Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,包括中心轴、在中心轴上设置的刀具、与中心轴传动连接的驱动机构、以及在刀具外侧设置的防护罩;刀具的横截面呈“丁”字型,具有弧型刀片和T型块刀架,防护罩为空心圆柱,防护罩的两端分别设有端盖,端盖通过带座轴承与中心轴转动连接。其中,弧型刀片所在曲面为圆柱弧面,且弧型刀片所在圆柱弧面与防护罩贴近,以安全快速的去除轮胎胎毛。本实用的去毛装置通过设置中心轴、刀具、以及开合电机,能快速高效的去除轮胎上的胎毛;通过设置具有弧型刀片和防护罩,且齿状刀刃与防护罩之间设计缝隙非常小,既能避免刀具转动时刮伤轮胎和操作者的手,又能保证轮胎胎毛的根部能够去除。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及去毛机构技术领域,具体涉及一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,汽车的产量逐年增长,对于轮胎的需求越来越大。但是由于目前轮胎制造工艺的限制,轮胎的胎面与胎侧不规则分布着胎毛,胎毛的存在增大了摩擦力,且影响美观,故轮胎出厂前有一个去除胎毛的工序。
现有技术中轮胎去毛多采用传统的手工去毛,这种方式效率低,劳动强度大。对于现有的自动化轮胎去毛机,结构复杂、制造成本高,多存在胎毛去除不完全,且去除过程易刮伤轮胎胎面的问题。
本发明针对现有轮胎去毛刀存在的,胎毛去除不完全,且去除过程易刮伤轮胎胎面的问题,提出了一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,以解决胎毛去除不完全、效率低,劳动强度大等问题。
为此,本发明提出了一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,包括中心轴、在中心轴上设置的刀具、与中心轴传动连接的驱动机构、以及在刀具外侧设置的防护罩;所述刀具的横截面呈“丁”字型,具有弧型刀片和T型块刀架,所述T型块刀架与在所述中心轴上设置的T型槽连接,所述防护罩为空心圆柱,所述防护罩的两端分别设有端盖,所述端盖通过带座轴承与所述中心轴转动连接。
其中,所述弧型刀片所在曲面为圆柱弧面,且所述弧型刀片所在圆柱弧面与所述防护罩贴近,以安全快速的去除轮胎胎毛。
进一步地,所述弧型刀片末端具有若干齿状刀刃,所述弧型刀片的圆柱弧面与所述防护罩之间缝隙在0.2mm~1.0mm范围内。
进一步地,所述驱动机构包括开合电机和联轴器。
进一步地,所述T型块刀架与所述中心轴连接处设置具有加强筋作用的支撑块。
进一步地,所述中心轴的中部为三棱柱结构,所述中心轴上安装有三个所述刀具。
进一步地,所述防护罩的圆周面上开设有若干条形孔,所述条形孔沿所述防护罩的周向延伸。
进一步地,所述防护罩的外侧还设有U型支架,所述U型支架与所述中心轴通过轴承转动连接。
进一步地,所述弧型刀片所在曲面与所述防护罩所在圆柱面共轴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置具有以下有益效果:1)通过设置安装在中心轴上的刀具以及驱动中心轴旋转的开合电机,能快速高效的去除轮胎上的胎毛,解决现有技术中手动去毛胎效率低,劳动强度大等问题;2)通过设置具有弧型刀片和防护罩,且齿状刀刃与防护罩之间设计缝隙非常小,既能避免刀具转动时刮伤轮胎和操作者的手,又能保证轮胎胎毛的根部能够去除,避免出现胎毛去除不完全的问题。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
图1-图6示出了根据本发明的一些实施例。
如图1所示,一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,包括中心轴8、刀具9、驱动机构、以及防护罩1,驱动机构驱动安装在中心轴8上的刀具9旋转,从而可以完成轮胎胎毛去除的工作。
其中,驱动机构包括开合电机7和联轴器6,开合电机7通过联轴器6与中心轴8传动连接,用于驱动中心轴8及安装在中心轴8上的刀具9转动。
具体地,如图1所示,防护罩1呈空心圆柱状,套设在刀具9外侧,防护罩1的两端分别设置一个端盖2,两个端盖2通过带座轴承4安装在中心轴的两端,防护罩1和端盖形成的封闭结构,起到安全防护作用,避免刀具9转动时刮伤轮胎和操作者的手。
