usually, there are two kinds of methods to clear up the hull, one kind is directly to drag ashore and wash, and another kind is directly to wash under water, no matter which kind of cleaning method, all use high-pressure squirt usually, consume highly and the cleaning performance is relatively poor. At present, the laser cleaning process is mature gradually, but the laser cleaning process is mainly used for fixedly cleaning parts or devices with smaller volume in a machine tool mode. For a relatively large facility such as a ship, it is difficult to apply laser cleaning.

Preferably, the cleaning base is provided with a fixing device. The fixing device is used for connecting the cleaning base to the bottom of the ship, so that the cleaning device is prevented from being affected by water to be cheap in position, and the laser cleaning effect is improved.
Preferably, the fixing device comprises a plurality of suckers, and each sucker is connected with the cleaning base through a hydraulic oil cylinder. The sucking disc can adsorb in boats and ships bottom, and hydraulic cylinder can control whether the sucking disc adsorbs.
Preferably, the number of the suckers is four, the suckers are distributed as four vertexes of a rectangle, and two suckers located at diagonal positions move synchronously. The plurality of suckers act step by step, so that the ship can avoid when the bottom of the ship is provided with an obstacle, and the suckers at the diagonal positions move synchronously, so that a better supporting force can be provided in each direction, and the cleaning base is prevented from overturning by taking the suckers as fulcrums.
Preferably, both ends of the cleaning base are connected with the lifting device through horizontal telescopic devices. The horizontal telescopic device can adjust the positions of the two floating devices or directly adjust the horizontal position of the cleaning base. The ship bottom structure is suitable for ships with different sizes or the widths of different positions of the ship bottom.
Preferably, the horizontal telescopic device is hollow, and the optical fiber passes through the horizontal telescopic device. The horizontal telescopic device can be provided with a lead screw, a hydraulic oil cylinder and other common telescopic structures, and the optical fibers can be protected to a certain extent by passing through the horizontal telescopic device, so that the optical fibers are prevented from being damaged.
Preferably, the floating device is provided with a motor and a blade. The floating device with the motor and the blades can be used as a floating boat, can move on the water surface, can quickly adjust the position, and improves the cleaning efficiency of ships.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the floating device can directly float on the water surface, the movement is flexible, the cleaning head is hung in the water through the floating device, the ship is automatically cleaned in the water, and the pertinence to the ship is high;
2. the fixing device can realize the connection and fixation of the cleaning base and the ship, the cleaning base cannot be displaced due to the influence of water flow in the cleaning process, and the cleaning precision is improved;
3. the lifting device and the horizontal telescopic device can adjust the position of the cleaning base.

fig. 2 is a schematic view of the structure of the fixing device.
In the figure: 1-a floating device, 2-a lifting device, 3-a cleaning base, 4-a horizontal telescopic device, 11-a laser generator, 12-a motor, 31-a laser head, 32-a fixing device, 33-a suction cup and 34-a hydraulic oil cylinder.
Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the underwater laser cleaning device for the ship provided in the present embodiment includes two floating devices 1, two lifting devices 2 and two cleaning bases 3, the floating device 1 is connected to the upper end of the lifting device 2, the cleaning bases 3 are disposed between the two lifting devices 2, and both ends of the cleaning bases 3 are connected to the lower ends of the lifting devices 2 through horizontal telescopic devices 4. The floating device 1 is provided with a laser generator 11, the cleaning base 3 is provided with a laser head 31, and the laser generator 11 is connected with the laser head 31 through an optical fiber. The laser head 31 may be a single laser head or a plurality of laser heads 31 arranged in a line, and when the plurality of laser heads 31 are arranged in a line, the laser beams may be directly emitted to perform cleaning in a surface scanning manner.
The lifting device 2 and the horizontal telescopic device 4 are both hollow, and the optical fiber passes through the lifting device 2 and the horizontal telescopic device 4. The lifting device 2 and the horizontal telescopic device 4 can be provided with common lifting and telescopic structures such as a lead screw and a hydraulic oil cylinder to realize the movement.
The cleaning base 3 is provided with a fixing device 32, the fixing device 32 comprises a plurality of suction cups 33, and each suction cup 33 is connected with the cleaning base 3 through a hydraulic oil cylinder 34. The number of the suction cups 33 is four, the four suction cups are distributed as four vertexes of a rectangle, and two suction cups 33 located at diagonal positions move synchronously.
