1. A materials handling dolly for building which characterized in that: comprises an upper supporting plate (1), a lower supporting plate (2), a frame (3) and a screw rod (9);
the upper supporting plate (1) is connected above the lower supporting plate (2) through a connecting rod group, the upper supporting plate (1) and the lower supporting plate (2) are vertically and slidably connected to the rack (3), a cargo hopper (4) is arranged at the top end of the upper supporting plate (1), and a plurality of rollers (5) are arranged at the bottom end of the lower supporting plate (2);
the connecting rod group comprises a first connecting rod (6) and a second connecting rod (7), one end of the first connecting rod (6) is rotatably connected to the upper supporting plate (1), the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with one end of the second connecting rod (7) through a rotating shaft (8), and one end of the second connecting rod (7) departing from the first connecting rod (6) is rotatably connected with the lower supporting plate (2);
the screw rod (9) is sleeved and connected with a threaded sleeve (10) in a threaded manner, and the threaded sleeve (10) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (8);
the frame (3) is detachably connected with a limiting mechanism, and the limiting mechanism is used for limiting the upward or downward movement of the upper supporting plate (1).

The materials handling cart for a building of claim 1, further comprising: a supporting beam (11) is fixedly arranged on the upper supporting plate (1), one end of the goods bucket (4) is open, one end of the goods bucket (4) which is open is rotatably connected to the supporting beam (11) and the rotating axis of the goods bucket is perpendicular to the axis of the screw rod (9), and one end of the goods bucket (4) which deviates from the opening is fixedly provided with a handle (12).
3. The materials handling cart for a building of claim 2, further comprising: the goods hopper (4) is connected with a covering part used for closing or opening the opening in a rotating way.

A materials handling cart for a building constructed according to claim 3 and further comprising: the covering part comprises a cover plate (131) and two side plates (132), the cover plate (131) is matched with the opening, the two side plates (132) are fixedly arranged at two ends of the cover plate (131) respectively, the middle parts of the two side plates (132) are rotatably connected to two parallel outer side walls of the cargo bucket (4) respectively, one end, deviating from the cover plate (131), of each side plate (132) is rotatably connected with a third connecting rod (14), one end, deviating from each side plate (132), of each third connecting rod (14) is rotatably connected with the supporting beam (11), and the third connecting rod (14) is used for driving the side plates (132) to rotate so as to drive the cover plate (131) to open or close the opening.

The materials handling cart for a building of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the number of the connecting rod sets is four, the four connecting rod sets are two by two and are symmetrically arranged between the upper supporting plate (1) and the lower supporting plate (2), the number of the thread sleeves (10) is two, the rotating directions of the two thread sleeves (10) are opposite, and two ends of each thread sleeve (10) are fixedly connected with each rotating shaft (8) respectively.

The materials handling cart for a building of claim 5, further comprising: the limiting mechanism comprises four limiting rods (15), the number of the racks (3) is four, the four racks (3) are two-by-two in one group and distributed on two sides of the upper supporting plate (1), each rack (3) is provided with a transverse upper limiting hole (24) and a transverse lower limiting hole (25), and each limiting rod (15) penetrates through each upper limiting hole (24) and each lower limiting hole (25) respectively to limit the upward or downward movement of the upper supporting plate (1).
7. The materials handling cart for a building of claim 6, further comprising: the bottom end of each frame (3) is fixedly provided with a supporting flat plate (16).
8. A materials handling cart for construction, as claimed in claim 6 or claim 7, wherein: the bottom of bottom plate (2) sets firmly be used for accomodating each receiver (17) of gag lever post (15), the one end of receiver (17) is equipped with the opening.
9. The materials handling cart for a building of claim 8, wherein: an anti-slip pad (18) is fixedly arranged in the opening, four semicircular grooves are formed in the anti-slip pad (18), and each groove is matched with the outer surface of the limiting rod (15).
10. The materials handling cart for a building of claim 1, further comprising: the number of the idler wheels (5) is four, every two of the four idler wheels (5) are in a group and are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower supporting plate (2), and one group of the idler wheels (5) are universal wheels.
