In actual production and processing, the rear-view mirror mounting plate assembly 1 and the B-pillar guide rail assembly 2 are molded according to the process method disclosed by the second embodiment, and then the front door glass upper guide rail 3 and the door inner window frame reinforcing plate 4 are correspondingly welded with the rear-view mirror mounting plate assembly 1 and the B-pillar guide rail assembly 2 into a whole, so that the stability of the whole window frame is ensured.

the upper parts of the rearview mirror mounting plate assembly (1) and the B-column guide rail assembly (2) are fixedly connected with a front door glass upper guide rail (3), and the lower parts of the rearview mirror mounting plate assembly (1) and the B-column guide rail assembly (2) are fixedly connected with a front door inner window frame reinforcing plate (4);

2. A door frame structure of a vehicle door according to claim 1, wherein said mirror mounting plate assembly (1) comprises:
a front door mirror mounting plate (101); and
a front door glass front guide rail (102) welded and fixed with the front door rearview mirror mounting plate (101);
one end of the front door glass upper guide rail (3) close to the rearview mirror mounting plate assembly (1) wraps the front door rearview mirror mounting plate (101) on the inner side in a bending and extending manner;
the upper ends of the front door rearview mirror mounting plate (101) and the front door glass front guide rail (102) are connected with the front door glass upper guide rail (3).

4. A door frame structure of a vehicle door according to claim 3, wherein said door glass rear rail (202) has a rear rail connector (20201), and said B-pillar patch (201) has a B-pillar patch connector (20101);
the rear guide rail connector (20201) and the B column cover plate connector (20101) are welded and fixed after being lapped, and welding seams are formed at the end part of the rear guide rail connector (20201) and the end part of the B column cover plate connector (20101).

when the rear guide rail connector (20201) is overlapped with the B-column cover plate connector (20101), the rear guide rail connector (20201) is flush with the outward protruding part of the B-column cover plate (201).
