The intelligent stainless steel product starting groping wax injection machine is characterized by comprising an intelligent control panel (1), a supporting seat (2), a rack (3), a machine base (4), clamps (5), material leakage holes (6), supporting legs (7), wax injection pipes (8), a hydraulic wax injection pump (9), a wax injection row (10), a wax injection head (11), a stirring type anti-solidification heating and heat preservation cylinder structure (12), a rotary type adjustable product clamping and mounting plate structure (13), a movable type anti-splash protection cover structure (14) and a recycling wax recovery and filtration box structure (15), wherein the intelligent control panel (1) is longitudinally connected to the upper left side of the supporting seat (2) through screws; one longitudinal end of the supporting seat (2) is connected with the left lower side of the frame (3) through a bolt, and the other end of the supporting seat is connected with the left upper side of the machine base (4) through a bolt; the right ends of the frame (3) and the base (4) are both connected with a clamp (5) by screws; the left side and the right side of the inside of the machine base (4) are both provided with material leaking holes (6); supporting legs (7) are clamped at four corners of the bottom of the base (4) through bolts; one longitudinal end of the wax injection pipe (8) is in threaded connection with an outlet at the lower end of the hydraulic wax injection pump (9), and the other end of the wax injection pipe is in threaded connection with an inlet at the upper part of the wax injection row (10); the outlet of the lower surface of the wax spray bar (10) is sequentially in threaded connection with a wax spray head (11) from left to right; the stirring type anti-solidification heating and heat-preserving cylinder structure (12) is connected with the frame (3); the rotary adjustable product clamping plate structure (13) is connected with the machine base (4); the movable anti-splash protective cover structure (14) is connected with the wax injection pipe (8); the recycling wax material recovery filter box structure (15) is connected with the supporting legs (7); the stirring type anti-solidification heating heat-preservation cylinder structure (12) comprises a wax storage box (121), a box cover (122), a feeding hole (123), a stirring motor (124), a packing auger (125), a heat-preservation cylinder body (126), a heating sheet (127) and a temperature sensor (128), wherein the box cover (122) is connected to the upper end of the wax storage box (121) through a bolt; the middle parts of the left side and the right side inside the box cover (122) are provided with feed inlets (123); the middle part of the upper part of the box cover (122) is connected with a stirring motor (124) through a bolt; an output shaft of the stirring motor (124) penetrates through the middle part of the inside of the box cover (122) and is connected with the upper end of the packing auger (125) through a coupler; the heat-insulation cylinder (126) is sleeved outside the wax storage box (121) and is connected and arranged through screws; the left side and the right side of the interior of the heat-insulating cylinder body (126) are both connected with heating sheets (127) by screws; the middle parts of the left wall and the right wall in the heat-insulating cylinder body (126) are connected with temperature sensors (128) through screws.

The intelligent stainless steel product starting die wax injector according to claim 1, wherein the rotary adjustable product clamping plate structure (13) comprises a rotary motor (131), a rotary wax injecting table (132), a supporting column (133), a fixed tube (134), an adjusting rod (135), a fastening bolt (136) and a clamping plate (137), wherein the upper end of an output shaft of the rotary motor (131) is connected with the middle part of the lower part of the rotary wax injecting table (132) through a bolt; the left side and the right side of the upper part of the rotary wax injection platform (132) are both connected with supporting columns (133) through bolts; the upper end of the supporting column (133) is connected with a fixed pipe (134) through a bolt; an adjusting rod (135) is inserted into the fixed pipe (134) and is fastened and connected through a fastening bolt (136); the inner end of the adjusting rod (135) is connected with a clamping plate (137) through a bolt.

The intelligent stainless steel product-starting die wax injector according to claim 1, wherein the movable splash-proof protection cover structure (14) comprises a mounting sleeve (141), a protection cover (142), a connecting pipe (143), a movable rod (144), an adjusting screw (145) and a splash-proof protection cover (146), wherein the protection cover (142) is connected with the mounting sleeve (141) in a threaded manner; the left end and the right end of the protective cover (142) are both connected with connecting pipes (143) through bolts; a movable rod (144) is inserted into the connecting pipe (143) and is fastened and connected through an adjusting screw (145); the lower end between the movable rods (144) is connected with a splash-proof sheath (146) in a shaft mode.

The intelligent stainless steel product starting die head wax injection machine according to claim 1, wherein the recycling wax material recovery filter box structure (15) comprises a return pipe (151), a circulating pump (152), a material collecting box (153), a baffle seat (154), a filter screen (155) and a hollow sleeve seat (156), wherein the left lower end of the return pipe (151) is in threaded connection with the right outlet of the circulating pump (152); the circulating pump (152) is connected to the outlet at the right side of the bottom of the material collecting box (153) through a bolt; the middle upper parts of the left wall and the right wall of the inner side of the material collecting box (153) are connected with a blocking seat (154) through bolts; a filter screen (155) is arranged at the upper part between the baffle seats (154); the middle parts of the left end and the right end of the material collecting box (153) are connected with a hollow sleeve seat (156) through bolts.
5. The intelligent stainless steel product starting die wax injector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wax storage tank (121) is bolted to the upper middle part of the frame (3) and is connected with the hydraulic injection wax pump (9) through a pipeline.

The intelligent stainless steel product start-up die head wax injector according to claim 2, wherein the rotating motor (131) is bolted to the lower middle part of the machine base (4), and the output shaft of the rotating motor (131) penetrates through the inner middle part of the machine base (4).
7. The intelligent stainless steel product start-up die wax injector of claim 3, wherein the mounting sleeve (141) is screwed on the upper part of the outer wall of the wax injecting tube (8).
8. The intelligent stainless steel product start-up die wax injector of claim 3, wherein the splash guard (146) is made of rubber or aluminum alloy and covers the outside of the wax injector row (10).
9. The intelligent stainless steel product starting die wax injector as claimed in claim 4, wherein the hollow sleeve seat (156) is sleeved in the middle of the outer wall of the supporting leg (7) and is arranged by bolt connection.
