Abstract
The invention discloses a plate rapid cutting aluminum machining center with a compression roller structure, which comprises a rack, a sliding frame arranged on the rack in a sliding manner, a tool bit assembly arranged on the sliding frame in a sliding manner and a compression roller, wherein the tool bit assembly is arranged on the sliding frame in a sliding manner; the two ends of the compression roller are provided with compression roller mounting seats; the lower end of the compression roller mounting seat is provided with an air cylinder; the cylinder is fixed on the sliding frame; the compression roller comprises a central rod and at least two short rubber rollers coaxially sleeved outside the central rod; both ends of the central rod are arranged on the compression roller mounting seat through bearings; the short rubber roller comprises two arc-shaped plates which are oppositely arranged; and the two arc-shaped plates are detachably arranged outside the central rod through bolts. When the outer surface of a certain short rubber roll is damaged, only the arc-shaped plate of the damaged part needs to be replaced, so that the use cost is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the short rubber roller is formed by splicing two arc-shaped plates, so that the installation and the disassembly are very convenient, and the maintenance time of the rubber roller is greatly shortened.

Background
When processing aluminum plate, because aluminum plate's size is not fixed, only set up the clamp plate that is used for compressing tightly aluminum plate in one side of processing center workstation usually, avoid aluminum plate to remove or warp in the course of working. In order to further avoid the warping deformation of the aluminum plate, the aluminum plate is pressed tightly, and the aluminum machining center is generally provided with press rolls which move along with the tool bit on two sides of the tool bit. the compression roller comprises a central rod and at least two short rubber rollers coaxially sleeved outside the central rod; both ends of the central rod are arranged on the compression roller mounting seat through bearings; the short rubber roller comprises two arc-shaped plates which are oppositely arranged; and the two arc-shaped plates are detachably arranged outside the central rod through bolts.
Preferably, the plate rapid cutting aluminum machining center with the compression roller structure is characterized in that the compression roller mounting seat is Y-shaped, and the lower end of the compression roller mounting seat is fixed on the cylinder; and the two compression rollers are rotatably arranged at the two sides of the upper end of the compression roller mounting seat through bearings respectively.
Preferably, the plate with the press roll structure is used for rapidly cutting an aluminum machining center, and a groove is formed in the outer wall of the arc-shaped plate; the bolt is embedded in the groove.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the plate rapid cutting aluminum processing center, the rubber roller in contact with the aluminum plate is designed to be formed by splicing a plurality of short rubber rollers, when the outer surface of one short rubber roller is damaged, only the arc-shaped plate of the damaged part needs to be replaced, the whole pressing roller device does not need to be replaced, and the use cost is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the short rubber roller is formed by splicing two arc-shaped plates, so that the installation and the disassembly are very convenient, the central rod does not need to be disassembled from the compression roller installation seat during the disassembly, and the maintenance time of the compression roller is greatly shortened.