其中,防护罩1的圆周面上开设有若干条形孔,条形孔沿防护罩的周向延伸设置,当轮胎需要去胎毛时,防护罩1与轮胎外表面相切,轮胎上的胎毛穿过条形孔进入防护罩1内侧,并被旋转的刀具9切断,从而完成轮胎胎毛除去工作。
其中,如图6所示,去毛装置与轮胎接触时,使刀刃向下,使除去的轮胎胎毛可以离开刀具并落入防护罩,然后轮胎胎毛在离心力作用下通过条形孔甩出防护罩内侧,可以避免防护罩中轮胎胎毛积压过多,造成刀具9卡住无法转动。
具体地,如图1所示,防护罩1的外侧还设有U型支架3,U型支架3前部通过轴承5与中心轴8外端转动连接,U型支架3后部与开合电机7的外壳固定连接,通过设置U型支架3可以将该去毛装置安装在固定位置,再通过定位工装,可以设定去毛装置与轮胎支架之间的相对位置,使去毛装置与轮胎表面自动贴合,进一步实现自动化,提高生产效率。
具体地,如图2~图5所示,所述刀具9的截面呈“丁”字型,所述刀具9与中心轴8连接一端为T型块刀架91,T型块刀架91与中心轴8侧面上的T型槽81相配合,用于刀具9与中心轴之间的固定连接;刀具9的另一端为弧型刀片92,且弧型刀片92末端具有若干齿状刀刃,弧型刀片92所在曲面为圆柱弧面,该圆柱弧面与防护罩所在圆柱面共轴,且齿状刀刃与防护罩之间设计缝隙为0.2mm~1.0mm范围内,最佳间隙0.2mm,既能保证刀具与防护罩之间不干涉,又能保证轮胎胎毛的根部能够去除。
具体地,如图4所示,中心轴8的中部为三棱柱结构,其上安装有三组刀具9;刀具9的T型块刀架91与中心轴8连接处还设有支撑块10,支撑块10相当于给刀刃增加筋板,通过螺栓固定于中心轴8上,起到固定刀刃的作用。
其中,如图4所示,中心轴8的T型槽81处设有若干定位螺纹孔82,刀具9的T型块刀架91上设有若干定位槽93,支撑块10上也设置有通孔,当T型块刀架91插入T型槽81后,螺栓穿过通孔、定位螺纹孔82、以及定位槽93与中心轴8螺纹螺纹连接,从而实现刀具9沿中心轴8轴线方向上的定位。
本发明的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置的工作过程如下:
首先,将本发明的去毛装置中U型支架放置在设定位置,将轮胎放置在可以驱动其自身转动的旋转装置上,并使轮胎的表面与去毛装置中防护罩贴合,当开合电机工作时,可以通过联轴器带动中心轴转动,进而带动刀具旋转,将伸入防护罩1内的轮胎胎毛去除,当轮胎随旋转装置旋转时,轮胎上的胎毛不断的伸入到防护罩中,并被刀具去除,从而完成轮胎上所有胎毛的去除。

1.一种带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,包括中心轴(8)、在中心轴(8)上设置的刀具(9)、与中心轴传动连接的驱动机构、以及在刀具(9)外侧设置的防护罩(1),
所述刀具(9)的横截面呈“丁”字型,具有弧型刀片(92)和T型块刀架(91),所述T型块刀架(91)与在所述中心轴(8)侧面上设置的T型槽(81)连接,
所述防护罩(1)为空心圆柱,所述防护罩(1)的圆周面上开设有若干条形孔,所述条形孔沿所述防护罩(1)的周向延伸,所述防护罩(1)的两端分别设有端盖(2),所述端盖(2)通过带座轴承(4)与所述中心轴(8)转动连接,
其中,所述弧型刀片(92)所在曲面为圆柱弧面,所述弧型刀片(92)所在曲面与所述防护罩(1)所在圆柱面共轴,且所述弧型刀片(92)所在圆柱弧面与所述防护罩(1)贴近,以安全快速的去除轮胎胎毛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,所述弧型刀片(92)末端具有若干齿状刀刃,所述弧型刀片的圆柱弧面与所述防护罩(1)之间缝隙在0.2mm~1.0mm范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括开合电机(7)和联轴器(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,所述T型块刀架(91)与所述中心轴(8)连接处设置具有加强筋作用的支撑块(10),并通过螺栓连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,所述中心轴(8)的中部为三棱柱结构,所述中心轴(8)上安装有三个所述刀具(9)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有防护罩的轮胎去毛装置,其特征在于,所述防护罩(1)的外侧还设有U型支架(3),所述U型支架(3)与所述中心轴(8)通过轴承转动连接。
