Abstract
The invention provides an assembly detection device which can sequentially carry out conveying, cutting and assembly on required materials, so that a plurality of different components can be assembled in the same operation space, the increase of an assembly period is avoided, and the working procedures are reduced; the first assembling mechanisms are arranged on the supporting group and are used for conveying and forming the shielding sheets; the second assembling mechanisms are arranged on the supporting group and used for conveying and forming the shielding plates; the third assembling mechanisms are arranged on the support group and used for conveying and forming the plugging components; the assembly body is arranged on the support group; the assembly detection device provided by the invention can realize assembly in a uniform space, so that the assembly period is shortened, and on the other hand, the assembly period is shortened, so that the labor cost is reduced.

the fifth assembling device 41 comprises a third assembling portion 411, a third cutting and positioning portion 412 and a third feeding portion, wherein the third assembling portion 411 is arranged on the support group 1 and is adjacent to the assembly body 5; the third cut positioning portion 412 is provided on the third fitting portion 411; a third feeding portion (not shown) is provided on the third assembling portion 411; placing the plugging member on the third feeding portion, conveying the plugging member to the third cutting positioning portion 412, positioning and cutting the plugging member, and conveying the cut plugging member to the third assembling portion 411 for subsequent assembling operation;
in the present invention, the sixth assembling device 42, the seventh assembling device 43 and the fifth assembling device 41 have the same structure, and for saving space, the structures of the sixth assembling device 42 and the seventh assembling device 43 are not further limited in the present invention;
in one embodiment of the invention:
